Abstract

小型电动机用的一种电压吸收器,该电压吸收器有一个固定装设在电动机换向器上的环形空心电阻器,环形电阻器与各换向片的连接方式可以防止电动机电刷与换向片之间接触或分离时产生不必要的火花,上述连接方式是将各换向片的延长部分作为端子来连接换向片和转子绕组引线。在各端子与环形电阻器之间涂有导电粘结剂,确保环形电阻器与换向片之间在机械和电气上可靠连接。

Description

本发明一般涉及小型电动机用的电压吸收器,更详细地说,涉及小型电动机用的电压吸收器,这种电压吸收器有一个固定装设在电动机换向器上的环形空心电阻器;环形电阻器与各换向片在机械上和电气上的连接方式可以防止电动机电刷和换向片之间接触或分离时产生不必要的火花。
众所周知,迄今有一种可以防止在直流电动机电刷和换向片之间产生火花的装置。装置中有一个可变电阻或环形电阻器接在电动机换向器的各换向片之间以吸收各换向片之间产生的反电动势。
这种电压吸收器必须焊接在换向器上。这产生了一系列问题:加工性能差,焊接时产生的热量有不良影响。近几年来,为了解决这些问题,往往采用具有规定电阻值的环形导电橡皮。往换向器上固定导电橡皮的方法是将换向器插入导电橡皮的环形空心部分,用辅助紧固装置或利用导电橡皮的弹性加以固定。但这些往换向器上固定导电橡皮用的紧固装置带来了另一个问题:连接部分的电气稳定性随着时间的推移而变坏。这,部分是由于两个紧固装置有摩擦力,部分是由于橡皮系装在电动机的转动部件上引起的。
本发明就是想用简单可靠的方法,即把电压吸收器固定到换向器的方法,解决这些问题。
本发明的一个目的就是提供一个电压吸收器。该电压吸收器有一个固定装设在换向器上的环形空心电阻器,其固定方式确保环形电阻器与各换向片良好接触,从而防止电动机电刷与换向片之间接触或分离时产 生火花;为了达到上述良好接触,各换向片延伸部分形成的端子用以连接换向片和转子绕组引线;而环形空心电阻器是由导电橡皮制成的,电阻器的内径比换向器座的外径略小;在导电橡皮内表面有端子的位置上还设有许多大小相应于各端子的凹槽;在换向器座上的端子表面与凹槽内表面接触的地方涂有导电粘结剂,确保各端子与导电橡皮之间在机械和电气上紧密连接。
本发明的另一个目的是提供小型电动机用的由一个固定电阻制成的环形空心电阻器。
通过下列说明和附图(图1~3)可以清楚地了解本发明的目的和其它特点。
图1是沿图2A-A′线截取的局部剖面侧视图,表示导电橡皮如何用本发明的紧固装置固定装设在换向器上。
图2是对应于图1的正视图。
图3是相应的透视图,仅供参考。
在图1~3中,1是换向器,2是导电橡皮,3是导电粘结剂,4是换向片,5是换向器座,6是端子,7是转轴,8是转子,9是垫圈。
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,导电橡皮2固定装设在换向器座5上。从图2可以看到,端子6与换向器座5啮合。在这种配置方式下,固定装设在换向器座5的导电橡皮2,其内径比换向器座5的外径略小;在导电橡皮2内径表面各端子6的位置上有许多凹槽,其大小对应于端子6。端子6与换向器座5的啮合面和导电橡皮内径表面上各凹槽内表面之间,都必须保持良好的电气接触。但在现有技术中,如上所述,随着导电橡皮2长年累月在材料上的变化,使换向器1和导电橡皮2之间的电气接触变差。
在本发明中,在换向器座5上端子6表面与导电橡皮2内径表面各凹槽内表面接触的地方涂上了导电粘结剂3,如图1和图2所示。
图3是上述实施例从转子8一侧看起的透视图。
在上述实施例中,环形电阻器,即电压吸收器,采用导电橡皮。用固定电阻器代替导电橡皮时也同样可以采用本发明的紧固装置。
如上所述,本发明为小型电动机提供保持电压吸收器与换向器之间稳定电气接触的方法,无需借助于焊接。

Claims (1)

1、小型电动机用的电压吸收器,该电压吸收器有一个固定装设在各换向片上的环形空心电阻器,可以防止电动机电刷与所述换向片之间接触或分离时产生不必要的火花,该电压吸收器的特征是:有许多所述换向片延长部分形成的端子用以连接所述换向片和转子绕组引线,所述环形电阻器是由导电橡皮制成,环形电阻器的内径比所述换向器座的外径略小,在所述环形电阻器内径表面有所述端子的位置上设有许多大小与各端子相对应的凹槽,以及在所述换向器座上的所述端子表面与所述凹槽的内表面接触的地方涂敷了导电粘结剂以固定装设所述端子和所述导电橡皮。
