Abstract
一种用来在钻机上安装回转部件的装置,包括:一个本体(1);一个回转部件(8)。该部件通过其配合面(8a,8b)可回转地安装在机身上,用来驱动一个钻柄(9)。回转部件在一回转机构(10)的驱动下产生转动,并与位于两配合面之间的一个转动的齿轮环(11)相啮合。为达到无须拆卸机身就可更换回转部件的目的,将回转部件两边沿径向装配在一个整体的机身(3)上。两个配合面和齿轮环被加工成阶梯状,使回转部件可经相应一端(3c)沿轴向自整体的机身上拆卸下来。
Description
本发明内容是关于一种将回转部件安装在钻机上的装置,这种钻机包括一个本体和一个装在本体内的冲击构件;一个沿冲击构件的轴向延长线放置的回转部件,该部件可回转地装在本体上;一个以本体为基座的回转机构,该回转机构与回转部件相互啮合。
此处所用“回转件”这一术语既表示与机身相配合的衬套外框,该衬套用来驱转钻杆端部形成的钻柄,也表示一个用来驱转与钻杆相连结的专门钻柄的转动衬套。
在传统的液压冲击钻机中,安装在机身内的冲击构件是用来定向一钻柄渐序施加冲击作用力,与此同时该钻柄又被一个回转构件所驱动而产生回转,为此,回转构件可回转地安装在机身上的一个支承空腔内。
在常见的钻机结构中,回转构件装在两个或两个以上的机身内,因此支承空腔至少包括两个部件,这些机身部件与其它机身部件由几根拉杆相互连接成一个刚体。机械工程中常将一回转轴上两个轴承之一固定在一个不可拆卸的部件上,比如,当轴上的两个轴承之间装有一个齿轮环时。
然而,这种常见结构的主要缺点是当更换回转部件时必须打开各机身上的拉杆;另外,回转部件的安装精度也不能很好地得以保证,因为轴承是固定在两个单独的机身上。
本发明的目的是提供一种安装回转部件的装置,该装置克服了上
述的缺陷,使得回转部件能以一种简单的方式得以更换。通过采用本发明所述的装置使此目的得以实现,该装置的特征是回转部件的两端在径向方向上与一整体的机身部件相配合,该部件的配合表面及其间的齿轮环被设计成阶梯状,因此回转构件可自机身本体的一端轴向移出。
本发明所基于的想法是,机身上回转部件和支承空腔间的配合面所加工成的形状使得回转部件可自该整体机身上拆卸下来而无须拆散支承空腔上的配合面。由于采用了整体的机身部件,使得作用在钻柄上的侧向力通过回转部件传到该刚性机身部件上。另外,由于无须拆卸支承空腔就可将整个回转部件自机身的一端轴向地从支承空腔中抽出,因此回转部件可得以迅速检修。此外,从机身上拆下回转部件也不需要卸开机身上的拉杆,因为检修回转部件时无需将本体结构拆散。
以下参考附图对本发明做更详细的叙述:
图1示明一种具有本发明所述装置的钻机,该图为局部轴向剖面侧视图。
图2所示为一回转部件和拆卸下来的机身本体。
图中所示的钻机包括:一个由后部机身2和前部机身3及端盖4,5组成的机身1;一个安装在机身后部的冲击构件6带有一冲击柱塞7;一个安装在机身前部的回转衬套8,该衬套可在机身中回转;一个安装在回转衬套中的钻柄9,该钻柄9与冲击柱塞同轴,可沿轴向滑动但不能转动,机身上设有一回转机构10,与回转衬套外表面上的齿轮环相啮合;机身由轴向的拉杆12装配成一刚体,该拉杆自前部机身前端的凸缘13通长沿伸至后端盖4;前端盖5用紧固螺钉14连接到前部机身本体3上。
机身前部有一安装回转衬套的支承空腔,该空腔上的配合面3a和3b轴向间隔,其作用相当于分别位于回转衬套两端配合面8a和8b的滑动轴承,回转衬套的配合面位于齿轮环的两侧。
按本发明所述结构,回转衬套上的齿轮环及两端配合面被加工成一定形状,即内端配合面8a的直径D1小于或等于齿轮环的内径d1,外端配合表面的直径D2至少等于或大于齿轮环的外径d2,这样一种阶梯形状可使回转衬套经前端开口3c从机身上卸下而无须拆卸回转机构上的主动齿轮15,不过在更换回转衬套时要将前端盖5打开,而拉杆则无需拆开。另外需指明,起支承空腔作用的机身3是一个整体件,因此,该支承空腔刚性好,装配精度高。此处有关的图例和说明只是用来解释本发明的想法,该装置的细节部位亦可在权利要求书所述的范围内有所变化。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于在钻机上安装回转部件的装置,包括:
一个机身(1)和一个安装在机身上的冲击构件(6);
一个回转部件(8),可转动地安装在冲击构件的轴向延长线上其一边沿径向装配在一个整体的前部机身(3)上;
一个固定在机身上的回转机构(10),该机构与回转部件相啮合,
其特征为:
回转部件(8)的另一边径向地装配在上述前部机身(3)上,
回转部件的配合面(8a、8b)和配合面之间的齿轮环(11)被加工成可使回转部件自相应的一端(3c)从前部机身(3)上轴向移出的阶梯型结构。
2、按权利要求1中所述的一种装置,其特征是:回转部件(8)的内端配合面(8a)之直径(D1)基本与该构件上齿轮环(11)的内径(d1)相同,同时该回转部件的外端配合面(8b)之直径(D2)至少与该构件上齿轮环的外径(d2)相等。
3、按权利要求1或2中所述的一种装置,其机身(1)由两个单独的部分(2、3)组成,由拉杆(12)轴向连接起来,其特点是前部机身(3)与拉杆(12)相连,而其前端盖(5)又与前部机身相连。
