Abstract

本发明属于低压电气设备,涉及一种在低压断路器中使用的断路器灭弧装置。该装置包括有壳体和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片,在壳体的排气端设置有两层弹性簧片,两层弹性簧片的一端分别固定在壳体侧壁的不同侧,两层弹性簧片的另一端处于自由状态并相互贴靠在一起,两层弹性簧片上均开有多条相互平行的格栅槽,上、下两层弹性簧片上的格栅槽在水平方向上的位置相互错开。本发明结构简单、动作可靠,其既能够在灭弧过程中在灭弧室内保持所需的气体压力,同时在压力过大时又可自动释放压力。

技术领域
本发明属于低压电气设备,涉及一种在低压断路器中使用的断路器灭弧装置。
背景技术
低压断路器的灭弧装置一般包括有一个由绝缘壳体构成的灭弧室,在灭弧室内设置有多层灭弧栅片,灭弧装置在断路器电弧出现时,会在灭弧室内产生较大的气压,一定的气压有利于灭弧,但气压过大时又需要将压力释放。普通的灭弧装置一般是在灭弧栅片的排气端设置多孔的盖板,作为气压释放的通道。由于多孔盖板的气体通量是固定的,因此不能对灭弧室内的气压起到调控作用,从而也不能保证在灭弧过程中灭弧室内具有较理想的气压条件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、动作可靠的断路器灭弧装置,使其既能够在灭弧过程中在灭弧室内保持所需的气体压力,同时在压力过大时又可自动释放压力。
本发明的断路器灭弧装置包括有壳体和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片,在壳体的排气端设置有两层弹性簧片,两层弹性簧片的一端分别固定在壳体侧壁的不同侧,两层弹性簧片的另一端处于自由状态并相互贴靠在一起,两层弹性簧片上均开有多条相互平行的格栅槽,上、下两层弹性簧片上的格栅槽在水平方向上的位置相互错开。
本发明结构简单、成本低廉、易于加工。由于其在灭弧室的排气通道上设置了两层带有格栅槽的弹性簧片,当灭弧室内气压较低时,由于上、下两层格栅槽的水平位置相互错开,因而气体的通量较小,可使灭弧室内保持一定的气压,以利于灭弧,而当灭弧室内气压超过一定值时,将使两层弹性簧片发生弹性变形,弹性簧片的自由端向外抬起,使两层弹性簧片上的格栅槽在水平方向上发生相对位移,两层格栅槽的重叠面积增大,进而使气体通量增加,过高的气压即可得到释放。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明的断路器灭弧装置的壳体1内安装有灭弧栅片2,它们共同构成灭弧室,在壳体的排气端设置有两层弹性簧片3,两层弹性簧片的一端分别固定在壳体两侧壁上,两层弹性簧片的另一端自由贴靠在一起,两层弹性簧片上的格栅槽4在水平方向上的位置相互错开。
当灭弧室内气压较小时,如图1、图2所示,两层格栅槽4重叠部分较小或者没有重叠,因而气体通量较小,有利于保持灭弧室内的气压;当灭弧室内气压较高时,如图3、图4所示,由于弹性簧片3的自由端向外抬起,两层格栅槽4发生相对位移,其重叠部分增加,因而气体通量相应增加,可以释放过高的气压。

  1. 一种断路器灭弧装置,包括有壳体(1)和安装在壳体内腔中的的灭弧栅片(2),其特征是:在壳体的排气端设置有两层弹性簧片(3),两层弹性簧片的一端分别固定在壳体侧壁的不同侧,两层弹性簧片的另一端处于自由状态并相互贴靠在一起,两层弹性簧片上均开有多条相互平行的格栅槽(4),上、下两层弹性簧片上的格栅槽在水平方向上的位置相互错开。
