技术领域
本发明涉及包括多个压缩气体容器的压缩气体装置。
背景技术
在单元型压缩气体装置中,其中的电动机和气体压缩机或者压缩气体激励设备(下文中称为“压缩气体设备”)连接至压缩气体罐,为了减小整体占用面积并方便运输和操作,往往将压缩气体罐放置在压缩气体设备下面。
为了让整个装置尽量低,将长形的压缩气体罐水平地布置,且压缩气体设备置于其上。
图9示出的是这种装置的一个例子的立体图,该装置中,两个圆筒形压缩气体罐101,101并排布置,它们具有相对较小的直径以及相同的形状和尺寸。罐101,101的相对的侧面通过连通管102互相连接,它们的上面通过用于压缩气体设备的支撑板103-105互相连接。

这种常规的压缩气体罐通过焊接生产来达到密封效果,其具有许多焊接部,因此需要许多工作步骤和保养。产生的热应力会导致材料的一致性差,而且,在使用时压缩气体罐中很可能出现裂纹。所以,需要使用厚的材料,进而因附件造成价格和重量增加。
为了让压缩气体罐及其上的压缩气体设备的重心和总高度尽量低,压缩气体罐做得尽量细并且随着并排布置阵容增大,罐的数量增加。但是,相邻的压缩气体罐101,101通过其内通过气体的连通管102而得以互相连通。如果罐101中的一个罐由于泄漏或破裂而不能使用了,另一个没有异常状况的罐也不得不废弃掉,这是很不经济的。
通过焊接来固定的多个压缩气体罐不能用不同容量的罐进行部分替换。甚至,即使是附着于罐的轴承件或柄过度变形或毁坏了,也不能用新罐来仅仅只替换这个罐。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的一个目的是提供一种没有焊接部的压缩气体容器。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种压缩气体装置,该装置中并排布置有多个具有相同截面形状和尺寸的压缩气体容器或罐,以使这些罐互相连通。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种压缩气体装置,该装置具有不同容量的容器或罐,它们可以用不同长度的压缩气体罐来替换。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种压缩气体装置,该装置在为压缩气体容器提供支撑的同时使这些容器互相连通。

图9是立体图,示出的是常规的压缩气体装置的一个例子。
具体实施方式
图1至图6示出了按照本发明的压缩气体容器的不同实施例。
将具有所需直径和厚度的金属管例如无缝钢管切割成所需长度,形成管状主体1。位于管状主体1各端部处的碗状镜面板3具有轴向孔2,一端具有大直径头部4的紧固杆5延伸穿过该轴向孔2。双螺母6,6与紧固杆5上从镜面板3伸出来的螺纹5a啮合。
镜面板3提供轴向弹力以防止双螺母6,6的旋转。在管状主体1的下腹,形成连通孔7以让该管状主体1与另一个类似的用于压缩气体的罐连通。如何连通将在稍后进行说明。
管状主体1与具有平表面的镜面板3通过二者之间的平的环形密封圈8连接。环形槽9沿径向形成于镜面板3的轴向孔2的内表面上。O形圈10嵌入环形槽9中以保持与紧固杆5之间的气密性。
利用双螺母6,6,以挤压的方式将镜面板3的开口端弹性且密封地装在管状主体1的端部处。
图2示出的是,环形槽11形成于使管状主体1与镜面板3相接触的管状主体的一个或两个端面上,且O形圈12嵌入环形槽11中。
图3至6示出的实施例中,能使管状主体1与镜面板3牢固地挤压连接在一起的端面使得密封圈不再是必需的,或者说使得对密封圈的依赖性减小了。图3中,在管状主体1与镜面板3相对的端面上设有互相接合在一起以保持气密性的接合部13,14。接合部13,14略微地沿径向倾斜。当镜面板3与管状主体1的端部接合时,这两个倾斜表面相互之间牢固地滑动接触,从而提高气密性。
图4示出的是,倾斜表面15,16形成于管状主体1和镜面板3的相对端面处。
镜面板3被紧固在管状主体1的倾斜表面16上,提高紧密性,并防止管状主体1的开口端由于内部压力而膨胀。
图5示出的是,管状主体1端面的环形三角槽17与镜面板3端面的环形三角突起18接合在一起。
图6示出的是,管状主体1的螺纹19与镜面板3的螺纹20啮合在一起以确保牢固连接。
图7和8示出了两个压缩气体罐,它们具有相同的形状和尺寸并不经任何处理就互相连通。这两个压缩气体罐装在沿轴向分隔开的支撑块21,21的支撑孔22,22中。支撑块21,21由长方体或者厚的椭圆盘形成。
图8是沿着图7中前支撑块21的VIII-VIII线的垂直剖视图,该支撑块中形成了如下的孔:
(a)其中安装压缩气体罐的右孔和左孔22;
(b)L形的导气孔24,其上表面具有与支撑孔22,22连通的连接孔23,23,以使支撑孔22,22底部互相连接,导气孔24的一端终止于支撑孔22底部的下方,而另一端朝上开;
(c)从导气孔24向下延伸、带有阀25的排放孔26;
(d)直至支撑孔22顶部的螺纹钻孔27;
(e)其中安装柄29的孔28,28;
(f)其中安装轮轴30的支撑孔31,31;
(g)用于防止柄29松脱或者用于安装顶板或支撑板的螺纹钻孔。
如果上述孔或钻孔难以通过机械加工来形成,则支撑块21可以由模铸来形成,可以包括独立的部件,或者可以将形成孔的管置入之后进行浇铸。
支撑块21上有顶板34,该顶板34具有导气孔24的上端,与螺纹钻孔27,27匹配的连通孔33,33以及开口33,33。
在顶板34上,支撑板36通过螺钉37来固定,以支撑压缩气体设备例如气体压缩机A以及驱动它的电动机B。在与导气孔24连通的连接孔23上装好密封圈38之后,使连通孔7处于底部位置处时,将压缩气体罐的主体1置入,然后将紧固螺钉32拧入支撑孔22顶部的螺纹钻孔27内,从而将主体1压到支撑孔22的下表面上。
因此,主体1底部处的连通孔7与连接孔23密封配合。导气孔24的顶部开口经由顶板34上的帽39连接至气体压缩机A或任何其它的压缩气体源。
按照这样的做法,支撑块中可以支撑两个以上的压缩气体罐。这些压缩气体罐可以用相同直径和不同长度的罐来替换。
前面所述的仅仅是本发明的实施例。本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改变和修改,而不脱离本发明权利要求的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种压缩气体装置,包括:
具有连通孔的压缩气体罐;以及
支撑块,其具有让压缩气体罐穿过的水平支撑孔,还具有连接至气体压缩机的导气孔,使所述连通孔与支撑块的导气孔连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩气体装置,其特征在于,通过沿径向挤压压缩气体罐使压缩气体罐被支撑且固定在支撑块的支撑孔内,真正使压缩气体罐的连通孔与支撑块的导气孔完好连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的压缩气体装置,其特征在于,通过沿径向拧入的紧固螺钉在压缩气体罐的顶部压所述压缩气体罐,真正让罐的连通孔与支撑块的导气孔完好连通。
