Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装安全和营救设备的方法。
而且,本发明涉及一种用于包装安全和营救设备的包装装置。
最后,本发明涉及该方法和包装装置的使用。
背景技术
对于高大建筑物,例如风力发电机、钻井平台、多层建筑物、塔、桥和天线,要求安全和营救设备永久性地设置在该高大建筑物上。这种营救和安全设备包括连接于下降机构的绳索,使得在发生事故、火灾、疾病等的情况下人们能够从该高大建筑物上撤下来。通常,该安全和营救设备放置在袋子中,该袋子放置在金属或塑料盒中。
很显然,对这种营救和安全设备必需进行定期检查,使得当使用时确保它功能完好并且安全。通常安全和营救设备需要一年检查一次。
这种检查相当费时,并且需要由专业人员进行这种检查,这自然意味着这种检查成本相当高。
通常,有两种原因引起安全和营救设备的损坏。一种原因是天气,如果设备放置在盐水附近,在设备上可能发生腐蚀,风力发电机和钻井平台属于这种情况。
另一种原因是由于机械撞击而造成的实际的安全和营救设备的纯碎机械磨损,由于绳索和金属部件之间发生移动,当该高大建筑物移动时发生的机械撞击引起该安全和营救设备的绳索被固定该绳索的金属部件损坏。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种安全和营救设备,使得检查的间隔可以大大延长增加,例如从1年到6年。
本发明的目的通过权利要求1的前序部分限定的那类方法实现,其特征在于该安全和营救设备被包装在真空包装装置中,该真空包装装置是不能透光的。
因而,该安全和营救设备被屏蔽,不受周围环境的影响。
而且,确保该设备的各个部件不相互影响,因而避免机械磨损。
如上所述,本发明还涉及属于权利要求2的前序部分所限定的那类包装装置。这种包装装置的特征在于该包装装置由不透光的真空包装装置形成。
有利的是,如权利要求3所述,该包装装置防紫外(UV)光的损害。
如权利要求4所述,特别有利的是,包装装置包括聚酯薄膜层压件、铝片和valcros层,在这些层之间设置粘结剂层,这些粘结剂层具有良好的机械性能和对光的不敏感性。
如权利要求5所述,当在该包装装置的里面设置干燥装置时,有利地确保任何可能发生的残余的水气被捕获并结合于该干燥装置。
如权利要求6所述,当在该包装装置的表面上设置检查窗口时,能够实际地检查该安全和营救装置。
如果如权利要求7所述在该检查窗口的前面设置折叶,能够确保消除光对该安全和营救装置的透射。
为了额外地确保安全和营救设备是完全未受损的,如果如权利要求8所述在该检查窗口后面设置湿度指示器,将是有利的。
如上所述,本发明还涉及使用。这种使用在权利要求9中限定。

具体实施方式
在图1中,参考标号1表示要装备在高大建筑物上的整个安全和营救设备,使得在紧急情况下它可以被由于某种原因需要离开该高大建筑物的人们使用。
通常该高大建筑物可以是风力发电机、钻井平台、塔以及其他高层建筑、天线塔等。
实际的安全和营救设备是熟知的类型。
正如在图1中所见,该设备包括聚酰胺绳索2、挠性接头3、活接头螺母4、安全钩5、锁紧滑块6、锁紧心轴7、锁紧滚珠8和手轮9。部件3-9可以用铝制造。
在图2中,图1的安全和营救设备包装在真空包装装置10中。这种真空包装装置可以包括12微米的聚酯薄膜层压件、7微米的铝片和200微米的valcros,其中粘结剂层设置在这些层之间。
该真空包装装置是不透光的,包括紫外光,并且具有机械性能,确保该安全和营救设备中的被包装的部件在经受机械冲击时不相互移位,从而消除该设备各部件表面之间的磨损。
图3示出具有盖子12的盒子11的一个例子。真空包装的安全和营救设备可以在其中运输和存放。
图4示出检查窗口13的例子,该检查窗口可以固定于该真空包装装置的表面,以便能够检查该安全和营救设备。
选择地,折叶(未示出)设置在该检查窗口的前面,以便防止光透射到该安全和营救设备。
保护该安全和营救设备不受有害潮气的干燥装置也可以设置在该真空包装装置本身内。这种干燥装置可以是例如硅胶、膨润土或分子筛。
最后,湿度指示器可以设置在该检查窗口后面,如图5中的14所示。该湿度指示器以这样的方式运行,即如果湿度增加,圆形区的颜色将发生变化以响应湿度的浓度。当40%的湿度时,圆15和其左面的两个圆将发生颜色变化。
如可被理解的,本发明提供安全和营救设备的安全保护和监视,这意味着检查之间的时间间隔可以显著地增加。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于包装安全和营救设备(1)的方法,其特征在于该安全和营救设备包装在不透光的真空包装装置(10)中。
2.用于包装安全和营救设备的包装装置,其特征在于该包装装置(10)由不透光的真空包装装置形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于该包装装置防护紫外光。
4.如权利要求2~3所述的包装装置,其特征在于该包装装置包括聚酯薄膜层压件、铝片和valcros层,其中粘结剂层设置在所述各层之间。
5.如权利要求2~4中所述的包装装置,其特征在于在该包装装置之内设置干燥装置。
6.如权利要求2~5所述的包装装置,其特征在于在该包装装置的表面上设置检查窗口(13)。
7.如权利要求6所述的包装装置,其特征在于在该检查窗口(13)的前面设置折叶。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的包装装置,其特征在于在该检查窗口(13)的后面设置湿度指示器(14)
9.用于在诸如风力发电机的高大建筑物中存放安全设备的方法和包装装置的使用。
