Abstract

The invention relates to the field of telephone communication, in particular to methods for called subscriber announcement in the telecommunication networks, namely in the absence of the caller's valid credit account, and can be used in existing mobile telecommunication networks, including GSM, 3GSM, 3G, CDMA, WCDMA, etc.The method is carried out in the mobile telecommunication network, in which the caller dials the phone number of the called subscriber, initiating a call, and the operator of the calling subscriber determines its solvency. In case of his insolvency for the called subscriber is created a notification about the attempted call providing information about the calling subscriber. Novelty of the invention consists in the fact that after the initiation of the call by the calling subscriber to the called subscriber and the establishment of the insolvency of the calling subscriber by the operator servicing him, an outgoing call is transmitted from him to the forwarding and control server and at his command is disconnected the calling subscriber. In the forwarding and control server is processed the received information and formed a transit call, which through the operator of the calling subscriber is transmitted to the network of the operator of the called subscriber as an information call, notifying about the attempted call. The information call is disconnected after its receipt by the called subscriber.
