Abstract

本发明涉及用于数控机床的附件所属的领域,该数控机床用于具有多用途的加工中心、加工室和加工车间,并且本发明的目的在于一种用于铣刀架的可液压膨胀的心轴。
用于上述机床的铣具或铣刀通常为大体呈柱状的元件,该元件通过镗孔安装在夹具的毂套上,并利用螺钉紧固在夹具上。
这种用于安装铣刀的方法能够恰当地紧固铣刀。但是,由于现代机床性能水平的提高以及由此导致的高切削速度,这些刀具的安装精度变得至关重要。
实际上,当今安装必须伴随着理想的定心来进行,对于这一点的需要几乎是与当前通过简单调整加以定心的工序不相容的。
此外,文献US-A-4 387 906公开了一种安装和紧固装置,该装置利用一圆锥形部件以及一中间件来确保定心。这种安装仅能够获得有限的加工精度,这是由于它不可能确保理想的同心度和定心。
本发明的目的在于通过提议一种用于铣刀架的心轴来克服这些缺点,这种用于铣刀架的心轴在替换刀具的操作过程中,能够理想而可再现地定心并紧固刀具,而无需特殊的匹配。
出于这一目的,根据本发明的用于铣刀架的心轴包括位于夹具上的安装主体,并装配有铣刀主体的固定毂套,其特征在于,铣刀主体的固定毂套是可液压膨胀的。

附图中的图1-3示例性地示出了一种用于铣刀架(porte-fraise)的心轴(mandrin),该心轴包括用于安装在夹具(porte-outil)上的主体1,并配有用于铣刀3的主体的固定毂套2。
根据本发明,用于铣刀3的主体的固定毂套2是可液压膨胀的(hrydro-expansible)。出于这一目的,该毂套2配有具有环形腔4′的外部套筒4,该环形腔4′具有较薄的外壁,该腔室在较薄外壁处连接到横穿主体1的增压毂套5上。
增压流体采用油是有利的,由于注入到腔室4′中的油的高压效应,这种增压油到套筒4的环形腔4′中的输送导致了环形腔的外壁发生弹性变形,该外壁由此受压抵靠在铣刀3的中央镗孔的壁上。
结果,由于在环形腔4′中压力的均匀分布,界定出该腔室的外壁发生规则的变形,从而使铣刀3自动定心于主体1的毂套2上。由于铣刀3已预先安装在毂套2上,并通过紧固螺钉7的轻微紧固而横跨在主体1的传动件( )1′上以确保适当的紧固,因此在腔室4′增压后,这足以将螺钉7牢固地紧固到主体1的毂套2中,以便最后将铣刀3固定到所述毂套2上。
对于外部套筒4而言,它优选地采用通过加箍、焊接或其它方法固定到毂套2上的连接件。对于增压装置5而言,使它通过镗孔连接至环形腔4′是有利的,该镗孔以公知方式设置在毂套2中,并贯穿该毂套2的壁面通入环形腔4′。
根据本发明的其它特点,并如在附图2和3中更具体地加以示出的那样,铣刀架主体1的毂套2有利地额外设置有纵向孔8,该纵向孔平行于毂套2的轴线在毂套2的圆周中延伸,并在其前表面上开口以便与润滑管道(未示出)相连通,该润滑管道设置在铣刀3的主体中,并在铣刀的切割片3′附近开口,这些纵向管道8的另一端通向连接到轴向管道10的腔室9,该轴向管道10用于供应润滑液体。当螺钉完全紧固时,腔室9例如可在位于铣刀3的紧固螺钉7的端部附近与设置在主体1中的凹槽相对应。
利用本发明可以制造出这样一种用于铣刀架的心轴,该心轴能够获得刀具的理想的定心,以便可以理想地且可重现的方式执行其校准,而无需对每个刀具进行特定的匹配。此外,在毂套2的圆周上设置的润滑管道确保润滑液体在刀具前部中的理想供应。
当然,本发明并不限定在附图中已说明和阐述的实施方式。改进是可能的,尤其是关于不同元件的构成或利用技术等同装置的替换的改进,并不会因此超出本发明保护的范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于铣刀架的心轴,该心轴包括用于安装在夹具上的安装主体(1),并装配有用于铣刀主体(3)的固定毂套(2),其特征在于,所述用于铣刀主体(3)的固定毂套(2)是可液压膨胀的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于铣刀架的心轴,其特征在于,所述毂套(2)配有具有环形腔(4′)的外部套筒(4),所述环形腔具有较薄的外壁并且在其较薄外壁处连接至横穿主体(1)的增压毂套(5)。
3.根据权利要求1和2中的任意一项所述的用于铣刀架的心轴,其特征在于,所述外部套筒(4)是通过加箍、焊接或其它方式固定在毂套(2)上的连接件,所述增压装置(5)通过作为中介物的镗孔连接至所述环形腔(4′),所述镗孔设置在所述毂套(2)上,并贯穿所述毂套(2)的壁面通入所述环形腔(4′)。
4.根据权利要求1和2中的任意一项所述的用于铣刀架的心轴,其特征在于,所述铣刀架主体(1)的毂套(2)还设置有纵向孔(8),所述纵向孔平行于毂套(2)的轴线在毂套(2)的圆周中延伸,并在其前表面上开口以便与润滑管道连通,所述润滑管道设置在铣刀主体(3)中并在后者的切割片(3′)附近开口,所述纵向通道(8)的端部通向腔室(9),腔室(9)连接至用于供应液体的轴向管道(10)。
