Abstract
本发明提供了一种注射拉伸吹塑装置,其中,构成容器的周边部分的平面预型件周边靠夹持模和安装到旋转的运送圆盘下底面上的芯模形成,预型件的周边夹在吹塑芯下端和夹持模之间,在进行拉伸吹塑后就形成了杯状容器,然后从夹持模中向上移动容器以完成释放动作。
Description
本发明涉及这样一种装置,它能连续进行从用注模法制造一个合成树脂的平面预型件、温度控制到拉伸吹塑一广口的杯状容器的操作。
在4105391号美国专利中公开了一种注射拉伸吹塑机,该机包括以下几个操作工序:
一、完成注塑一个预型件的工序;
二、将预型件的温度控制到适于拉伸吹塑的范围的工序;
三、将预型件拉入吹塑模并将该件吹制成如瓶子的容器的工序;
四、拿出制成的容器的工序。
在此机器中,一构成注射模一部分通常称做颈模或唇模的模子制成适于用做夹持器,该模子和一间歇旋转的杯状圆盘一起运动且预型件和容器从一个操作工序运送到另一个操作工序。
在上述吹塑机器中,构成容器颈部的预型件在运送中其上端被颈模夹持然后受到拉伸吹塑。然而,在杯状容器不具有如瓶状容器那样的颈部的情况下,采用众所周知的注塑机实行注射拉伸吹塑是极其困难的。
除非预型件的圆周部分由某种装置夹持住。
夹持一平面注射模制造预形件的装置设计成在相当于颈模的夹持模的内圆周部分加工出一凹槽,作为杯状容器开口边缘的预型件圆周边由上述凹槽构成。
不过,在夹持模上加工凹槽受到一定限制。另外,由于为了拿出制成的容器,既使在夹持模能分开以从凹槽中拿出开口边缘的情况下,凹槽的加工深度都达不到足够的程度。因此,有时就会遇到这种情形,即,当预型件由拉伸杆拉伸或由空气吹塑时,在产生的压力作用下,预型件的周边从凹槽中滑脱出来,使得不能由预型件吹制成杯状容器。
而且,在预型件被凹槽夹住的地方,数目相等于凹槽的凸出的轮廓在开口边缘的内端、外端或两端形成环状。这就导致由于凸出轮廓的出现使密封材料难于粘接到开口边缘的问题。
还有,由于预型件是靠凹槽夹持的,就不能将制成品拿开,除非夹持模是可分开的。不合理的地方还包括,尽管模制的容器是最简单且廉价的杯子,但仍需使用相当于用来模制如瓶子那样的容器的装置。
上述先有技术面临的一个问题在于采用了类似于用来注射拉伸吹塑瓶子或相似物的技术手段来模制如杯子这样的在结构上与瓶子完全不同的容器。这样,本发明的发明人就找到了解决上述问题的办法,即采用适合于杯子结构的释放装置,也就是在该释放装置中,模制好的杯子是从夹持模的上方拿开的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有新型结构的模制装置,该装置中预型件的周边不需靠凹槽形成,也不需特殊的夹持装置来运送预型件和杯状容器,而且,预型件也不会在压力下,甚至在拉伸吹塑时从夹持模中脱开。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种经济的模制装置,它可简化模子及装在模子上的附件,并能在有限的面积内生产出许多杯状容器。
根据能达到上述目的的本发明,形成容器周边部分的平面预型件的周边是靠在旋转的运送圆盘一侧的夹持模上表面形成的,周边被夹在形成于吹塑芯和夹持模下端的肩台之间,在拉伸吹塑时,形成杯状容器然后该容器从夹持模向上运动释放出来。
附图分各个操作工序表明了制造杯状容器的拉伸吹塑装置。

未示出总体图的拉伸吹塑装置具有一间歇转动90°的运送圆盘1,该装置中提供了四个操作工序,即,注射模制操作工序,预型件温度控制操作工序,拉伸吹塑操作工序和拿出制成品的工序。
注射模制操作工序中,具有一个注射模,该模相对于整体夹持模2封闭,夹持模2安装在运送圆盘1的下表面上,一芯模4通过一直径大于装在运送圆盘1上的杯状容器的孔从运送圆盘1的顶部(如图1所示)插入夹持模2并相对其封闭。
注射模3靠安装在底板30上的夹紧缸5支承并可上下运动,一注射装置7设置在底模的侧面。芯模4靠安装在上支承件40上的夹紧缸6支承并可上下运动以运送圆盘1的孔中插入夹持模2,圆盘1装在人们所熟悉的装置上并能转动。
用来模制一平面预型件8的型腔具有一在夹持模2、注射模3和芯模4之间形成的平面圆板形。注入型腔的树脂在注射模3和芯模4之间预型件8的底部位置,在夹持模2和芯模4之间的圆周壁上,在夹持模2内的肩台2a和相对肩台2a设置的芯模4的肩台4a之间的周边8a处受到模制。
预型件的温度控制工序包括装在夹持模2下面的控温模9,一从运送圆盘1的孔中装入预型件8的控温芯10(如图2表示)。控温模9由一装在底板30上的气缸11支承并可上下运动。控温芯10与装在上支承件40上的气缸12连接。
拉伸吹塑操作工序包括一在夹持模2下面与一活塞杆14连接的吹模15,活塞杆14在装于底板30上的下夹紧缸13上,还包括一吹塑芯19(如图3至图5所示)。该吹塑芯19与板18的中部相连,板18上装有一对上夹紧缸16的活塞杆17,夹紧缸16装在支承件40上,吹塑芯设置在夹紧模2的上方。
吹模15有一型腔15a,其上部为开口的,吹塑芯19具有一在其自身下部周围的肩台19a,该肩台19a与预型件8的开口的内缘相配合。肩台19a在夹紧力作用下压住预型件8的周边8a并将周边8a和夹持模2保持在一起。在吹塑芯19的中部装有一伸拉棒21,该棒在气缸20作用下上下运动以使压缩空气可通过拉伸棒21周围吹入。
制成品拿出操作工序中设有一从运送圆盘的孔中插入杯子22以将其从圆盘1上部拿出的装置(如图6和图7所示)。其中,杯状容器22的开口边22a与夹持模2的肩台2a啮合并被其夹持。
该装置结构很简单,它包括一安装在支承件40上的水平气缸23,其中,一吸盘27安装在一伸到气缸25底端的活塞杆26的终端。
整个装置的操作过程将描述如下。

夹持模2,设置在夹持模2下面的注射模3和位于夹持模2上方并装入夹持模2和注射模3的芯模4由上下夹紧缸5和6支承,接着熔融的树脂从注射装置7中注入型腔以模制具有形成于夹持模2上表面和芯模4下表面之间的周边8a的平面预型件8。在模制完成后,通过向下退回注射模3和向上退回芯模4实现开模。这时,预型件8由夹持模2环绕着。

开模后,运送圆盘1在公知的装置作用下将夹持模2和预型件8送至控温操作工序。运送圆盘1停止后,控温模9和控温芯10分别上下运动通过使预型件8的周边8a夹在夹持模2的肩台中将其
夹住以进行温度控制。

将进行了控温的预型件8打开,接着,通过运送圆盘1的运动将其和夹持模2一起送至拉伸吹塑操作工序以进行夹紧。
吹模15和吹塑芯19及夹在它们中间的夹持模2被夹紧,预型件8的周边8a由肩台19a固定。然后,拉伸棒21向下延伸将预型件8拉伸到型腔15a的底部,接着吹入压缩空气使材料在型腔中充分扩张以模制出杯子22。这样,预型件8的周边8a作为杯子22的开口边22a保留下来。
当杯子22制成后,将拉伸棒21退回其初始位置,模子就打开了。

运送圆盘1运动起来,将杯子22和夹持模2一起送到拿出位置。
在运送圆盘1停止在预定位置后,活塞杆26从顶部插入杯子并使吸盘27压住杯子下表面以吸住杯子,接着,活塞杆26收缩向上拉起杯子22。由于杯子22仅处于开口边22a放在夹持模2的上表面且不受其他件的作用的状态。所以杯子22就这样通过拉起从夹持模2中拿开了。
接着,当活塞杆24在水平气缸23作用下收缩时,杯子22以及垂直气缸25都横向运动并被带出运送圆盘1。
应当注意的是在上述实施例中,有时控温操作工序是可以省略的,而且拿出制成品的操作可在拉伸吹塑操作工序中完成。
从上述实施例中显然可以看到,在本发明中,构成杯子开口边缘的平面预型件的周边在夹持模的上表面和芯模作用下产生且该周边被在吹塑芯子的下端构成的肩台夹住以进行拉伸吹塑。所以,既使不提供分开的夹持装置,预型件也决不会在拉伸和吹塑时产生的压力下脱开。
而且,由于在吹塑芯提起来后杯子只留在夹持模上,其开口边缘位于夹持模的肩台上,所以,可以从上方拿出杯子而无需分开或打开夹持模。因此,夹持模的结构可以简化,将其安装在运送圆盘上的操作也就简单了。
Claims (4)
1、一种制造杯状容器的注射拉伸吹塑装置,该装置用于一注射模制操作加工,它包括一安装在间歇旋转的运送圆盘下底面上的夹持模,一用来制造平面预型件的相对夹持模封闭的注射模和一从运送圆盘的孔中插入夹持模的芯模,一通过分别上下移动注射模和芯模来开闭模子的装置和一对着注射模侧面的注射装置;该装置还包括一拉伸吹塑操作工序,在该工序中包括一相对夹持模封闭的吹塑模,一从夹持模的孔中插入该模的吹塑芯,一拉伸棒插入吹塑芯并且吹气隙位于吹塑芯中心轴线的周围,一通过分别上下移动吹塑模和吹塑芯来开闭的装置和一拉伸棒操纵装置;上述装置特征在于运送圆盘的孔径大于杯状容器的口径,夹持模为一整体件,在夹持模内部靠设置在芯模上的肩台和一在运送中用来夹持预型件和杯状容器的肩台制成预型件周边缘,吹塑芯的下周边带有装配到预型件内开口边缘的肩台,同夹持模的肩台一起夹持住预型件的周边。
2、按照权利要求1的制造杯状容器的注射拉伸吹塑装置,其中,吹塑芯与一安装到一对上夹紧缸的活塞杆上的板子连接,夹紧缸装到位于运送圆盘上方的支承件上,吹塑芯的中心部分装有一拉伸棒,该棒通过安装在板子上的气缸作用而上下移动。
3、按照权利要求1的制造杯状容器的注射拉伸吹塑装置,其中,运送圆盘上方设有一向上拿出杯状容器的装置,容器的开口边与夹持模的肩台啮合并被其夹持,通过运送圆盘的孔将杯子从上方拿出。
4、按照权利要求1或3的制造杯状容器的注射拉伸吹塑装置,其中,拿出制成品的装置包括一气缸,气缸中的吸引装置设置在活塞杆的端部。
