本发明涉及一种印刷电路板,其在印刷电路板侧具有带触点的接头,用于预定插头类型的插头。
背景技术
这种类型的印刷电路板例如公知为市场上常见的用于接入接口的无线电模块。在此,可以例如借助所谓的板至板插头(B2B插头)、零插入力插头(ZIF插头)、线柱插头或其它插头类型接触该无线电模块。用户可以从不同的方案中选择。
公知用印刷电路板来构造无线电模块,该印刷电路板的线路结构只有一个带触点的接头,用于单个预定插头类型的插头。插头具有一定的管脚宽度,其对应于确定数量和布局的触点。因此,具有用于确定插头类型插头的触点的接头同样具有一定的管脚宽度。如果要使用相同插头类型、但其管脚宽度不同于该预定管脚宽度的其它插头,则必须采用另一种线路结构的印刷版电路,其接头具有用于该另一种管脚宽度的插头的触点。这意味着,必须分开提供各具有一个接头的不同印刷电路板,其中该接头的触点用于预定插头类型的、具有预定管脚宽度的插头。由此,必然产生大量不同类型的印刷电路板。这同时导致高昂的费用。
利用印刷电路板接触插头,可以根据分别采用的插头触点或插头管脚宽度激活确定的性能特征。在此根据该性能特征,不向每个用户提供每种性能特征的无线电模块是有意义的。这一点例如在为相应产品定价时用到。因此在开发无线电模块时,必须注意不是每个性能特征都向用户开放的。到目前为止,必须在不同的印刷电路板上分析具有不同管脚宽度的插头。在此,该不同管脚宽度对应于插头的不同功能布局,也就是说,所采用的管脚数量等于可供使用或所提供的性能特征。由此,作为元件的印刷电路板,其无论开发成本还是逻辑成本都提高了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种印刷电路板,其与预定插头类型的不同管脚宽度的插头兼容,也就是说,该印刷电路板可以很容易地装配不同管脚宽度的插头,同时优化其材料成本。
该技术问题是通过一种用于无线电模块的印刷电路解决的。根据本发明,提供了一种用于无线电模块的印刷电路板,其在印刷电路板侧具有带触点的接头,用于选择连接来自多个预定插头类型的、具有不同触点布局的插头中的一种,其中可以根据从多个具有不同触点布局的插头中选择的插头,对印刷电路板侧的接头的触点进行特定于插头的选择。
在本发明中,具有不同触点布局的插头应理解为具有不同功能布局和管脚数的插头。多数情况下是具有不同管脚宽度的相应插头。
在本发明的印刷电路板的一个优选实施方式中,对印刷电路板侧接头的触点进行的特定于插头的选择对应于特定的性能特征组。
优选的,在根据本发明的印刷电路板上提供所有的性能特征。对应于具有不同触点布局的插头或插头的不同管脚宽度,在不同的性能特征组中提供所有性能特征。在此,只需印刷电路板的开发,从而使印刷电路板的成本、逻辑费用和开发费用最小化。
在本发明的另一优选实施方式中,该印刷电路板可以用于移动无线电设备,尤其是GSM或UMTS无线电设备。
此外,预定插头类型优选是从下列组中选择的插头类型:板至板插头(B2B插头)、零插入力插头(ZIF插头)、线柱插头。

具体实施方式
在图1中,印刷电路板的附图标记是10。在印刷电路板10上可以识别出在印刷电路板10的金属线路层中通过腐蚀步骤形成的线路结构15。在此,线路结构15包括所谓的电路区20和适合于连接插头的预定接线区25。
接线区25包括大量触点或管脚P1-Pn。对管脚的特定选择或特定的管脚组表示特定的性能特征LM。通过将插头与取决于插头布局的确定管脚组接触,可以激活一个或多个性能特征。在本例中,显示为多个不同的性能特征。在接线区25的中间由20个管脚表示基本特征“基本LM”。如果这20个管脚与相应管脚宽度的插头接触,则激活性能特征“基本LM”。
另外4个在右侧连接到性能特征“基本LM”的触点或管脚表示另一个性能特征LM-A。因此,通过一个适当的24极插头可以激活性能特征“基本LM+LM-A”。通过加上另外两个管脚可以实现性能特征“基本LM+LM-A+LM-B”。
如果一个插头具有6个与表示性能特征“基本LM”的触点左侧的6个触点接触的管脚,则在此可激活性能特征“基本LM+LM-C”。在此必须使用相应的26极插头。
可以用来激活所提供的所有性能特征的插头,在本例中必须是40极的。利用一个这样的插头可以实现性能特征“基本LM+LM-C+LM-D+LM-E+LM-A+LM-B”。
这种印刷电路板10可以非常灵活地使用。
根据图1的印刷电路板可以用于例如移动无线电设备,尤其是GSM或UTMS移动无线电设备。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于无线电模块的印刷电路板,该电路板具有带触点的接头,用于连接一种从多个预定插头类型的、具有不同触点布局的插头中选出的插头,其中,根据该从多个插头中选出的插头,对印刷电路板侧的接头的触点进行特定于该插头的选择,以及其中,该对接头的触点的特定于插头的选择对应于该无线电模块的特定的性能特征组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于,所述触点是管脚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于,所述预定的插头类型是从下列组中选择的:板至板插头、零插入力插头、线柱插头。
4.一种无线电模块,具有根据权利要求1所述的印刷电路板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无线电模块,该无线电模块配置用于根据GSM或UMTS标准在无线网络中运行。
