Abstract
本发明公开了一种非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法。该非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料由以下重量配比的原料配制成:聚碳酸酯90-92%;硅类阻燃剂1-4%;阻燃抗滴落剂0.5-2%;磺酸钾盐0.5-1%;抗氧剂3-6%。本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的有益效果在于,该配方与工艺制备的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料充模流动性好,易注塑成型,同现有技术相比,是一种更适合于注塑成型薄壁电子电器设备外壳PC复合材料。
Description
[技术领域]
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法。该材料非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料应用于注塑成型电子电气设备外壳,特别是薄壁的塑胶件。
[背景技术]
聚碳酸酯(PC),由于其优异的耐候性能、高抗冲击性能、优异的电绝缘性在电子电气、汽车、机械工业等领域。然而,未经改性的聚碳酸酯仍有不足之处。表现在加工流动性不足、阻燃性不足。聚碳酸酯经过改性,可克服上述的缺点。国外著名的聚碳酸酯生产商美国GE公司研发生产了一种非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料:945-701#,它获得了美国UL证书。这种材料被国际大型IT厂商应用于生产高档电子电气设备外壳。但是,美国GE公司的非卤环保阻燃PC:945-701#在实际应用时注塑薄壁塑料件充模流动性不足够好,要求注塑工艺温度高。
[发明内容]
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种充模流动性好,易注塑成型薄壁塑料件的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料。本发明还要提供该种该非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,由以下重量配比的原料配制成:
聚碳酸酯 90-92%;
硅类阻燃剂 1-4%;
阻燃抗滴落剂 0.5-2%;
磺酸钾盐 0.5-1%;
抗氧剂 3-6%。
以上所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,最好由以下重量配比的原料配制成:
聚碳酸酯 90.5-91.5%;
硅类阻燃剂 2.5-3.5%;
阻燃抗滴落剂 1-2%;
磺酸钾盐 0.5-1%;
抗氧剂 4-5%。
其中,所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其中,聚碳酸酯为相对密度1.2、熔点220-230度的PC料;所述的硅类阻燃剂是有机硅粉末;所述的阻燃抗滴落剂是聚四氟乙烯;所述的磺酸钾盐是一种化学物质粉末;所述的抗氧剂是四[β-<3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基>丙酸丁季四醇酯。
本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚碳酸酯原料经过120度/3小时烘干处理,然后加入高速配料搅拌机中、再加入硅类阻燃剂、阻燃抗滴落剂、磺酸钾盐、抗氧剂干混合5分钟。
将混合好的预混合料置于双螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:双螺杆一段温度220-230度、二段温度250-260度、三段温度260-270度、停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的有益效果在于,该配方与工艺制备的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料充模流动性好,易注塑成型,同现有技术相比,是一种更适合于注塑成型薄壁电子电器设备外壳PC复合材料。
[具体实施方式]
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步阐述:
实施例一:按如下配方配制预混合料:聚碳酸酯91%、硅类阻燃剂1%、阻燃抗滴落剂1%、磺酸钾盐1%、抗氧剂6%。将混合好的预混合料置于双螺杆机中经熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:双螺杆机一段温度220-230度、二段温度250-260度、三段温度260-270度、停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
实施例二:按如下配方配制预混合料:聚碳酸酯90%、硅类阻燃剂3%、阻燃抗滴落剂2%、磺酸钾盐1%、抗氧剂4%。将混合好的预混合料置于双螺杆机中经熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:双螺杆机一段温度220-2 30度、二段温度250-260度、三段温度260-270度、停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
实施例三:按如下配方配制预混合料:聚碳酸酯92%、硅类阻燃剂4%、阻燃抗滴落剂0.5%、磺酸钾盐0.5%、抗氧剂3%。将混合好的预混合料置于双螺杆机中经熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:双螺杆机一段温度220-2 30度、二段温度250-260度、三段温度260-270度、停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
下表是现有技术美国GE公司的非卤环保阻燃PC:945-701#与本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料实施例1-3的性能对照表:

通过对比可以看到本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的有益效果是:
1.本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的实施例1至3完全可以达到UL94阻燃性1.5mm VO级的标准,阻燃性能同美国GE公司的非卤环保阻燃PC:945-701#相当。
2.本发明非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的实施例1至3熔流指数明显高于美国GE公司的非卤环保阻燃PC:94 5-701#,充模流动性好,易注塑成型,要求注塑工艺温度低,注塑成型薄壁产品缺陷少,合格率高。同现有技术相比,是一种更适合于注塑成型薄壁电子电器设备外壳PC复合材料。
Claims (8)
1.一种非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量配比的原料配制成:
聚碳酸酯 90-92%;
硅类阻燃剂 1-4%;
阻燃抗滴落剂 0.5-2%;
磺酸钾盐 0.5-1%;
抗氧剂 3-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量配比的原料配制成:
聚碳酸酯 90.5-91.5%;
硅类阻燃剂 2.5-3.5%;
阻燃抗滴落剂 1-2%;
磺酸钾盐 0.5-1%;
抗氧剂 4-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的聚碳酸酯为相对密度1.2熔点220-230度的聚碳酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的硅类阻燃剂是有机硅粉末。
5.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的阻燃抗滴落剂是聚四氟乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的磺酸钾盐是一种化学物质粉末。
7.根据权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为四[β-<3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基>丙酸]季四醇酯或三<2,4-二叔丁基酚>亚磷酸酯。
8.权利要求1所述的非卤环保阻燃PC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将聚碳酸酯原料经120度/3小时烘干处理后加入高速配料搅拌机中,再加入硅类阻燃剂、阻燃抗滴落剂、磺酸钾盐阻燃剂、抗氧剂干混合5分钟;
将混合好的预混料置于双螺杆机中经熔融挤出造粒,其挤出工艺为:双螺杆机一段温度220-230度、二段温度250-260度、三段温度260-270度、停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
