Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于容纳体液、尤其是血液的试样小管,具有封闭盖,该封闭盖具有罩体,该罩体具有设置在罩顶里面的、可刺穿的薄膜,用于可以插到罩体上的、载有针头和双针头的导引套,并且该试样小管可以配有彩色的紧急情况标识物。
背景技术
在由DE 30 49 503 C已知的血液采集装置中,在采集小管的前端上将采集小管封闭的盖具有圆柱形的、在轴向上突出的罩体。该罩体在其前端部上通过可刺穿的封闭塞/薄膜封闭,该封闭塞/薄膜顶靠在罩体的配有中心孔的端板上,并且由罩体在前端部上卷边的凸缘所固定。该封闭盖优选旋紧或者插到试样小管上。管形的导引套在其在固定架中的前端部上载有双端的、两侧配有切割棱边的针头,其从导引套突出的端部用于导入到静脉里面,而其后端部这样长地伸进导引套里面,使得在将导引套放置在试样小管上时刺穿薄膜/封闭塞,该管形导引套轴向可移动并可旋转地设置在罩体上。后面的、伸进导引套里面的针头端部被袋状软管(气门芯橡皮管)以这样的长度包围,使得后面针头端的切割棱边在软管伸直时还不接触其底部。为了使双针头与罩体连接,在已知的血液采集装置中,罩体配有侧面突出的固定挡块,该固定挡块在导引套中附设有轴向开槽。通过分布在圆周上的轴向开槽导入的固定挡块,能够实现双针头的导引套的卡口式旋转闭锁,该导引套以松动配合位于罩体上。
在另一个已知的用于插到或旋紧到试样小管的敞开端部上的封闭盖实施例(参见EP 0 818 296 B1)中,为了闭锁导引套,设置有三个以90°相互错开的固定挡块。
在紧急情况下,此时取出的血液必需非常迅速地送去分析,由实践已知,相应的试样小管配有紧急情况标识物,由此对于操作人员可以立刻并直接识别出紧急状况和紧迫的紧急需求。为此自许多年以来,通常将这种试样小管配有彩色的标签,或者在封闭盖的罩体上插上彩色的薄膜。这种或其它措施都存在缺陷,试样小管的彩色的紧急情况编码在尤其与大量的、没有标记为紧急情况的试样小管一起放置在公共的架子里面时,不能如它所要求的紧急情况那样被明显地识别。因为具有标签的试样小管在放置架中与薄膜盖一样分辩不出来,因为薄膜盖只插到罩体的固定挡块,并因此只提供小面积的信号功能。此外,以彩色薄膜盖标记的试样小管为了分析尽管易于直接适应(Direktadaption),但是穿入到试样小管里面的取样针一方面必需穿过盖的薄膜,而另一方面必须穿过封闭盖的罩体的薄膜。为此所需的力施加(因为必需克服大的阻力)可能导致使薄膜盖损坏。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,没有上述缺陷地实现属于此类试样小管,它尤其可靠地识别出紧急情况标识,并且在分析取出的试样体液时提供较大的操作可靠性。
按照本发明,该任务由此得以实现,即所述紧急情况标识物构造为包围着罩体外壳的紧急情况信号彩色环,该罩体外壳具有从上面对于罩顶的自由接触性。由此能够同时实现许多优点。即通过尽可能包围着整个罩体的信号彩色环,呈现最大可能的信号面积,它几乎相当于现有罩体的整个周边面积。为此信号彩色环具有在直径上放大的套端部段,由此使彩色环能够一直套到罩体的固定挡块上,而信号彩色环的头部段紧密地贴靠在罩体的外圆周上。
优选由发光彩色材料(Leuchtfarbematerial)制成的信号彩色环以适宜的方式紧挨在通常锥形的罩顶前面而终结。罩顶的外露的锥端部有助于保持为分析所取出试样所需的试样小管的定心性。最后通过按照本发明的信号彩色环所标识的试样小管能够实现直接适应,而无需刺穿两个封闭塞或薄膜。

具体实施方式
在图1和2中,以放大的比例示出血液采集装置的圆柱形试样小管1,在其中,气体密封可移动地设置有带着活塞的活塞杆2。该试样小管1在其前端部上通过在本实施例中可旋紧的封闭盖3来封闭。从这个封闭盖沿着轴向伸出罩体4,它为了闭锁,通过未示出的、载有针头或双针头的、带着固定挡块5(参见图2)的导引套构成。在锥形罩顶6中设置有薄膜或塞子(未示出)。
为了作为紧急情况识别试样小管1,在罩体4上作为识别物插上一个例如发光色彩的信号彩色环7。这个信号彩色环同样整体地通过塑料注塑制成,并且具有一个在直径上比罩体更大的套端部段8和一个向上收缩的头部段9。在将信号彩色环7插到罩体4上时,套端部段8在固定挡块5上滑过,并且一直达到封闭盖3的旋紧部分,而头部段9一直延伸到锥端部,并且紧密地贴靠在罩体4的外圆周上。因此该信号彩色环7包围整个罩体外壳,并由此提供一个最大可能的信号面积,当这种试样小管1与未标识紧急情况的试样小管放到一个架子里面时,也易于识别该信号面积。
所述罩顶6的外露锥端部保证这种作为紧急情况标识的试样小管1的良好定心性。此外,尽管大面积的信号标识,设置在罩顶6中的薄膜也可以从上面自由接触到,由此易于使紧急情况标识的试样小管立刻没有危害地直接适应在分析仪里面。
Claims (1)
1.用于容纳体液的试样小管(1),具有封闭盖(3),该封闭盖具有罩体(4),该罩体具有设置在罩顶(6)里面的、用于可插到罩体上的载有针头的导引套的、可刺穿的薄膜或者塞子,并且该试样小管(1)配有紧急情况标识物,其特征在于,所述紧急情况标识物构造为包围着罩体外壳的紧急情况信号彩色环(7),该罩体外壳具有从上面对于罩顶(6)的自由接触性。
