本发明涉及非酒精饮料的制备,特别是西瓜汁的制备方法。
饮料是人们常用的解渴和补充人体内电解质和糖分的东西。一般饮料是由水果萃取物、糖类、无机盐和水等配制而成。市场上饮料品种繁多,有鲜橘汁、荔枝汁、猕猴桃汁等。西瓜是深受人们喜欢的水果之一,且可以讲是夏令必需品,平时人们吃西瓜总是先将西瓜洗一下,然后切开吃,不卫生;另外,西瓜太多时卖不掉易烂掉,以造成的浪费也不小。为此,人们想法将西瓜制成西瓜浆。国内市场上已有西瓜浆罐头,但价格较贵,味道欠佳,食用为太方便。
本发明的目的在于提供一种西瓜汁的制备方法,工艺简单,且该西瓜汁价格便宜,味道鲜美,食用方便。
本发明是这样实现的:一种西瓜汁的制备方法,包括清洗消毒西瓜外皮、去皮去子、磨浆、加添加剂、煮开和封装步骤。
进一步讲,所述的添加剂的配方为每500克西瓜汁浓液中含米醋约10克、食糖约5克、粗盐约5克和味精约4克。
本发明提供的一种西瓜汁的制备方法工艺简单,投资少,见效快,且产品西瓜汁价格便宜,味道鲜美,食用方便,还有防止疾病作用,如可防止中暑、肾脏炎、胆囊炎、糖尿病、黄疸病,肝炎和高血压等,以及健牙作用。
下面举例详细描述本发明。
一种西瓜汁的制备方法:先对采下三天之内的西瓜的外皮进行清洗消毒,然后切开,去皮去子,再用球磨机进行磨浆,磨成细浆后加入添加剂米醋、食糖、粗盐和味精,其配方为每500克西瓜汁浓液中含米醋约10克、食糖约5克、粗盐约5克和味精约4克,将它们放入锅内煮开15分钟,后5分钟锅盖打开,锅盖烤6分钟(或10分钟),最后加水稀释并封装在瓶中,稀释的比例是水:浓液为0-0.5(重量)。

1、一种西瓜的制备方法,其特征在于所述的制备方法。包括清洗消毒西瓜外皮、去皮去子、磨浆、加添加剂、煮开和封装步骤。
2、根据权利要求①所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的磨浆是用球磨机进行的。
3、根据权利要求①所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的添加剂的配方为每500克西瓜汁浓液中含米醋10克、食糖5克、粗盐5克和味精4克。
4、根据权利要求①所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的煮开的封装步骤之间还可以有稀释步骤。
5、根据权利要求①所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的煮开的时间为15分钟,其中的后5分钟锅盖打开然后把锅盖在电炉上烤6分钟(或10分钟)再盖上。
6、根据权利要求①所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的稀释的比例是经处理过的水:浓液为0-0.5(重量)
