背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1是具有整个转子轮盘刹车设备12的具体实施例的自行车10的侧面图。自行车10是具有支撑着手把15的车架14,前叉件与后叉件16(仅示出了前叉件),前车轮与后车轮17(仅示出了前车轮),以及包括链齿轮和链条(未示出)的驱动装置的传统自行车。由于这种传统自行车的结构在本领域内是已知的,在此省略了其结构的其它说明。
转子轮盘刹车设备12包括安装在前叉件16上的刹车卡钳件21,为便于其与前车轮17整体旋转而固定在前车轮17的轮毂17a上的刹车转子22,以及刹车操作机构23。刹车卡钳件21固定在接近刹车转子22的前叉件16上,且刹车卡钳件21响应刹车操作机构23的操作而对刹车转子22施加摩擦力从而停止刹车转子22和前车轮17的旋转。刹车转子22包括固定在轮毂17a上的中心设置的轮毂安装构件22a和用于接触刹车垫76的环形转子构件22b。
如图2和图3所示,刹车卡钳件21包括壳体50和活塞单元51。壳体50由诸如铝合金的导热材料构造成,且壳体50包括以传统方式用螺栓固定在一起以形成容纳其间的刹车转子22的槽的第一壳体构件52a和第二壳体构件52b。除了用于刹车操作机构23的液压管道86是连接于第二壳体构件52b以给壳体构件52a和52b两者供给刹车油之外,壳体构件52a和52b实质上具有相同的形状。第二壳体构件52b也具有向外延伸的法兰,该法兰形成将刹车卡钳件21用螺栓固定在前叉件16上的附件54。

如图4和图5所示,刹车操作机构23固定在手把15上。刹车操作机构23包括刹车杠杆组件80、主81、活塞82和工作流体箱83。刹车杠杆组件80包括安装在手把15上的支架84和可枢轴转动地安装在支架84上的杠杆部件85。支架84与主缸81形成一体,且活塞82和工作流体箱83由支架84支撑。活塞82滑动地设置在主缸81内,而工作流体箱83与主缸81流体性地连通。活塞82一端连接于杠杆部件85以便活塞82响应杠杆部件85的拉紧和释放而在主缸81内往复运动。拉紧杠杆部件85促使加压油通过连接于刹车卡钳件21的液压管道86进行移动,加压油通过液压通道58a和58b行进并使活塞74移动,刹车垫76接触刹车转子22并对刹车转子22施加摩擦力,且前车轮17被刹住。
在该实施例中,刹车垫76是铜基垫。如图6和图7所示,摩擦构件78借助扩散层79安装(例如粘结)在钛衬板77上,扩散层79至少部分地在制造期间通过将铜热喷涂在衬板77上进行形成。衬板77可以包括厚度范围为约1.5毫米(mm)至约1.8mm的钛薄片。衬板77包括钩形棘爪77a和圆形支撑件77b,其均由第一壳体构件52a和第二壳体构件52b滑动地进行支撑。衬板77还具有以连续突起形式的凸起件77c,该连续突起向摩擦构件78突出并沿着衬板77的外围延伸。

7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述烧结步骤包括步骤:
在铜层上放置粉末状的金属;以及
施加压力给所述粉末状的金属。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所述粉末状的金属包括铜。
9.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述烧结步骤包括步骤:
在铜层上放置粉末状的金属;以及
加热所述粉末状的金属。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述粉末状的金属包括铜。
11.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述结合步骤和所述烧结步骤共同包括步骤:
在铜层上放置粉末状的金属;以及
同时对所述粉末状的金属施加压力并加热以形成所述扩散层。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:所述对粉末状的金属施加压力并加热的步骤包括对所述粉末状的金属施加电流的步骤。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:所述粉末状的金属包括铜。
