Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于三球销结构形式的等速活节/同步旋转活节(Gleichlaufdrehgelenk)的三球销滚子(Tripode-Rolle),具有一内圈,一外圈和设置在内圈和外圈之间的滚动体。
背景技术
由EP0426186B1已知一种这样的三球销滚子或者说用这种滚子构成的等速活节。这种等速活节例如用与前轮驱动乘用车的所有驱动轴上。它们具有一带有三个在外周上分布布置的、分别具有两个平行布置的平的滚动面的滚道结构的可旋转活节外部,以及一由所述活节外部包围的三球销星形体,所述三球销星形体具有三个在外周上分布地径向布置的榫销,其中每个榫销接纳在三球销滚子的内圈内。
在EP0426186B1中所述的三球销滚子具有一外圈和一内圈,一滚动体设置在内圈和外圈之间。内圈在一端具有一径向向外突起的、一体的凸肩,外圈以其第一端侧支承在凸肩上。在滚动单元相对的端部上设置一盘和一挡圈(Sicherungsring),通过它们将滚动单元保持在一起。盘在外侧坐靠在内圈上,外圈以其第二端侧无间隙地贴合在盘上。挡圈接纳在内圈上形成的槽内并作用在所述盘上,从而使内圈不能相对于外圈轴向运动。以极小的轴向间隙接纳在内圈和外圈之间的滚动体以其端侧靠在内圈的凸肩或所述盘上被引导。三球销滚子的这种多件式结构虽然可以满足功能要求,但除滚动体外还需要四个零件,这在滚子的装配和制造成本上是不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种结构简单的三球销滚子,其中限制滚动体的轴向运动,同时总体来说在只采用较少构件的情况下滚子更加可靠。
为了实现所述目的,对于开头所述类型的三球销滚子,按照本发明设想,在内圈和外圈上设置两个彼此相对的限制滚动体向一个方向的轴向运动的环形凸肩,内外圈中的一个具有另一个周来限制滚动体向另一个方向的轴向运动的环形轴肩,而另一个圈轴向加长,并具有一环绕的环形槽,在所述环形槽中接纳一径向突起的,从侧面包围一个圈的挡圈。
在本发明的三球销滚子中,除滚动体外只采用三个构件,即内圈、外圈和挡圈。一个轴向运动(的限制)通过两个彼此相对的、径向向外突起地设置在内圈上和径向向内突起地设置在外圈上的环形凸肩实现。沿另一个方向的轴向运动通过在一个圈上的另一个环形凸肩限制,而滚子的固定其总体上通过挡圈完成,挡圈防止内圈可能从外圈中拉出。由此有利地得到一种简单的结构,其中既轴向固定滚动体,同时在相应地设置凸肩和挡圈时又使内圈具有小的轴向可运动性。
这里另一个环形凸肩可以设置在外圈上,而内圈轴向加长并具有向外开口的环形槽,挡圈接纳在该槽内,挡圈作用在外圈的端侧上。可选地,这种结构也可以倒过来,即另一个环形凸肩设置在内圈上,该径向凸肩向外突起,而外圈轴向加长并具有带挡圈的、向内开口地在外圈内壁上形成的环形槽。
为了使三球销滚子做得尽可能紧凑和轴向尺寸小,彼此相对的环形凸肩设置在相应圈的边缘侧是适宜的。
除三球销滚子外,本发明还涉及一种三球销结构形式的等速活节,它由一活节外部和一活节内部组成,它们通过多个所述类型的三球销滚子相互连接。

具体实施方式
图1以局部剖视图的形式示出本发明的三球销滚子1,它由一外圈2和一内圈3以及接纳在内圈和外圈之间的、在相应滚动面4、5上滚动的滚针形式的滚动体6组成。滚动体6-从图1出发-向右的轴向运动(的限制)通过两个彼此相对的环形凸肩实现,其中一个环形凸肩7在边缘侧设置在外圈2上并径向向内突起,而第二环形凸肩8向外突起地在边缘侧设置在内圈3上。两个凸肩彼此略微隔开。其内轮廓近似相当于滚动体6球面形的端侧。
滚动体6-参见图1-向左侧的轴向可运动性通过另一个径向向内突起地在边缘侧设置在外圈2上的环形凸肩9限制。如图1所示,在滚动体6的端侧和环形凸肩9的贴合面之间留出一定的自由空间,使滚动体6以及由此还有内圈3可以相对于外圈2作小的轴向偏移。
此外可以看到,内圈3比外圈2宽,即内圈沿轴向突出于外圈2。在该突出区10内形成一环形槽11,挡圈12接纳在或卡入该槽内。挡圈径向向外伸出并在其边缘侧13处作用在外圈2上。由此总体上将三球销滚子保持在一起。因为,在任何情况下都通过挡靠在一个或另一个凸肩7、8、9上的滚动体6限制内圈3相对于外圈2可能出现的运动。
为了装配三球销滚子首先将滚动体6装入外圈2内,然后穿入内圈3。接着将挡圈12卡入环形槽11内。
图2示出本发明三球销滚子14的另一种实施形式,它也由一外圈15和一内圈16以及布置在内圈和外圈之间的滚针形的滚动体17组成。如图2中右边所示,外圈具有一环形凸肩18,内圈具有一环形凸肩19,它们彼此相对地设置在边缘侧,并限制滚动体的运动。与按图1的实施形式不同,这里另一个环形凸肩设置在内圈16上,这里滚动体也比两个环形凸肩19、20之间的距离略短。外圈15沿轴向突出并在突出区21内具有环形槽22,挡圈23卡在该槽内。挡圈作用在内圈16的端面24上。这里在安装挡圈23后滚子也完全固定,滚动体17的运动在两侧由环形凸肩18、19、20限制。和前面一样,实现一定的空隙,即,内圈16相对于外圈15可以极小地运动。

Claims (5)
1.用于三球销结构的等速活节的三球销滚子,具有一内圈、一外圈和设置在内圈和外圈之间的滚动体,其特征为:在内圈(3、16)和外圈(2、15)上设置两个彼此相对的、在一个方向上限制滚动体(6、17)的轴向运动的环形凸肩(7、8、18、19),所述圈(2、16)中的一个具有用来限制滚动体(6、17)沿另一个方向的轴向运动的另一个环形凸肩(9、20),而另一个圈(3、15)轴向加长并具有环绕的环形槽(11、22),所述槽内接纳径向突起的、在侧向作用在所述圈(2、16)上的挡圈(12、23),所述滚动体能够在两环形凸肩(7、8、9、18、19、20)之间在滚动体的端面与相对环形凸肩的贴合面之间的空间内沿轴向移动。
2.按权利要求1的三球销滚子,其特征为:所述另一个环形凸肩(9)设置在外圈(2)上,而内圈(3)轴向加长并具有带挡圈(12)的环形槽(11)。
3.按权利要求1的三球销滚子,其特征为:所述另一个环形凸肩(20)设置在内圈(16)上,而外圈(15)轴向加长并具有带挡圈(23)的环形槽(22)。
4.按上述权利要求之任一项的三球销滚子,其特征为:彼此相对的环形凸肩(7、8、18、19)在边缘侧设置在相应的圈(2、3、15、16)上。
5.三球销结构的等速活节,由一活节外部和一活节内部组成,所述内部和外部通过多个按权利要求1至4之任一项的三球销滚子相互连接。
