背景技术
参照图1,其为表示对应于具有电动机40的车辆(例如混合电动车辆,纯电动车辆和/或类似者)的传统动力传输系统10的截面示意图,其中该电动机用于驱动多个轮子36。如图所示,电机、或电动机40可以用于向轴(即转轴)42输出扭矩,然后通过齿轮组38、轴60、差速单元62及多个半轮轴64连接至多个车辆驱动轮36。总体上,齿轮组38可以连接至一个或更多的主要以轴34为代表的其他组件(即除了电动机40以外)。电动机40总体上由能量动力源,例如高压电池(图中未表示)提供能量。
如图1更进一步所示,总体上由一个或更多的轴承组80(例如80a和80b)进行与动力传输系统10的连接。具体地说,轴承组80a和80b总体上使转轴42处于电动机40壳体的中心。上述每个轴承组80a和80b都具有接地外座圈,例如固定在壳体上的外座圈。因此,为了避免轴承组80a和80b的过度磨损和/或过早损坏,每个轴承组80a和80b必须额定在电动机40的最大转速(即max Ws)。

具体实施方式
以下通过举例的方式,对实现本发明的系统和方法进行说明。提供的系统和方法可以在不超出本发明范围的情况下调整、修改或重新安排,以更适合具体的实施方式。总体上,相同的元件标记表示同样的元件。
参照图2a,其为表示对应于本发明至少一个实施例的动力传输系统100的截面示意图。总体上,动力传输系统100可以包括具有转轴142的电机(即电动机)140、差速单元(即差速器)144、一个或多个轮子146、一个或更多用于将差速单元144连接至一个或更多轮子146的半轮轴148(例如148a和148b),以及/或者一个或更多轴承组180(例如180a或180b)。此外,系统100可以包括连接至转轴142的齿轮160,其用于将电动机140连接至齿轮组(其实例总体上作为元件210示于图3中)。动力传输系统100总体上设置成用于将由电动机140产生的动力(例如扭矩)传输到一个或更多的轮子146,从而推动相应的车辆(图中未表示)。

发动机202和发电机204可以通过动力传输系统206连接,该动力传输系统可以包括例如行星齿轮组。这种行星齿轮组自身可以包括内齿圈、承载器、行星齿轮,和/或太阳轮。当然,其它类型的动力传输单元206,包括其它齿轮组和变速器,可以用于将发动机202连接至发电机204。此外,在至少一个实施例中,发电机204可以选择性地用作电动机向动力传输单元206输出扭矩。

参照图4,其为表示根据本发明至少一个实施例在车辆中传输动力的方法300的流程图。方法300可以方便地分别与前面参照图2a、2b和3说明的系统100、100’、和/或车辆200关联实施,以及/或者与任何合适的系统关联实施以达到特定应用的设计标准。方法300总体上包括多个可以连续执行的方框或步骤。正如所述技术领域的技术人员所知,图4所示的方框/步骤的顺序为示例性的,在不背离本发明的精神和范围内,一个或更多方框/步骤的顺序可以修改。此外,方法300的方框/步骤可以以至少一个不连续(或无序)的顺序执行,可以省略一个或更多方框/步骤以达到特定应用的设计标准。类似地,方法300的两个或更多的方框/步骤可以平行执行。
步骤302总体上包括提供用于产生扭矩的电动机(例如140),以及连接至半轮轴(例如148a)的差速单元(例如144)。总体上,电动机包括具孔(例如150)转轴(例如142),以使转轴具有内、外表面。方法300一般从步骤302进到步骤304。
步骤304中,电动机可以与差速单元和半轮轴对准(即定位)在同一直线上。在至少一个实施例中,步骤304还可以包括使半轮轴穿过孔,以使半轮轴贴近转轴的内表面。方法300一般从步骤304进到步骤306。
步骤306中,轴承组(例如180a)的内座圈可以位于紧邻半轮轴的外表面。类似地,轴承组的外座圈可以位于紧邻转轴的内表面。因此,轴承组可以实质上使半轮轴处于孔的中心。在至少一个实施例中,轴承组的外座圈可以通过(即使用)任何合适的机构,例如一个或更多的卡箍和/或焊接,固定地连接到转轴的内表面上,以达到特定应用的设计标准。在至少另一个实施例中,轴承组的内座圈可以通过(即使用)任何合适的机构,例如一个和更多的卡箍和/或焊接,固定地连接到半轮轴上,以达到特定应用的设计标准。这样,在至少一个实施例中,轴承组可以设置成,当半轮轴以转速Wa旋转并且转轴以转速Ws旋转时,以Ws-Wa的转速旋转。方法300可以从步骤306终止。
因此,本发明的一个或更多的实施例可以提供一种动力传输系统和/或方法,其中一个或更多的动力传输轴承(例如80a和/或80b)的额定转速与传统的系统10相比可以减少。这种系统和/或方法可以减小与动力传输系统和/或方法关联的实施和/或制造成本。
尽管对完成本发明的最佳方式已进行了详细说明,本发明所属技术领域的技术人员仍可以认识到各种实现如权利要求所确定的本发明的可选设计和实施方式。
Claims (20)
1.一种车辆动力传输系统,该车辆动力传输系统包含:
连接至半轮轴的差速单元;以及
用于提供扭矩以推动车辆的电动机,其中该电动机与差速单元及半轮轴对准在同一直线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,该电动机包括转轴,其具有孔以使转轴具有内、外表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,该半轮轴穿过孔,以使半轮轴贴近转轴的内表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,还包含第一轴承组,其设置成使半轮轴实质上处于孔的中心内,该第一轴承组具有内、外座圈,其中第一轴承组的内座圈贴近半轮轴的外表面,第一轴承组的外座圈贴近转轴的内表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,第一轴承组的外座圈固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,第一轴承组的外座圈通过一个或更多的卡箍固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,第一轴承组的外座圈通过焊接固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
8.根据权利要求4所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,第一轴承组的内座圈固定地连接至半轮轴。
9.根据权利要求4所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,第一轴承组额定速度小于电动机的无负载速度。
10.根据权利要求4所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,当半轮轴以第二转速Wa旋转,并且转轴以第三转速Ws旋转时,第一轴承组以实质上等于Ws-Wa的第一转速旋转。
11.根据权利要求4所述的车辆动力传输系统,其特征在于,还包含与第一轴承组分离的第二轴承组,其设置成实质上使半轮轴处于孔的中心,该第二轴承组具有内、外座圈,其中第二轴承组的内座圈贴近半轮轴的外表面,第二轴承组的外座圈贴近转轴的内表面。
12.一种在车辆中传输动力的方法,该方法包含:
提供用于产生扭矩的电动机,和连接至半轮轴的差速单元;以及
使电动机和差速单元及半轮轴对准在同一直线上。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,
该电动机包括转轴,其具有孔以使转轴具有内、外表面。
使电动机和差速单元及半轮轴对准在同一直线上的步骤包括,使半轮轴穿过孔以使半轮轴贴近转轴的内表面。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含将第一轴承组的内座圈定位于紧邻半轮轴的外表面,将第一轴承组的外座圈定位于紧邻转轴的内表面,以使半轮轴实质上处于孔的中心。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含将第一轴承组的外座圈固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
16.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含利用一个或更多的卡箍将第一轴承组的外座圈固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含利用一个或更多的焊接点将第一轴承组的外座圈固定地连接至转轴的内表面。
18.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含将第一轴承组的内座圈固定地连接至半轮轴。
19.一种车辆,包含:
连接至半轮轴的差速单元,其中该半轮轴设置成连接至车辆的轮子;以及
与差速单元及半轮轴对准在同一直线上的电动机,其包括转轴,其具有孔以使转轴具有内、外表面,其中该半轮轴穿过孔,以使半轮轴贴近转轴的内表面。
20.根据权利要求19所述的车辆,其特征在于,还包含具有内、外座圈的第一轴承组,其中第一轴承组的内座圈贴近半轮轴的外表面,第一轴承组的外座圈贴近转轴的内表面,其中第一轴承组设置成当半轮轴以第二转速Wa旋转,并且转轴以第三转速Ws旋转时,以等于Ws-Wa的第一转速旋转。
