Abstract
本发明提供了一种一体化的光离子化传感器(10),它不仅包括离子化室(36)、紫外线灯(32)、驱动电极(40,42)、离子检测器(48),还包括灯驱动电路(44)、偏置电路(54)等通用电路。本发明的光离子化传感器包括一支撑件(230),将外壳内的空间分割成两个部分。前述检测元件位于一个部分内,而通用电路被集成在电路板(95)上,位于另一部分内。本发明对电路板所处的空间灌封闭粘结剂,使其避免与外界接触。本发明为传感器外壳的顶盖设计了单个大圆孔、栅状和网状通气窗口,使得传感器既适用于气泵抽运模式,又适用于气体扩散模式。同时,特殊的通气窗口允许在不拆卸传感器的情况下,无需使用气泵,便能清除UV灯(32)的光学窗口(34)上的污染。本发明还在电路板上集成了光敏传感器(20),以便在不拆卸传感器的情况下了解UV灯(32)的工作情况。
