Abstract

本发明属于低压电气设备，涉及一种在低压断路器中使用的断路器气推式灭弧装置。该装置包括有壳体和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片，在壳体顶部设置有带有通气孔的金属盖板，在金属盖板和灭弧栅片的顶部之间设置有两层多孔金属板；其中下层的多孔金属板为固定孔板，它直接固定连接在壳体的壁板上，上层的多孔金属板为活动孔板，它通过弹性元件压靠在固定孔板上表面；排布在固定孔板上的通孔与排布在活动孔板上的通孔其位置相互错开，仅通过小于孔径的间隙相通。本发明结构简单、动作可靠的，其既能够在灭弧过程中在灭弧室内保持所需的气体压力，同时在压力过大时又可自动释放压力。

技术领域
本发明属于低压电气设备，涉及一种在低压断路器中使用的断路器气推式灭弧装置。
背景技术
低压断路器的灭弧装置一般包括有一个由绝缘壳体构成的灭弧室，在灭弧室内设置有多层灭弧栅片，灭弧装置在断路器电弧出现时，会在灭弧室内产生较大的气压，一定的气压有利于灭弧，但气压过大时又需要将压力释放。普通的灭弧装置一般是在灭弧栅片的顶部设置多孔的盖板，作为气压释放的通道。由于多孔盖的的气流通量是固定的，因此不能起到对灭弧室内气压进行调控的作用，从而不能保证在灭弧过程中灭弧室内具有较理想的气压条件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、动作可靠的断路器气推式灭弧装置，使其既能够在灭弧过程中在灭弧室内保持所需的气体压力，同时在压力过大时又可自动释放压力。
本发明的断路器气推式灭弧装置包括有壳体和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片，在壳体顶部设置有带有通气孔的金属盖板，在金属盖板和灭弧栅片的顶部之间设置有两层多孔金属板；其中下层的多孔金属板为固定孔板，它直接固定连接在壳体的壁板上，上层的多孔金属板为活动孔板，它通过弹性元件压靠在固定孔板上表面；排布在固定孔板上的通孔与排布在活动孔板上的通孔其位置相互错开，仅通过小于孔径的间隙相通。所述的弹性元件可以是安装在金属盖板和活动孔板之间的若干个压缩弹簧。
本发明由于在灭弧室的排气通道上设置了通孔位置相互错开的固定孔板和活动孔板，因而当灭弧室内气压较小时，可以维持较小的排气通量，以满足灭弧所需的气体压力，而当灭弧室内气压超过一定值时，活动孔板可以在压力作用下克服弹性元件的弹力向上抬起，使排气的通量增大，从而释放过大的压力。同时其结构简单、成本低廉、易于实现。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明的断路器气推式灭弧装置的壳体1内安装有灭弧栅片2，它们共同构成灭弧室，在壳体顶部设置有带有排气孔的金属盖板3，在金属盖板3与灭弧栅片2之间有一层固定孔板4和一层活动孔板5，固定孔板固定安装在壳体的侧壁上，活动孔板通过弹性元件6(压缩弹簧)压靠在固定孔板上表面上。如图2所示，分布在固定孔板和活动孔板上的通孔7a和7b，其位置相互错开。

1、一种断路器气推式灭弧装置，包括有壳体(1)和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片(2)，在壳体顶部设置有带有通气孔的金属盖板(3)，其特征是：在金属盖板和灭弧栅片的顶部之间设置有两层多孔金属板，其中下层的多孔金属板为固定孔板(4)，它直接固定在壳体的壁板上，上层的多孔金属板为活动孔板(5)，它通过弹性元件(6)压靠在固定孔板上表面上；排布在固定孔板上的通孔(7a)与排布在活动孔板上的通孔(7b)其位置相互错开，仅通过小于孔径的间隙相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的断路器气推式灭弧装置，其特征是：所述的弹性元件是安装在金属盖板(3)和活动孔板(5)之间的若干个压缩弹簧。
