Abstract

本发明提供了一种改进的电热板制造方法,该方法是直接对嵌入金属基板里的电热管加压变形,同时对金属基板的槽壁进行加压铆合,使两者紧密吻合,这样可使电热管与金属基板之间的热传导性能提高,电热板的电气安全性能得到保证。

Description

压铆式电热板的制造方法
本发明涉及一种用压铆方法制造电热板,如用于家用电器中的电热板等。
目前制造电热板的方法通常是把电热管和金属板浇铸一体而成,但由于浇铸时受高温的影响,电热管两端密封绝缘材料容易被破坏,影响电热板的电气安全性能。
另一种通常用的制造电热板的方法是日本特许公报〈昭57-4688〉《发热体的制造方法》,它是将金属基板预先形成埋沟,沟的两上侧有突条或压片,当电热管嵌入后,使突条或压片受压变形的方法,使电热管与金属基板压为一体。相似的方法还有将电热管直接压入金属基板连结为一体的方法。但是上述几种方法是对金属基板上的突条或压片或者电热管进行单一受压变形,则电热管与金属基板之间不可能有紧密的吻合,固定不牢,导致电热管与金属基板之间的热传导性能差的问题。
本发明的目的是改进电热板的制造方法,使电热管与金属基板之间有永久性的紧密吻合,保持高的热传导性能,同时达到电热板的电气安全性能。
本发明是这样实现的:在金属基板上预先形成能嵌入电热管的凸槽,当电热管嵌入凸槽后,对电热管外壁上部加1~2吨/cm2的压力,使其变形,电热管变形后充实凸槽内全部体积,电热管外周与凸槽内壁紧密吻合,在此同时又对槽顶两侧进行铆合,达到维持永久性的紧密吻合的固定连结。
本发明是采用不但对电热管直接加压变形,同时又对金属基板槽顶部两侧加压变形的双重作用,它具有永久性的吻合,可靠性高,热传导好,电气安全性能好,对电热管与金属基板的配合尺寸要求不高,以及产品的成本低等优点。
以下附图描述了本发明的一个实例;参照图1,〔1〕是电热管,〔2〕是金属基板,〔3〕是凸槽,〔4〕是槽底,〔5〕是槽顶部,〔6〕是槽壁,〔7〕是外金属管,〔8〕是绝缘材料,〔9〕是电热丝。电热管〔1〕的外层是外金属管〔7〕(外金属管的金属可根据电热板的温度选用不同的金属),中心是电热丝〔9〕,在电热丝周围填充绝缘材料〔8〕,电热管两端是用密封绝缘材料封闭,电热管的外形可以是圆形或任意形状。金属基板〔2〕是根据电热板用途来决定形状,其金属材料视电热板温度而定,它可以浇铸、压铸、车制而成,总之要在金属基板上预先形成一条能嵌入电热管〔1〕的凸槽〔3〕,槽壁〔6〕的高度D要接近电热管〔1〕的直径(或高度),槽顶部〔5〕的厚度H要足以在1~2吨/cm2压力下变形,槽底〔4〕的形状视电热管而定。
如图2所示,当电热管〔1〕嵌入金属基板〔2〕后,用垂直方向1~2吨/cm2的力向下压时,使电热管〔1〕受压变形,这样电热管〔1〕的体积全部充实在凸槽〔3〕的槽底〔4〕和槽壁〔6〕中,并紧密吻合,同时如图3所示,在槽顶部〔5〕两侧用1~2吨/cm2的45°方向的力,使槽顶部〔5〕受压变形,这样电热管〔1〕就压铆在金属基板〔2〕上。实施中要求在电热管〔1〕受垂直的力保持的情况下同时进行45°方向的加压,使槽顶部〔5〕变形,达到压铆的效果。

Claims (2)

1、一个由电热管和预先形成槽沟的金属基板组成的电热板的制造方法,其特征在于直接对嵌入凸槽〔3〕中的电热管〔1〕加压使之变形,并充满槽底〔4〕及槽壁〔6〕所包含的全部体积,同时对两槽顶部〔5〕分别以一定角度加压,使之两槽顶部〔5〕受压变形,紧密压铆在电热管〔1〕上部,而制造成压铆式的电热板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于压力为1~2吨/cm2
