Abstract

一种内分级球磨机，包括由传动装置驱动旋转的球磨筒，球磨筒的一侧是敞开的，其开口位置有固定安装在滑动座上的静盘，静盘与球磨筒构成球磨腔，滑动座安装在轨道座上。在静盘上固定安装有分级器、可调进风管和进料绞龙，分级器的分级器叶轮设置在球磨腔内。本发明在球磨腔内即可实现细料的分级，减少了物料过粉碎，避免了超细粉阻碍粗料粉碎的状况，大大提高了粉碎效率，降低了设备能耗，并且结构简单，占用面积小，可以用于热敏物料的粉碎。

内分级球磨机
技术领域
本发明属于圆筒形磨碎机技术领域，特别是涉及一种具有内分级功能的球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机是目前粉体生产行业最常用的粉碎设备之一，现有的滚筒式球磨机通常为闷罐式和开路式两种结构形式。闷罐式球磨机是把需粉碎的物料填入机内并密封，直至粉碎到要求的细度一并卸出。这种机型的缺点是在工作过程中不断产生的细粉还要继续参与粉碎过程，使细粉出现重磨、过磨现象，因而效率低，能耗大，特别是在超细粉碎中，超细粉会严重阻碍粗料的继续粉碎，大大降低研磨效率。另外，闷罐式球磨机工作过程中还会积聚大量的机械热使物料温度升高，对热敏性物料造成不利影响。开路式球磨机是采用相对较长的筒体，物料从一端连续喂入，粉碎后从另一端连续卸出，分级后的粗料再返回入料端再次参与粉碎。这种机型在工作过程中同样存在细粉阻碍粗料粉碎和细粉重磨过粉碎现象，特别是经分级返回的重磨物料已经具有相当的细度，进入筒体后严重影响粗料的粉碎，因而同样存在生产效率低，能耗高的缺陷。另外，该机型工艺路线较长，占地面积大，设备投资也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种具有内分级功能的球磨机，可在工作过程中及时排出合格颗粒，减少物料的重磨过粉碎，提高粉碎效率，降低设备能耗。
为实现上述目的，本发明内分级球磨机采用的技术方案是，它包括由传动装置驱动旋转的球磨筒，该球磨筒的一侧是敞开的，在其开口位置设置有固定安装在滑动座上的静盘，静盘与球磨筒构成球磨腔，球磨腔内装有磨球，滑动座安装在轨道座上。在静盘上固定安装有分级器、可调进风管和进料搅龙，分级器的分级器叶轮设置在球磨腔内。
如上所述内分级球磨机，在其可调进风管伸入球磨腔内的部分上设有多根定向吹风管。
如上所述内分级球磨机，其采用的球磨筒为短球磨筒，其筒体长度为500-1500mm。
如上所述内分级球磨机，在球磨筒内壁以及静盘内壁镶嵌有由耐磨材料制成的耐磨衬。
本发明由于在球磨筒上设置了分级器，可调进风管和分级器叶轮配合可以及时地将合格颗粒排出，即在球磨腔内即可实现细料的分级，减少了物料的重磨和过粉碎，避免了超细粉阻碍粗料粉碎的状况，从而大大提高了粉碎效率，降低了设备能耗。由于将粉碎与分级设计为一体，本发明结构简单，工艺流程短，占用面积小，设备造价低，并且便于维护。另外，由于可调进风管连续地向球磨腔内吹入空气，起到了粉碎过程中的散热作用，因而本发明适用于热敏物料的粉碎。

具体实施方式
附图所示实施例，本发明具有由传动装置23驱动旋转的球磨筒18，所说的传动装置23包括由电机通过变速器24带动的传动轴22以及固定在传动轴22上的轴端法兰21，整个传动装置23通过螺栓固定在地面基础上，球磨筒18一侧中央通过螺栓与轴端法兰21联接为一体。所说的球磨筒18为短球磨筒，其筒体长度为500-1500mm。球磨筒18的另一侧是敞开的，在该开口位置设置有一个固定的静盘13，静盘13与球磨筒18构成球磨腔，球磨腔内装有磨球5，在球磨筒18内壁以及静盘13内壁分别镶嵌有由耐磨材料制成的耐磨衬20、17。静盘13通过螺栓固定安装在滑动座4上，滑动座4通过联接螺栓3安装在带有滑轨1的轨道座2上，轨道座2通过螺栓固定在地面基础上。在静盘13上部通过螺栓10固定安装有分级器9，分级器9的分级器叶轮12设置在球磨腔内，分级器9的出风口11与抽风装置相连接。在分级器9上侧有通过螺栓固定安装在静盘13上的可调进风管14，可调进风管14上带有风量调节阀15，在可调进风管14伸入球磨腔内的部分上设有多根定向吹风管16。在分级器叶轮12和可调进风管14的上方有固定安装在静盘13内侧的护罩19，以防磨球5落下时损坏分级器叶轮12和可调进风管14。在分级器9下侧有通过螺栓8固定安装在静盘13上的进料搅龙6，可以通过进料搅龙6的入料口7向球磨腔内连续加料。
本发明工作过程中，由于分级器9的出风口11与抽风装置相连接，使球磨腔内处于负压状态，可调进风管14可通过多个定向吹风管16向球磨腔内定向吹风，把被粉碎的较细物料吹起，被吹起的物料进入分级器叶轮12时，由于离心力的作用，较大颗粒被抛出继续参与粉碎，合格颗粒穿过分级器叶轮12经分级器内腔由分级器9的出风口11排出，实现了粉碎过程中筒内分级的效果。调整分级器9的转速，可以获得不同细度的物料产品。
检修时，松开滑动座4与轨道座2的联接螺栓3，滑动座4即可带动静盘13连同分级器9、可调进风管14以及进料搅龙6沿滑轨1向外移出，因而维修非常方便。

Claims (5)

1、一种内分级球磨机，包括由传动装置(23)驱动旋转的球磨筒(18)，其特征在于：球磨筒(18)的一侧是敞开的，在该开口位置设置有固定安装在滑动座(4)上的静盘(13)，静盘(13)与球磨筒(18)构成球磨腔，球磨腔内装有磨球(5)，滑动座(4)安装在轨道座(2)上；在静盘(13)上固定安装有分级器(9)、可调进风管(14)和进料搅龙(6)，分级器(9)的分级器叶轮(12)设置在球磨腔内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内分级球磨机，其特征是在可调进风管(14)伸入球磨腔内的部分上设有多根定向吹风管(16)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的内分级球磨机，其特征是球磨筒(18)为短球磨筒，其筒体长度为500-1500mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的内分级球磨机，其特征是在球磨筒(18)内壁镶嵌有耐磨衬(20)，在静盘(13)内壁镶嵌有耐磨衬(17)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的内分级球磨机，其特征是在分级器叶轮(12)和可调进风管(14)的上方有固定安装在静盘(13)内侧的护罩(19)。
