Abstract

背景技术：
创伤、手术开放切口术后出血疼痛、疮口不愈，以及鼻腔、肛管等粘膜皮肤出血疼痛是临床常见症状，祖国医学对于止血止痛生肌的研究很多，亦有云南白药、生肌玉红膏及国家知识产权局授权公告号CN1088376C“一种复方止血药”、公开号CN1454629A“一种临床止血的药物及其制备方法”、CN1679682A“一种止血膏剂及其制备方法”等许多止血止痛生肌药物，然而其配方不同，功效单一，尚不能满足当前临床需要。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了适应临床止血定痛、生肌敛疮的需求，提供一种供临床应用的止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂及其配置方法。
本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂，其药物选择龙眼核、虫白蜡进行组合，配方中君药为龙眼核，其味涩，性平，有止血、止痛、行气、化湿的功效，主治外伤出血、疝气、瘰疠、疥癣、湿疮。《重庆堂随笔》中亦盛赞其功：“其核研傅金疮磕跌诸伤，立即止血止痛，愈后无瘢，名骊珠散，真妙药也。”臣药虫白蜡，味甘，性温，有止血、生肌、定痛、敛疮的作用，主治金疮出血、尿血、下血、创伤出血、疮疡久溃不敛、下疳。朱震亨云：“白蜡属金，禀受收敛坚强之气，为外科要药”。助君药产生协同作用，从而更好的发挥止血定痛、生肌敛疮的作用。
针对临床中各种病症对止血定痛、生肌敛疮治疗效果各有偏重的要求，本发明药物还可与佐使药止血定痛、生肌敛疮药物三七、龙骨等一种或几种进行组合。
三七：味甘、微苦，性温。功效：止血散瘀，消肿止痛。主治：吐血，衄血，便血，尿血，瘀血肿痛，跌打损伤，毒蛇咬伤，痈疽初起。《本草纲目》：“止血，散血，定痛。金刃箭伤，跌扑杖伤，血出不止者，嚼烂涂，或为末掺之其血即止......”。大量现代药理研究亦表明三七具有显著的止血抗炎作用。龙骨：味甘、涩，性平。功能：止血涩肠，生肌敛疮。主治：吐衄便血，崩漏带下，泻痢脱肛，溃疡久不收口。

本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂通过以下技术方案实现：
一、制备方法
本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂，原料药各组分用量在下述范围都具有较好的治疗效果：龙眼核1～100份、虫白蜡100～1份。优选方案为龙眼核20～80份、虫白蜡70～30份。
本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂，通过以下方法制备：
(1)取上述重量份的龙眼核药材，去皮、煅制存性、粉碎，过120目筛，得到龙眼核粉剂。
(2)将所得的龙眼核粉剂加入膏剂基质，充分搅拌使其混合均匀。
(3)加入上述重量份的虫白蜡药材熬制成膏剂。
针对临床中各种病症对止血定痛、生肌敛疮治疗效果各有偏重的要求，本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂的原料药还包含重量份为三七10～80份和/或龙骨10～50份的止血定痛、生肌敛疮类药物。
本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂，还可以通过以下方法制备：
(1)取上述重量份的龙眼核、三七和/或龙骨药材，将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，龙骨煅制存性，将龙眼核、三七和/或龙骨一并粉碎，过120目筛，得到粉剂。
(2)将所得的粉剂加入膏剂基质，充分搅拌使其混合均匀。
(3)加入上述重量份的虫白蜡药材熬制成膏剂。
本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂，所述的膏剂基质可为动植物油脂、凡士林、石蜡、液状石蜡、羊毛脂、蜂蜡、鲸蜡、硅油或硅酮、单硬脂酸甘油酯等制剂学上可接受的膏剂基质其中之一或两者及两者以上的组合。本发明一种止血定痛、生肌敛疮的中药膏剂中还可以加入抗氧剂、防腐剂等。
二、临床疗效观察例
我们通过对肛肠等手术开放切口的换药，外伤出血，鼻腔出血，内痔出血，肛裂疼痛出血等病症的临床观察，经统计，疗效见下表：

(1)称取原料药龙眼核500g、虫白蜡500g、麻油1000g。
(2)将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，粉碎过120目筛。
(3)将麻油倒入不锈钢容器内，加热至麻油滴水成珠。
(4)将龙眼核粉投入麻油内，充分搅拌约20分钟，使其混合均匀。
(5)加入虫白蜡，熬制成膏剂。
实施例2
(1)称取原料药龙眼核900g、虫白蜡100g、单硬脂酸甘油酯500g、石蜡500g。
(2)将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，粉碎过120目筛。
(3)将单硬脂酸甘油酯、石蜡倒入不锈钢容器内，加热熔化。
(4)将龙眼核粉投入单硬脂酸甘油酯、石蜡内，充分搅拌约20分钟，使其混合均匀。
(5)加入虫白蜡，熬制成膏剂。
实施例3
(1)称取原料药龙眼核100g、虫白蜡900g、凡士林100g。
(2)将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，粉碎过120目筛。
(3)将凡士林倒入不锈钢容器内，加热熔化。
(4)将龙眼核粉投入凡士林内，充分搅拌约20分钟，使其混合均匀。
(5)加入虫白蜡，熬制成膏剂。
实施例4
(1)称取原料药龙眼核50g、虫白蜡300g、三七650g、鲸蜡1000g。
(2)将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，与三七一并粉碎，过120目筛，得到粉剂。
(3)将鲸蜡1000g倒入不锈钢容器内，加热熔化。
(4)将(2)所得粉剂投入鲸蜡内，充分搅拌约20分钟，使其混合均匀。
(5)加入虫白蜡，熬制成膏剂。
实施例5
(1)称取原料药龙眼核400g、虫白蜡50g、龙骨400g、羊毛脂500g、液状石蜡500g。
(2)将龙眼核去皮、煅制存性，龙骨煅制存性，与三七一并粉碎，过120目筛得粉剂。
(3)将羊毛脂、液状石蜡倒入不锈钢容器内，加热熔化。
(4)将(2)所得粉剂投入羊毛脂、液状石蜡内，充分搅拌约20分钟，使其混合均匀。
(5)加入虫白蜡，熬制成膏剂。
