技术领域
本发明涉及一种电冰箱,具体而言,涉及一种电冰箱的内衬垫及用于形成此衬垫的模具。
背景技术
通常,电冰箱包括冷却循环部件,用来冷藏和冷冻存储在储藏室内的食物。电冰箱包括在前侧打开的主体,并具有限定在其内的储藏室,和安装在主体前侧以打开或关闭储藏室的门。
主体包括形成电冰箱外侧的外衬垫,外衬垫内部的内衬垫以限定内部空间,内部空间形成储藏室,和在内部和外衬垫之间填充的热绝缘泡沫,用于储藏室的热绝缘。
内衬垫通过真空模制法被典型地制造,通过真空模制法塑料板通过真空吸附被连接至模具的外部表面。例如,韩国专利公开出版物No.1998—014846描述一种通过此种真空模制法制造的电冰箱的内衬垫。电冰箱的内衬垫通过经由真空吸附而将被加热的塑料板连接至模具的外表面形成以具有其内部空间限定储藏室的箱形状,所述模具的外表面被配置以具有储藏室的内部形状。
但是,根据此方法,如图1(a)所示,在内衬垫的模制过程中,形成在多个表面之间的边缘1与其他部分相比被过度地拉伸。结果,边缘1显著地薄于其他部分。当将热绝缘泡沫注入内和外衬垫之间的间隙时,边缘1不能够承受热绝缘泡沫的注射压力,并被变形。内衬垫的变形在外周围的边缘1的附近尤其地显著,其由三个表面形成,并且因此与由两个表面形成的边缘相比被更为显著地拉伸。
根据传统技术,为了防止内衬垫边缘1的变形,塑料增强板1a被连接至内衬垫的边缘1的外表面,以在内衬垫模制后使边缘1变厚,如图1(b)所示。但是,在这种情况下,增加增强板1a增加了材料成本和要求的程序数目。
发明内容
有鉴于上述困难,本发明提供一种电冰箱的内衬垫,其包括:内衬垫,其安装在外衬垫内以限定用于储藏室的内部空间,并通过真空吸附将板连接至模具的外表面被模制,其中内衬垫的边缘安装有增强部分以防止当注入热绝缘泡沫时所述边缘变形,增强部分与内衬垫被一体地形成。
本发明的另一非限定方面,提供了一种电冰箱,其包括:主体;被构造以形成主体外表面的外衬垫;被构造以形成主体内表面的内衬垫;和用于防止内衬垫变形的装置。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种电冰箱,包括:主体;被构造以形成主体外表面的外衬垫;被构造以形成主体内表面的内衬垫;和用于防止内衬垫变形的装置。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种电冰箱,所述电冰箱包括:外衬垫,所述外衬垫限定主体的外观;内衬垫,所述内衬垫定位在外衬垫内,以限定用于储藏室的内部空间,并通过真空吸附将板连接至模具的外表面而被模制,填充在内衬垫和外衬垫之间的热绝缘泡沫;其中,所述内衬垫的边缘设有增强部分,以防止当注射热绝缘泡沫时边缘被变形,所述增强部分与所述内衬垫被一体地模制形成。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种模具,用于通过将板经由真空吸附连接到模具的外表面而形成电冰箱的内衬垫,所述内衬垫限定用于电冰箱的储藏室的内空间,其中所述模具的外表面设有增强部分模制部件,以在对应于具有增强部分模制部件的模具的外表面的内衬垫的边缘上形成增强部分。

具体实施方式
现在具体参照本发明的实施例,其示例在附图中被显示。在附图中,自始至终相同的数字指示相同的元件。
如图2和3所示,根据本发明的非限定方面的电冰箱可以包括具有储藏室的主体2,和连接至主体2的前侧的门3a和3b以打开或关闭储藏室。门3a和3b与主体2一起可以至少形成电冰箱的外表面的一部分。
储藏室可以被彼此隔开,并可以包括电冰箱上部的冷冻室2a和下部的冷藏室2b。门3a和3b可以包括冷冻室门3a以打开或关闭冷冻室2a,和适合于打开或关闭冷藏室2b的冷藏室门3b。
主体2可以包括金属外衬垫10,其适合于形成主体2外侧,塑料内衬垫20,其安装在外衬垫10内以限定用于储藏室的内部空间,和热绝缘泡沫30,其被填充在内、外衬垫20和10之间用于储藏室的绝热。内衬垫20与形成在上部第一箱体21可以被一体地形成。第一箱体21可以包括内部空间以限定冷冻室2a。内衬垫20可以也与下部的第二箱体22被一体地形成,并具有内部空间以限定冷藏室2b。内衬垫20也可以围绕前侧的外围形成有凸缘23,这样内衬垫20的凸缘通过外衬垫10的开口前侧的外围支撑。也可以包括第一和第二箱体21和22之间的连接部分24。
如图4所示,增强部分25a可以被安装至内衬垫20的边缘25,至少其中的一部分可以被形成具有三面的圆形。边缘25也可以向外突出。内衬垫20的其它边缘可以具有三面或不具有三面。增强部分25a与内衬垫20可以被一体地形成以防止当将热绝缘泡沫30注入外衬垫、内衬垫之间的间隙内时,边缘25通过热绝缘泡沫30的注射压力而变形。
增强部分25a可以被成形以增加内衬垫20的关联的边缘25的刚度,并可以当注射热绝缘泡沫30时防止边缘25被变形。此外,当形成内衬垫20时,增强部分25a与内衬垫20可以被一体地形成,以此允许内衬垫20被有效制造,而不要求用于形成增强部分25a的额外成本和过程。在此非限定实施例中,增强部分25a可以被提供作为从内衬垫20向外凸起的加强筋(bead),并包括以预定距离彼此分开的多个增强元件,这样增强元件可以在部分或整个边缘25之上被均匀地形成。
内衬垫20可以通过将塑料板40连接至模具50的外部表面被形成,模具50具有与内衬垫20的内部表面对应的形状。增强部分25a也可以在形成内衬垫20的过程中被同时地形成。形成内衬垫20的过程参照随后的图5至7将被描述。
首先,如图5所示,模具50可以包括被构造以形成第一箱体21的第一主体51,构造以形成第二箱体22的第二主体52,构造以形成凸缘23的凸缘模制部分53,和构造以形成连接部分24的连接部分模制部分54。模具50的外表面可以具有与内衬垫20内表面对应的形状,其限定储藏室。凸缘模制部分53和连接部分模制部分54可以具有与凸缘模制部分53和连接部分24对应的形状。模具50可以被形成具有大量贯穿的空气孔55。
此外,如图6所示,模具50可以具有增强部分/模制件56a,其可以与内衬垫20的每个边缘25对应的模具50的每个边缘56的外表面一体地形成,从而形成增强部分25a。在此非限定实施例中,当增强部分25a的增强元件通过凸起的加强筋来实施时,增强部分模制部分56a通过多个凸起来实施,且可以具有与增强部分25a对应的形状。至于增强元件,多个凸起可以以预定的距离彼此分开,并可以在模具50的每个边缘56的部分或整个区域之上均匀地设置。
为了形成内衬垫,板40可以被变软以易于模制,例如,通过加热。板40可以位于真空模制装置100下面,如图7(a)所示。然后,如图7(b)所示,在固定将形成连接部分24的板40的两侧和中心部分之后,板之上的空气可以被排出真空模制装置100,且然后板40通过由空气的排出引起的吸入力被变形,这样板40与第一和第二箱体21和22对应的部分可以朝向上侧拉伸,从而形成凸起形状。
在这种状态,如图7(c)所示,当模具50的第一和第二主体51和52通过板的凸出形状被插入内部空间时,模具50和板40之间的空气通过模具50的空气孔55可以被排出。结果,当模具50和板40之间的空气被移除时,板40通过真空吸附可以被连接至模具的外表面,这样板40被模制成内衬垫20。内衬垫20可以具有与模具50的外表面对应的内表面。
如图7(d)所示,通过上述过程模制的内衬垫从模具50被分离后,其可以被处理以具有用于将内衬垫安装在外衬垫10内的安装孔。这里,如图7(c)所示,当将板40连接至模具50的外表面时,内衬垫20的增强部分25a可以被形成在内衬垫20上。换言之,如图8(a)所示,当模具50的边缘56的外表面上的增强部分模制部分56a包括凸起时,板40的部分(通过真空吸附连接至模具50的边缘56的外表面)可以通过增强部分模制部分56a被挤压并向外突出,从而形成突出的加强筋。反过来,这些突出的加强筋可以至少形成增强部分25a的一部分。
此外,在真空吸附步骤上,因为通过突出的加强筋实施的增强部分25a增强了靠近内衬垫20的边缘25的板40的部分,与传统技术相比,具有在其上形成的突出的加强筋的板40的伸长被显著地减小,即使板40连续地与模50的外表面紧密地接触直到完成真空吸附。通过这个过程,具有加强部分25a的内衬垫20的每个边缘25可以被形成以具有比传统内衬垫更大的厚度。
相应地,因为通过上述过程形成的内衬垫20可以包括用于增加内衬垫刚度的增强部分25a,且具有增强部分25′的边缘25可以比传统内衬垫的边缘厚,如图8(b)所示,边缘25可以通过填充在内衬垫和外衬垫20和10之间的热绝缘泡沫30的注射压力被更有效地防止变形。
同时,根据发明第二非限定实施例,增强部分25a′可以通过凹陷的加强筋被实施,如图9(a)和9(b)所示。在这点上,为了形成增强部分25a′,安装至模具50的边缘56的外表面的增强部分模制部分56a′可以通过与增强部分25a′的形状对应的凹槽来实施。
如在非限定第一实施例中,当在真空吸附步骤以形成内衬垫20的过程中而减小形成到内衬垫20的边缘25的板40的部分的伸长时,增强部分25a′可以增加内衬垫20的每个边缘25的刚度,这样具有增强部分25a′的内衬垫20的边缘25可以显著地厚于传统内衬垫的边缘。相应地,第二非限定实施例实现与第一实施例同样的效果。
从上述显而易见,根据本发明,内衬垫通过使用模具的增强部分模制件而可以被形成在内衬垫每个边缘上的增强部分增强,这样内衬垫的边缘可以被防止由于热绝缘泡沫的注射压力产生的变形,所述热绝缘泡沫被填充在内衬垫和外衬垫之间。因为当形成内衬垫时,增强部分可以与内衬垫被一体地形成,就可以有效地生产内衬垫而不要求用于形成增强部分的额外的成本或过程。
尽管本发明的一些实施例已经被显示和描述,在不背离本发明原则和精神的前提下,对这些实施例所做的对本领域普通技术人员显而易见的修改,落入附加权利要求书及其等同物的范围。

Claims (5)

1、一种电冰箱,所述电冰箱包括:
外衬垫,所述外衬垫限定主体的外观;
内衬垫,所述内衬垫定位在外衬垫内,以限定用于储藏室的内部空间,并通过真空吸附将板连接至模具的外表面而被模制,
填充在内衬垫和外衬垫之间的热绝缘泡沫;
其中,所述内衬垫的边缘设有增强部分,以防止当注射热绝缘泡沫时边缘被变形,所述增强部分与所述内衬垫被一体地模制形成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电冰箱,其中,所述内衬垫的边缘包括通过三面形成的圆形边缘。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电冰箱,其中,所述增强部分包括至少一个突出的加强筋。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电冰箱,其中,所述增强部分包括至少一个向内凹入的加强筋。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的电冰箱,其中,所述增强部分包括多个增强元件,所述多个增强元件彼此分开预定距离,并均匀地设置在所述边缘的整个范围之上。
