技术领域
本发明涉及立式清洁装置。这种清洁装置可以为真空清洁机，或者是湿式或所谓的“吸取器”型地板清洁机，在该清洁机中，将清洁液体从该装置上的容器中喷在地板表面如地毯上，然后从地板吸取。
背景技术
这种清洁装置共同具有可在地板表面上移动的清洁头部和机身，该机身枢轴地连接于所述清洁头部并从该清洁头部延伸至手柄，从而使使用者能够根据需要在地板表面上移动所述头部。当不使用清洁机时，机身通常能够置于相对头部垂直的位置，但当使用时，机身从垂直位置倾斜到适合使用者的角度。该装置具有吸力源(电动机和叶轮)，所述头部具有吸取孔，该吸取孔在工作时朝向地板表面，因而，从地板表面吸取的空气与带有的灰尘和/或液体可一起通过分离器/收集器而引至吸力源。在分离器/收集器中，吸取气流中带有的灰尘和/或液体从气流中分离出来，并保留下来以处理掉。
在真空清洁机情况下的吸取孔中，或在吸取器地板清洁机情况下的尽可能地靠近吸取孔处，清洁机的头部可具有搅拌设备，通常为旋转刷或搅拌杆(beater bar)。
当确实不在地板表面上操作时，立式清洁装置通常将机身置于垂直的方位，通过锁扣(catch)或锁栓(detent)相对于头部保持机身。在进行清洁时临时停止的过程中，可以保留吸力源运行，可能的话也保留搅拌设备运行。对于机身处于垂直位置的立式清洁装置来说，如果有人或物体无意中(或有意)用足够力量推动或碰撞机身，则清洁装置会歪倒。另一种寻常的情况是人会被该装置的供电线缆绊倒。
当清洁装置歪倒时，该装置的吸取孔和搅拌设备与它们朝向该装置工作的地面的正常位置相比暴露出来。于是，转动的搅拌设备对邻近歪倒装置的人构成危险，特别是对于小孩或宠物；而且，衣服、布料等可能会与搅拌设备缠在一起或吸入该装置的吸取孔内。本发明的目的是广泛地消除这种情形中的危险。
发明内容
根据本发明，提供了一种立式清洁装置，该装置具有用以检测头部姿态的设备和开关设备，如果头部的姿态与头部正常操作姿态不同而超过预定量，则可以操作所述开关设备，以防止至少搅拌设备的运转，如果所述清洁装置具有搅拌设备的话。
优选地，也防止该装置的吸力源运转。
所述装置头部的正常操作姿态当然是直立于大致水平的地板表面。如果头部的姿态从正常操作姿态沿任何方向倾斜超过大约30度(举例来说)，则开关设备启动。
清洁装置的正常操作使用包括在地板表面上前后开动。为了确保这种使用下的惯性力不会使开关设备启动，该开关设备对于头部从正常操作姿态前后倾斜的灵敏度小于头部从正常操作姿态横向倾斜的灵敏度。然而，对于前后倾斜的灵敏度有可能与横向倾斜的灵敏度相同。所述姿态检测设备和开关设备可彼此合并为所谓的倾斜感测开关。根据开关的类型以及每个开关感测倾斜方向的数量，可以使用一个或多个这种开关。
优选情况下，姿态检测设备设置于所述头部，因为如果清洁装置歪倒，是头部露出吸取孔和搅拌设备。作为选择，可以在所述装置的机身中设置姿态检测设备。然而，由于在该设备的正常使用中，机身从垂直状态向后倾斜，因而，这样设置的姿态检测设备仅会对机身的横向或前向倾斜作出响应。可以设置一种设备，该设备能对该装置的机身相对所述装置头部处于直立方向或脱离使用方向作出响应，而且，仅当检测到这种情况时，才可以操作姿态检测设备和开关设备，以防止至少该装置的搅拌设备的运转。

具体实施方式
现在，参考附图通过实施例对本发明进行描述，附图图示说明本发明可实施的类型的清洁装置。
图1表示为立式真空清洁机的清洁装置，该装置包括10指示的机身和11指示的清洁头部。机身具有部分12，其中设置有清洁机的吸力源，即电动机和叶轮。在此之上，机身具有13指示的灰尘分离器/收集器组件。机身部分14在分离器/收集器组件13上方延伸并结束于手柄15。分离器/收集器组件13结合有一个或多个过滤器和/或气旋分离装置，因而，通过拆除整个分离器/收集器组件或该组件的单独的灰尘收容部分，可以将由清洁机吸取的气流中带有的灰尘和污垢从该气流中分离出来，并保留以处理掉。所有这些特征在真空清洁机中为熟知的，而且可以采用多种设置：仅通过实施例加以说明。
清洁头部11包括前部16，邻近前部16前沿的为朝向要清洁的地板表面的朝向下的吸取孔，该吸取孔的位置由17指示。可在吸取孔17下方地板表面上操作的清洁头部的前部16中，具有刷子/搅拌杆(未显示)，可以由电动机或可能通过由清洁机吸力源产生的气流驱动的叶轮驱动。两个大体平行间隔的部分从清洁头部的前部16向后延伸，并位于清洁机机身的部分12的相对两侧，其中之一可见于18。所述两个大体平行间隔的部分连接于清洁机的机身，因而，机身能够围绕横向基本水平的轴相对于清洁头部转动。部分18具有间隔轮20，以使所述清洁头部在地板表面上能够前后移动。清洁头部在吸取孔17附近可具有小轮子或滚轮，以便于进行这种移动。图示中还可见到吸取软管部分22，通过该软管部分22，吸取气流从清洁头部的吸取孔引导至清洁机的分离器/收集器组件，再从此引至吸力源，然后，排出于周围空气。气流通道可包括清洁机上表示的软管24。
在图中，机身10图示为相对清洁头部11处于垂直位置，并可相对该清洁头部围绕上述横向轴在该位置与向后倾斜位置之间枢轴转动。锁栓或锁扣用以将机身相对于清洁头部保持在垂直位置，所述锁栓或锁扣可以通过由使用者的脚操控的释放元件释放。在立式真空清洁机的正常使用中，机身从垂直位置向后倾斜，直到手柄15处于能够使使用者在要清洁的地板表面上操作清洁机的清洁头部的适合高度。当不用这种方式使用时，清洁机通常将机身置于垂直位置，软管24能够从清洁机上拆卸下来，并能够连接于棒式或手持式清洁工具，用以其他清洁工作，如真空清洁室内装饰等：当如此使用时，吸取气流从清洁头部转向软管24的自由端。
清洁机有可能从图示的垂直位置歪倒，可能向前、向后，如箭头A-B所示；或横向，如箭头C-D所示。清洁机可以向其他任何方向歪倒，但由于清洁头部11的底座大体为矩形，所以相对来说可能性不大。但如果清洁机被意外碰撞或推动，或如果有人被清洁机的供电线缆(未示出)绊倒，或如果清洁机的软管24正用于清洁工作，而过于拉动软管，则可能出现清洁机向其他任何方向歪倒的情况。这样会暴露出清洁头部的吸取孔17以及吸取孔17内的刷子/搅拌杆。
因此，所述清洁机具有用以检测清洁头部11姿态的设备，以及如果所述头部的姿态与其正常操作姿态不同而超过预定量，则用于切断至少刷子/搅拌杆以及优选地也切断清洁机吸力源的设备，所述正常操作姿态即如图所示的在大致水平的地板表面上直立或移动。这可以通过在所述头部11中设置一个或多个倾斜开关来实现。
这种利用重力可替换接触元件或可传导液体材料(如水银)的倾斜开关是公知的。可以使用单个这种开关，用于检测在A、B、C、D以及它们之间所有方向上清洁头部的姿态；或设置两个这种开关，其中一个对所述头部前后的姿态变化作出响应，另一个对横向的姿态变化作出响应。姿态变化的灵敏度需要在所述头部前后姿态与横向姿态之间有所区别的场合，可以采用后一种技术方案。
仅通过实施例，如果所述头部的姿态从其正常操作姿态倾斜大于30度，则操作姿态检测设备以切断清洁机或至少清洁机的刷子/搅拌杆。
所述姿态检测设备和/或开关设备可在所有时候操作，即，当清洁机在地板表面上用于前后工作时，以及当清洁机在清洁机的机身相对所述头部设置于垂直位置的状态时。然而，当清洁机在地板表面上工作时，为了避免检测设备不必要的操作而切断清洁机，可以仅当机身设置于垂直位置时，操作姿态检测设备和/或开关设备。在该情况下，姿态检测设备可以设置于清洁机机身内，而不是头部中。

Claims (11)

1.一种立式清洁装置，具有能在地板表面上移动的清洁头部和连接于所述清洁头部的机身，其中，所述清洁装置设置有用以检测所述头部姿态的设备和开关设备，如果所述头部的姿态与头部正常操作姿态不同而超过预定量，则操作所述开关设备，以防止至少搅拌设备的运转，如果所述清洁装置具有搅拌设备的话。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其中，所述开关设备防止所述清洁装置的吸力源的运转。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁装置，其中，使得所述开关设备运转的所述头部的姿态与头部正常操作姿态之间的差别，在所述头部前后倾斜方面与在所述头部横向倾斜方面基本相同。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁装置，其中，使得所述开关设备运转的所述头部的姿态与头部正常操作姿态之间的差别，在所述头部前后倾斜方面与在所述头部横向倾斜方面不同。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁装置，其中，所述开关设备在所述头部从正常操作姿态倾斜大约30度时操作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其中，所述姿态检测装置包括一个或多个倾斜感测开关。
7.根据权利要求6所述的清洁装置，其中，所述一个或多个倾斜感测开关设置于所述清洁装置的清洁头部中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的清洁装置，其中，所述一个或多个倾斜感测开关设置于所述清洁装置的机身中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其中，仅当所述机身相对所述清洁装置的清洁头部位于垂直位置时，操作所述开关设备，以防止所述清洁装置的运转。
10.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其中，所述清洁装置为真空清洁机。
11.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其中，所述清洁装置为吸取器型地毯清洁机。
