Abstract

一种用于机动车发动机润滑系统的护理剂,由三乙撑四胺,三羟基聚醚,丙二醇聚醚,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯,甲基苯基硅油,均二氨基脲,降凝剂组成。使用本护理剂可从根本上消除过氧化造成的有害气体及酸性物质对机械的腐蚀和对油本身的伤害,使机械磨损减少90%以上,特别对消除发动机冷启动时的干磨擦损害更明显,可使润滑油更换期延长5-8倍,机械负载力增大5倍,延长机械寿命3-5倍,并能提高机械效率,节省燃油,减少废气排放。

技术领域:
本发明属油品化学添加剂,特别涉及用于机动车发动机润滑系统的润滑添加剂。
背景技术:
机动车发动机要正常工作延长寿命,润滑油的使用是必然的。但是影响发动机运转的因素是多种多样的,而为了克服不良因素的影响,改进润滑油质量是其中重要的途径,如为减少磨擦造成机械磨损,使用磨擦改进剂,极压抗磨剂;为减少有害沉淀物的形成与聚集,保持润滑部件的清洁,使用洁净剂、分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂;为中和油品在使用中生成的酸性物质,减少部件的锈蚀和腐蚀,使用洁净剂、防腐剂;为抑制油品的氧化,延长油品的贮存和使用寿命,使用抗氧剂、金属减活剂;为提高润滑油的粘度指数,改善油品的粘温性能,使用粘度指数改进剂,如此等等.现有技术中所使用的添加剂,作用比较单一,成本较高,功效也不理想。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种成本较低功能综合性强功效理想的润滑油品添加剂,特别用于机动车发动机润滑系统,功效显著。本发明的用于机动车发动机润滑系统的护理剂,其特征是各组分的组成(重量百分比)分别为:三乙撑四胺3.0-15.0,三羟基聚醚30.0-45.0,丙二醇聚醚30.0-45.0,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯0.5-2.0,甲基苯基硅油10.0-23.0,均二氨基脲0.1-1.0,降凝剂0.5-2.0。经检测和实践证明,本发明的用于机动车发动机润滑系统的护理剂,其各组分的最佳组成(重量百分比)分别为:三乙撑四胺10.0,三羟基聚醚35.0,丙二醇聚醚35.0,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯17.5,甲基苯基硅油1.2,均二氨基脲0.5,降凝剂0.8。
本发明的护理剂,能有效地将润滑油在高温下形成过氧化物时的键反应中断,从根本上消除过氧化造成的有害气体,将酸性物质对机械的腐蚀和对润滑油本身的伤害;本发明的护理剂,通过润滑油载体,与金属表面形成一层韧性的动态保护层,显著增强金属表面的密度,使机械磨损减少90%,以上特别是消除发动机冷启动时的干磨擦损害更明显;添加本发明的护理剂,可使润滑油的更换期延长5-8倍,机械负载能力增大5倍,延长机械设备寿命3-5倍,并能提高机械效率,节省燃油,减少废气排放。
本发明的护理剂的使用方法很简单,只需在第一次更换润滑油(机油)时按5%的机油量添加,第二次更换时按2-3%添加即可。

下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明:
实施例1:准确称量三乙撑四胺3.0Kg,三羟基聚醚40.0Kg,丙二醇聚醚40.0Kg,甲基丙酸月桂酯2.0Kg,甲基苯基硅油12.0Kg,均二氨基脲1.0Kg,降凝剂2.0Kg。称量后把各组成原料投入带搅拌的反应器中充分搅拌后灌装备用即可。
实施例2:准确称量三乙撑四胺15.0Kg,三羟聚醚30.0Kg,丙二醇聚醚40.0,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯0.5Kg,甲基苯基硅油12.7Kg,均二氨基脲0.8Kg,降凝剂1.0Kg,称量完毕,按实施例1的方法完成操作即可。
实施例3:准确称量三乙撑四胺10.0Kg,三羟基聚醚40.0Kg,丙二醇聚醚35.0Kg,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯1.0Kg,甲基苯基硅油13.0Kg,均二氨基脲0.4Kg,降凝剂0.6Kg。称量完毕,按实施例1的方法完成操作即可。
实施例4:准确称量三乙撑四胺10.0Kg,三羟基聚醚35.0Kg,丙二醇聚醚35.0Kg,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯17.5Kg,甲基苯基硅油,1.2Kg,均二氨基脲0.5Kg,降凝剂0.8Kg。称量完毕,按实施例1的方法完成操作即可。

1.用于机动车发动机润滑系统的护理剂,其特征是各组分的组成的重量百分比分别为:三乙撑四胺3.0-15.0,三羟基聚醚30.0-45.0,丙二醇聚醚30.0-45.0,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯0.5-2.0,甲基苯基硅油10.0-23.0,均二氨基脲0.1-1.0,降凝剂0.5-2.0。
