Abstract

Description
背景技术
本发明涉及运行电话通讯服务的方法和系统,尤其涉及电话通讯网络的呼叫管理协议。
事实上,许多现代电话网络的用户都使用预付费机制去为他们在网络上的呼叫付费。例如,传统的固定电话网络的用户使用公用电话典型地是使用储存了信用值的预付费卡,该卡能根据所进行的呼叫的花费相应的减少信用值。移动网络的用户使用预付费购买的通话时间(airtime),典型地是购买一种具有唯一密码的通话时间再充值凭证。用户连接到网络并且输入此密码,相应地使用户的预付费购买的通话时间的余值增加。当用户进行呼叫时,此余值相应地减少。
在任一种情况中,一旦信用值或预付费购买的通话时间耗尽,用户将被禁止进一步使用网络,特别是进行电话呼叫,直到获得新的预付费卡(或现有的卡再次补充了信用值)或预付费购买的通话时间在网络上被“充值”。
随着现代电话网络以及最近具有增强功能的蜂窝网络的出现,现在,修改现有的网络呼叫管理协议,以处理呼叫者在没有通话时间或通话时间不足以进行呼叫的情况下的呼叫,是可能的。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种运行电话通讯服务的方法,该方法包括:
在网络上监测来自呼叫者的呼叫尝试,以识别由信用或通话时间不足以对预期的接受者进行呼叫的呼叫者发起的呼叫尝试;和
在不必建立传统的呼叫的情况下,发送呼叫请求给所述呼叫的预期的接受者,使得该接受者的手机将这种呼叫尝试通知该接受者。
典型地,所述呼叫者是所述网络的预付费的呼叫者,该呼叫者余留在用于进行呼叫的预付机制上的信用或通话时间不足。
例如,预付机制可以是预付费的电话卡或预付费的网络通话时间。
作为替换,呼叫者可以是网络的订户,该订户对网络运营商的信用不足以进行呼叫。
优选地,该方法包括至少向呼叫的接受者产生一条通知,通知其该呼叫请求是由信用不足以进行呼叫的订户发起的。

(1)监测来自信用不足以对预期的接受者进行呼叫的用户的呼叫尝试;和
(2)在不必建立传统的呼叫的情况下,发送呼叫请求给所述呼叫的预期的接受者,使得该接受者的手机将这种呼叫尝试通知该接受者。
该系统可以包括一个包含网络订户的信用/通话时间状况的详细资料的数据库,网络被安排用于自动地确定呼叫者的信用/通话时间状况,并且如果呼叫者可利用的信用/通话时间不足以进行呼叫则产生呼叫请求。

具体实施方式
附图以高度简化的示意图形式,示出了现代GSM移动电话网络的一部分的体系结构。该图并不是全面性的而仅仅是说明性的。该网络典型地将具有智能网络(IN)功能,但这并不是本发明实施的必需要素。
在图示的网络中,呼叫者的移动电话10与第一基站12通信,该基站又与移动交换中心(MSC)14通信。该基站12包含基站控制器(BSC)和带有相关天线的基站收发台(BTS)(未示出)。与移动交换中心14相连的是访问位置寄存器(VLR)16。
呼叫的接受者有一部与第二基站20通信的移动电话18。基站20连接到另一个移动交换中心(MSC)22,该移动交换中心具有它自己的相连的访问位置寄存器24(在某些场合中,两个基站可以连接到相同的MSC)。如已示出的,各个移动交换中心14和22以及各个访问位置寄存器16和24相互连接。访问位置寄存器还连接到归属位置寄存器(HLR)26和记帐中心28。MSC 14和22也被连接到记帐中心。HLR是一个包含与订户的帐户状态和预定网络设置相关的数据的中央数据库。VLR是分散数据库,当订户的电话连接到所述的MSC时,用来自与该特定订户相关的HLR的数据更新该分散数据库。
连接到MSC 14的是服务控制点(SCP)30、服务数据点(SDP)32以及服务交换点(SSP)34。
为呼叫接受者服务的MSC 22的SCP具有终止筛选逻辑,当呼叫被设置为路由到呼叫接受者时调用所述逻辑。SDP是与SCP相关联的数据库,包含与呼叫接受者相关的数据,并且在本发明的上下文中定义一组或更多组呼叫者和他们各自的电话号码。
SSP是可选的智能网络组件,其组成交换子系统的一部分,本质上定义一个与交换服务相关联的网络层。
如果使用移动电话10的呼叫者已经耗尽了他的/她的预付费购买的通话时间(或在使用预付费电话卡的情况下,用户已经耗尽了在预付费卡上的信用值)或与网络运营商之间没有信用,通常,他/她将不能够进行呼叫。最多,对某些预先确定号码的紧急呼叫可以被移动网络允许,或者在传统的网络上对运营商的呼叫可以被允许。本发明提出利用现代网络的增强功能去监控在网络上进行的呼叫,从而辨别由信用/通话时间无或不足的呼叫者进行的呼叫尝试。
在本例中,当呼叫者利用电话10尝试对呼叫接受者18进行呼叫时,移动交换中心(MSC)14访问访问位置寄存器(VLR)16(以及,如果需要,记帐中心28),并且确定呼叫者没有足够的信用/通话时间来进行呼叫。不是将传统的呼叫建立请求经MSC22路由到呼叫接受者的电话18,在本发明最简单的形式中,当呼叫接受者正在线以及可用到网络时,呼叫请求能够作为单响铃(响铃一次并断开)传送给呼叫接受者。这足以在呼叫接受者的移动电话18上产生一条未接听呼叫消息,提醒他/她呼叫者希望获得联系的事件。然后呼叫接受者能够根据他的/她的判断回复该呼叫。
优选地,如果呼叫接受者的移动电话在线,一条事先录制的在呼叫消息呈现给呼叫接受者,指示来自没有信用/通话时间的呼叫者的一条呼叫请求已经被接收。在呼叫接受者使用固定网络上的传统电话的情况下,能够呈现一个特别的铃声。

作为替换,或在此之外,一条事先录制的语音邮件消息能够存放在呼叫接受者的语音邮箱中,同时一条传统的通知被发送给呼叫接受者,提醒他们有SMS和/或语音邮件消息。语音邮件消息能够完全由计算机合成,包括呼叫者的电话号码,或可以在消息中包括先前记录的呼叫者姓名记录,该消息要求呼叫接受者对呼叫者的消息作出回应。
与发送消息给呼叫接受者的替代方案比较,本发明重要的特征是它不必要求呼叫者从他们自己的手机创建、寻址和发送SMS消息,或为了发送消息给呼叫接受者而在呼叫接受者的电话号码前面加一个专用代码。而是,网络本身确定呼叫者没有信用/通话时间,并自动地发送呼叫请求和/或消息给呼叫接受者,要求呼叫接受者联系呼叫者。同样的电话号码被拨出,并且网络现在进行了最适宜地和智能地活动。

Claims (21)
1.一种运行电话通讯服务的方法,该方法包括:

在不必建立传统的呼叫的情况下,发送呼叫请求给呼叫的预期的接受者,使得所述接受者的手机将这种呼叫尝试通知所述接受者。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述呼叫者是所述网络的预付费订户,该订户余留在用于进行呼叫的预付机制上的信用或通话时间不足。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预付机制是预付费的电话卡或预付费的网络通话时间。
