Abstract
用于小型旋转机械的轴承装置,其结构为一个装有滚珠的圆柱型轴承装在用合成树脂制成的壳体内,旋转地支承带有旋转体的旋转轴。该装置中在壳体与轴承之间插入一个有凸缘部分的罩,以便牢固地支承旋转轴。
Description
本发明有关用于小型旋转机械的轴承装置,更具体地讲,有关具有这样一种结构的小型旋转机械的轴承装置,即轴承装在壳体内,壳体上有一带凸缘部分的罩,装在壳体与轴承之间,使轴承可容易地和可靠地装入壳体并保持在其中。
在将一带有滚珠的圆柱型轴承固定装配在一壳体内时,通常的做法是,将轴承直接压配合地装入轴承壳体内。例如,电机上的壳体。在这种情况下,由轴承外径与壳体内径之间的尺寸公差来保证将轴承以足够的压配合装入壳体。然而,实际中,由于加工误差或其它因素,要保证最佳的压配合尺寸是极困难的。其结果在轴承与壳体之间不是过量的压配合就是压配合不足。由于压配合不足,可能导致电机的损坏,因此轴承与壳体之间的配合等级通常是保持稍紧。然而这样会引起各种不便。例如,轴承变形,或对轴承上的轴孔尺寸产生不利的影响。
由此,本发明企图克服上述问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于小型旋转机械的轴承装置。根据本发明的轴承装置适于装在一壳体的具有预定直径和深度的大致为圆柱形的凹槽内,该轴承装置包括有内、外轴承座圈,其外轴承座圈装在一个具有所述大致的预定直径的圆柱形罩内,在该罩的轴向一端有向内方向的凸缘,和在其轴向的另一端有向外方向的凸缘,该轴承装置的轴向长度比所述预定深度小,从而使该轴承装置的所述一端可被压入所述凹槽内,所压入的深度可使该轴承装置在所述另一端的向外方向的凸缘被所述的凹槽的壁变形而盖住该外轴承座圈并同时顶住所述凹槽的壁,从而使该轴承装置牢固地安装在所述壳体内。
根据本发明的轴承装置,当装有轴承的罩通过压配合装配架压配合地装入壳体至最底部时,壳体的敝开端使罩的凸缘部分向内弯,从而使罩的凸缘部分和罩的端部形成卷边,以得到牢固的压配合。
本发明的其它目的可从下面参照附图的详细叙述中体现出来。

图3(a)为用于解释压配合状态的辅助视图。
图3(b)为图3(a)中所示的压配合部分的主要部件的放大视图。
在图中,参考标记1表示罩;2表示罩的凸缘部分;3表示轴承;4表示壳体;5表示装配架;6表示轴承装置。
本发明的罩1为用冷轧钢板制成的圆筒形,如图1和图2中所示。在其封闭的一端设有一个孔,轴从该孔中穿过;而在其另一敝开端的外周边上有凸缘部分2。在罩1的内径与轴承3的外径之间有一个压配合公差(press-fit allcwrance),轴承3由罩1的敝开端装入罩。壳体4有一个圆柱形凹槽,壳体的一端封闭,其上有一个孔,轴从孔中穿过;壳体的另一端敝开。在壳体4的内径与罩盖1的外径之间有一个压配合公差(不需要太紧),装有轴承3的罩1压配合地装入壳体4。图3(a)和图3(b)表示这些部件装配在一起的状态。当用压配合装配架将装有轴承3的罩1压配合地装入壳体4,直到罩1的顶部到达壳体4的底部时,壳体4的敝开端使罩1外周边上的凸缘部分2向内弯,成V型截面的形状。图3(b)表示压配合状态下的放大视图。用此方法,由于罩1上的凸缘部分向内弯,在装入罩盖1的轴承3和壳体4上都自然而然地受到一个卷边力的作用,从而获得了所要求的压配合。
如上所述,本发明可提供一种用于小型旋转机械的轴承装置,该装置既使在轴承和壳体之间是较松的压配合时,也可获得小型旋机械所要求的足够的压配合。该装置中的壳体是用模制树脂制成的,它不受长期变化的影响,并可用简单的工艺制造。
Claims (8)
1、一种轴承装置,适于装在一壳体的具有预定直径和深度的大致为圆柱形的凹槽内,该轴承装置包括有内、外轴承座圈,其外轴承座圈装在一个具有所述大致的预定直径的圆柱形罩内,在该罩的轴向一端有向内方向的凸缘,和在其轴向的另一端有向外方向的凸缘,其特征在于该轴承装置的轴向长度比所述预定深度小,从而使该轴承装置的所述一端可被压入所述凹槽内,所压入的深度可使该轴承装置在所述另一端的向外方向的凸缘被所述的凹槽的壁变形而盖住该外轴承座圈并同时顶住所述凹槽的壁,从而使该轴承装置牢固地安装在所述壳体内。
2、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中所述罩是用冷轧钢板制成的圆筒形。
3、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中所述罩的带有向外方向凸缘的轴向另一端是敞开的,与之相对的另一端封闭,其上设有一个孔,一个轴可从该孔中穿过。
4、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中所述壳体为圆筒形,壳体的一端封闭,其上设有一个孔,轴可从该孔中穿过,而其另一端是敞开的。
5、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中在所述罩的内径与所述轴承的外径之间有一个压配合公差;所述轴承装置从所述罩的敞开端装入所述的罩。
6、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中在所述壳体的内径与所述罩的外径之间的压配合公差不需要太紧。
7、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中用压配合装配架将所述装有轴承的罩压配合地装入壳体至其未端底部时,所述壳体的敞开端部使所述罩的向外方向凸缘向内弯,从而在所述装入罩的轴承和所述壳体上自然而然地受到一个卷边力的作用,由此获得足够的压配合。
8、如权利要求1的轴承装置,其中由所述外壳的敞开端使向内弯曲的罩的凸缘卷边成大致为V型截面的形状。
