Abstract
一种用于冰箱的通风装置,包括一个插入冰箱壁板上的一个通风孔内的第一框架,一个从冰箱外面插入上述通风孔内的第二框架和一个装有一个阀板和阀体的安装底板、第一和第二框架通过它们各自的矩形面的延伸部分的相互配合而联接起来。安装底板在第一框架内的安装方向随通风装置用于排气或用于进气的不同而不同。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于冰箱的通风装置,该通风装置借助于一个空气压力调节阀板的开和关自动地调节大型冰箱、制冷设备等箱中的空气压力。
美国专利3,952,541公开了一种用于制冷设备或其它类似设备的作为现有技术的通风装置,它有这样一种结构,使得当制冷设备压力升高时具有排放制冷设备内的空气以降低其压力的功能,而当制冷设备压力降低时具有从外面引进空气以升高其压力的功能。
在这种用于制冷设备或其它类似设备的通风装置中,空气的排出和引入这两种功能由一个单独的通风装置提供,因此,通风装置的内部结构很复杂。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制冷设备、冰箱或其它类似设备的通风装置。该通风装置结构简单,既可用于排气,又可用于进气,而不必准备两套不同的内部部件。
根据本发明所提供的一种用于冰箱的通风装置包括一个插在冰箱壁板上的通风孔中的第一框架,一个从冰箱外面插入上述通风孔的第二框架和一个装有一个阀板和一个阀体的安装底板。第一框架和第二框架通过各自的矩形面的延伸部分的配合而联接在一起。按照通风装置用于排气或进气的不同,第一框架内的安装底板的安装方向也是不同的。

参照附图,本发明的一种用于冰箱的通风装置包括一个由冰箱内侧插入冰箱壁板2上的通风孔3内的第一框架,一个由冰箱1的外侧插入通风孔3中的第二框架5和一个装有一个阀板10和一个阀体9的安装底板8。第一和第二框架4和5通过它们的矩形面的延伸部分6和7的相互配合而联接在一起。
安装底板8在第一框架4上的安装方向随通风装置用于排气或进气而不同。
当通风装置中的阀板10依靠自身的重量将阀体9关闭时,冰箱1内外两侧之间的空气流被切断。当冰箱中的空气温度降低时,冰箱中的空气压力也降低。由于大气压力的作用,阀板10承受一个指向冰箱内侧的推力,对于用于进气的通风装置B,阀板10只能朝着冰箱内侧方向打开,此时,阀板10处于打开状态。当冰箱内的空气压力与冰箱外的空气压力达到相等时,阀板10由于自重而关闭。当由于除霜或类似原因,冰箱内的空气温度升高时,则冰箱内的空气压力也升高,因此,由于冰箱内空气压力的作用,阀板10承受一个指向冰箱外侧的推力。对于用于排气的通风装置A,阀板10只能朝着冰箱外侧方向打开。此时,阀板10是打开的。当冰箱内外的空气压力
达到相等时,阀板10依靠自重而关闭。
在图示的实施例中,第一框架4插入一个大型冰箱1的壁板2上的通风孔(或开口)3中,而第二框架5则从冰箱外面插入该通风孔
3中。第一和第二框架4和5的矩形面的延伸部分6和7相应于壁板的厚度配合在一起。框架4和5的外缘由密封垫板20紧固在通风孔3的外缘上,由此将框架4和5联在一起。
由插在第一框架4的四个边角处的通孔21中的螺栓23将第一框架4紧固在壁板2上。第一框架上对着冰箱的内侧和外侧的地方加工一些带螺纹的孔13。安装底板8由拧在这些螺纹孔13中的螺栓12来固定。第二框架5安装在冰箱盖子14的一个内侧阶梯形部分14a上。当冰箱盖子14通过冰箱盖四角上孔22中的螺栓24而固定在壁板2上,第二框架5的凸缘被压紧而固定在壁板2上。冰箱盖子14的形状象一个合子,在它的底面上有一个开口25,其上装有一个防虫屏15。一根芯线管17沿矩形面的延伸部分6和7的下方内侧壁面从盖14延伸到防霜加热器16并与之相联接。
在图2所示的通风装置中,安装底板8由拧在第一框架的内侧螺纹孔13中的螺栓12加以固定,使得包括阀板10和阀体9的所有部件都安装于第一框架的矩形面的延伸部分6内。阀体9由螺栓18固定在安装底板8上。通过一个水平轴11使阀板10可转动地安装在具有一个倾斜支座面9a的阀体9上。阀板10关闭阀板开口19的位置由阀体9的倾斜角度来确定。由于有阀体9,阀板10只能朝冰箱外侧打开,因此,这种通风装置用于排气。
在图3所示的通风装置中,象图2中所示的通风装置一样,利用内侧螺纹孔13使安装底板8安装在第一框架4上。尤其是内部部件的位置关系正好与图2中所示的内部部件的位置关系相对称。阀板10受阀体9的限制,使得它只能朝冰箱内侧打开,因此,该通风装置用于进气。
在图4所示的实施例中,对应于大型冰箱1的容积和致冷能力,
冰箱1的壁板2上设有一些通风孔3。在这种情况下,排气通风装置和进气通风装置是独立安装的。在这个实施例中,第一和第二框架4和5的矩形面的延伸部分6和7相互之间可滑动地配合在一起。因此,根据壁板的厚度可以容易地进行尺寸调整。因而可以获得一个宽的调节范围。
如上所述,使用几个单独的通风装置,当冰箱空气压力升高时,通过向冰箱外排空气以达到降低冰箱内的空气压力的功能,当冰箱空气压力降低时,通过向冰箱内吸进空气以达到升高冰箱内空气压力的功能。采用相似或相同的部件,通过不同的安装方式可以容易地装配出这两种不同功能的通风装置。这意味着只需要准备单一的简化零件,因而可以降低制造成本。
Claims (1)
1、一种用于冰箱通风的装置,包括:
第一框架,它有一个延伸部,该延伸部从冰箱内部插入冰箱壁板上的通风孔,
第二框架,它有一个延伸部,该延伸部从冰箱外部插入上述通风孔,和
安装底板,它安装在上述第一框架上并带有阀体和阀板,
上述第一框架和第二框架由各自的延伸部配合而联接起来,
其特征在于:
安装底板在第一框架中的安装方向随上述通风装置用于排气或用于进气的不同而不同,上述安装底板被螺栓紧固在上述第一框架所述的延伸部内端或者紧固在上述第一框架所述延伸部外端。
