Abstract

背景技术
美国专利3,712,568号公开了一种用于单人降落伞的抽真空包装装置。该抽真空包装装置包括围绕两个金属连接件施加的顶件和底件,使得这两个金属连接件固定在该顶件和该底件之间并且贯穿到该真空包装装置的外面。
对于高大建筑物,例如风力发电机、钻井平台、多层建筑物、塔、桥和天线,要求安全和营救设备永久性地设置在该高大建筑物上。这种营救和安全设备包括连接于下降机构的绳索,以便在发生事故、火灾、疾病等的情况下人们能够从该高大建筑物撤下来。通常,该安全和营救设备放置在袋子中,该袋子放置在金属或塑料盒中。

通常,有两种原因引起安全和营救设备的损坏。一种原因是天气,例如,如果设备放置在盐水附近,在设备上可能引起腐蚀,风力发电机和钻井平台属于这种情况。
另一种原因可以是由于机械撞击而造成实际的安全和营救设备的纯碎机械磨损,由于移动发生在该绳索和金属部件之间,当该高大建筑物移动时发生的机械撞击引起该安全和营救设备的绳索被固定该绳索的金属部件损坏。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种安全和营救设备,使得检查的间隔可以大大延长,例如从1年到6年。

在图1中,参考标号1表示要装备在高大建筑物上的整个安全和营救设备,以便在紧急情况下它可以被由于某种原因需要离开该高大建筑物的人们使用。
通常该高大建筑物可以是风力发电机、钻井平台、塔以及其他高层建筑、天线塔等。
实际的安全和营救设备是熟知的类型。
正如在图1中所见,该设备包括聚酰胺绳索2、挠性接头3、活接头螺母4、弹簧钩5、锁紧滑块6、锁紧心轴7、锁紧滚珠8和手轮9。部件3-9可以用铝制造。
该真空包装装置是不透光的,包括紫外光,并且具有机械性能,确保该安全和营救设备中的被包装的部件在经受机械冲击时不能相互移动,从而消除该设备部件表面之间的磨损。
图3示出具有盖子12的盒子11的一个例子。真空包装的安全和营救设备可以在其中运输和存放。

选择地,折叶(未示出)设置在该检查窗口的前面,以便防止光透射到该安全和营救设备。

最后,湿度指示器可以设置在该检查窗口后面,如图5中的14所示。该湿度指示器以这样的方式运行,即如果湿度增加,圆形区的颜色将发生变化以响应湿度的浓度。当40%的湿度时,圆15和其左面的两个圆将发生颜色变化。

Claims (7)
