一种太阳能电池封装玻璃,以重量%计算,其组分如下:SiO2 68-70.1%、Al2O3 0.7-2.2%、CaO 9.8-11.8%、k2O 0.5-4%、Na2O 14.5-19.5%、Fe2O3和MgO共为0.9-2.8%;其中Fe2O3的量为0.0001-0.009%。这种玻璃透光率高于92%,每平方米的条纹小于等于2条;它还具有白度高、光洁度高、强度高、柔韧度好使用寿命长的优点,能满足做为太阳能电池封装玻璃的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃,尤其涉及光学玻璃。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,对玻璃品种的要求越来越广,因此不同新品种的玻璃逐渐被研制出来,如,专利申请号为03802824.7的申请中,公开了一种光学玻璃,这种玻璃具有足够的硬度和可熔性及可加工性,但其透光率不高;法国圣戈班公司和美国PPG公司生产了高透光度玻璃:但其透光率只能达到89%,且价格很高,如3.2mm厚的玻璃每平方米售价为120元;因此使用这种玻璃制造的产品造价较高,再加之这种玻璃的透光率还不够高,因此无法在一些对透光度要求高的产品上使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透光度高、价格较低的高透光度的光学玻璃,并且它可以做为太阳能电池的封装玻璃使用。
这种太阳能电池封装玻璃,以重量%计算,其组分如下:SiO2 68—70.1%、Al2O3 0.7—2.2%、CaO 9.8—11.8%、k2O 0.5—4%、
Na2O 14.5—19.5%、Fe2O3和MgO共为0.9—2.8%;其中Fe2O3的量为0.0001—0.009%。
这种太阳能电池封装玻璃,以重量%计算,其组分如下:SiO2 68—70.1%、Al2O3 0.7—1.7%、CaO 9.8%、k2O 1—3%、Na2O 14.5—17.5%、Fe2O3和MgO共为1.4—2.4%;其中Fe2O3的量为0.0004—0.001%。
本发明中的玻璃透光率高于92%,每平方米的条纹小于等于2条,还具有白度高、光洁度高、强度高、柔韧度好使用寿命长的优点,它满足了做为太阳能电池封装玻璃的要求;这种玻璃造价低廉,如3.2mm厚的玻璃,每平方米售价仅为65元,即便是出口到美洲和澳洲每平方米售价也仅为80元;所以使用这种玻璃制造的产品不仅价格低廉而且性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算):
SiO2 55.6%、Al2O3 2.2%、CaO 11.8%、MgO 5.891%、k2O 5%、  Na2O 19.5%、Fe2O3 0.009%。
这种玻璃的生产方法是先计算出所用原料的配比,再称取各种原料,所称取原料中的石英砂应是经过降低铁含量处理的,这种石英砂中铁的含量小于25ppm;所使用的碎玻璃应为无色,且经过认真清洗的,而后采用公知的玻璃生产工艺制造本实施例中的玻璃。
实施例2:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算):
SiO2 85.1%、Al2O3 0.2%、 CaO 3.8%、MgO 0.8999%、k2O 0.5%、Na2O 9.5%、Fe2O3 0.0001%。
实施例3:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算):
SiO2 65.6%、Al2O3 1.7%、CaO 9.8%、MgO 2.399%、k2O 3%、Na2O 17.5%、Fe2O3  0.001%。
实施例4:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算):
SiO2 80.6%、Al2O3 0.7%、CaO 5.3%、MgO 1.3996%、k2O 1%、Na2O 11%、Fe2O3 0.0004%。
实施例5:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算):
SiO2 72.7%、Al2O3 1.2%、CaO 7.8%、k2O 2%、Na2O 14.5%、MgO 1.7995%、Fe2O3 0.0005%。
实施例6:木实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算)
SiO2 68%、Al2O3 1%、CaO 8.5%、k2O 2.5%、Na2O 18%、Fe2O3和MgO共为2%,其中MgO为1.9993%、Fe2O3的量为0.0007%。
实施例7:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算)
SiO2 60%、Al2O3 2.2%、CaO 10.5%、MgO 4.796%、
k2O 4%、Na2O 18.5%、Fe2O3  0.004%。
实施例8:本实施例中玻璃的组分如下(以重量%计算)
SiO2 70.1%、Al2O3 2.2%、CaO 6.8%、k2O 3.5%、Na2O 14.6%、Fe2O3和MgO共为2.8%;其中Fe2O3的量为0.0009%。、
生产上述的高透光度的光学玻璃除采用实施例1中的方法外,还可采用下述方法和窑炉。
生产方法为:a、选取石英砂、纯碱、方解石、碳酸钾、氧化铝、芒硝、氧化镁和碎玻璃做原料;并对纯碱、碳酸钾、氧化铝、芒硝、氧化镁这些原料的铁含量进行检测,每种原料内铁的含量占其重量的0—0.0001%范围内方可使用;所选用的碎玻璃应为无色的;
b、对选用原料的加工处理:用酸性溶液对选用的石英砂原料进行洗涤,除其内的铁质。经洗涤后的石英砂应进行检测,当石英砂中铁的含量小于25ppm时,即可使用;碎玻璃要清洗干净;
c、根据所生产的玻璃组分,算出所需各种原料的重量,并称取各种经过处理符合要求的原料进行混合,而后送入窑炉:
在原料称取和原料混合时,用铝或不锈钢容器容纳,用铝或不锈钢工具混料及输送或采用铝包装,以防原料与铁直接接触。
原料加入窑炉内进行熔化时,窑炉内热点温度为1530—1570℃,冷却部温度为1150—1250℃,窑炉内玻璃液面波动范围为0—1mm;
窑炉内玻璃液出口处的温度为1050—1150℃。
玻璃从出口流出后经压延机压延后,再经退火即成产品,退火温度与常规玻璃生产工艺中的方法和温度相同。
所用的窑炉与玻璃生产工艺中所用马蹄形窑炉雷同,但窑炉中,的窑坎高度为715—780mm,花隔墙中的刚玉砖与墙壁成45°交角。

Claims (2)

1、一种太阳能电池封装玻璃,其特征在于:以重量%计算,其组分如下:
SiO2  68—70.1%、Al2O3  0.7—2.2%、CaO  9.8—11.8%、
k2O  0.5—4%、Na2O  14.5—19.5%、Fe2O3和MgO共为0.9—2.8%中Fe2O3的量为0.0001—0.009%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池封装玻璃,其特征在于:以重量%计算,其组分如下:
SiO2  68—70.1%、Al2O3  0.7—1.7%、CaO  9.8%、
k2O  1—3%、Na2O  14.5—17.5%、Fe2O3和MgO共为1.4—2.4%;其中Fe2O3的量为0.0004—0.001%。
