技术领域
本发明涉及把两个塑料薄膜的容器壁焊接在具有大致圆形截面的塑料管上的方法和装置。
诸如尿袋、血袋及类似物的排放袋通常由两片叠置的塑料薄膜制成,所述塑料薄膜沿它们的周边被焊接在一起。为了给袋子提供出口通道,通常把塑料管焊接在两片塑料薄膜之间,以便提供经位于袋子内部与外部之间的所述管子的连通。因此一片塑料薄膜被焊在塑料管的半个周边上,而另一片塑料薄膜被焊在塑料管的另一半周边上。两片塑料薄膜在管子的两个侧面上被焊接在一起。然而,可选地,各薄膜可只在该管子的每个侧面上的过度区域处被焊到管子上,所述在管子的周边上紧紧地拉所述薄膜以避免泄漏。可选地,可在所述薄膜与该管子的周边之间设置粘结剂。
实践中已经证明:在塑料管的外表面与两片塑料薄膜相遇的两个过度区域中,塑料管的外表面与各塑料薄膜之间难于获得液密连接。虽然使用了两个焊接爪,在剖视图中每个焊接爪具有半圆的形状,并在闭合位置联合地限定了对应于塑料管外直径的圆形开口,但在所述各区域中时常发生泄漏。
背景技术
从GB 2193485A得知:在焊接点处的塑料管中插入加强套筒以防止焊接期间塑料管变形。US 4,126.167公开了应用具有楔形部分的管嘴结构代替具有圆形截面的塑料管,所述楔形部分在各袋壁之间延伸,以防止各塑料薄膜与管嘴结构之间的突然过渡。从EP 0269419 A1得知:把管嘴安置在塑料管的外表面与各塑料薄膜上,以保证管子与袋子之间的液密密封。
DE 19752648 C1公开了在塑料管与各塑料薄膜被焊在一起之前,塑料管的预加热,以改进关键的过渡区域中的焊接。
从EP 0491380 A2得知:在焊接过程期间围绕塑料管和各塑料薄膜布置热传导材料的成型件,和仅在焊接的区域已冷却之后从塑料管和各塑料薄膜上撤去所述成型件。
US 4,023,607公开了利用两个焊接爪把两片塑料薄膜焊接在具有圆形截面的塑料管上的方法,所述两个焊接爪限定了具有非圆形截面的开口。
发明的内容
本发明的目的是提供一种将塑料管焊接在塑料薄膜的两容器壁之间新的和简单的方法,以获得液密的焊接。根据本发明,所述目的通过上述的方法来实现,其特征在于:在剖视图中,每个焊接爪具有在接合面与弧形的焊接区域的每个端部之间大致垂直于接合面延伸的大致直线焊接部分。通过这些简单的装置,已能惊喜地在关键区域中获得非常可靠的焊接,其中一片塑料薄膜从与其它的塑料薄膜焊接在一起改变为被焊接在塑料管上。
根据一个实施例,焊接爪的弧形的焊接区域可被设有曲率半径稍超过塑料管的外直径,并且尺寸另外被设定成:在各焊接爪闭合期间,塑料管的所述部分被向外压靠各焊接爪的大致直线焊接部分。结果是,由此获得在重要区域中的可靠焊接连接,在焊接期间各塑料薄膜及塑料管进一步被压缩。
本发明还涉及如上述的装置。根据本发明的所述装置特征在于:在剖视图中每个焊接爪具有弧形的焊接区域和大致直线焊接部分,所述大致直线焊接部分在接合面与弧形的焊接区域的一个端部之间大致垂直于焊接爪的接合面而延伸。
即使通常较好是把塑料管这样布置在两个塑料薄膜的容器壁之间,使得密封缝在塑料管两侧边上的两层塑料薄膜之间延伸,然而,塑料管也可布置在该容器边缘,使得同一塑料薄膜绕塑料管延伸360°,使得仅一个密封缝在塑料管的一个侧面上在两层塑料薄膜之间延伸。
根据有益的实施例,每个焊接爪具有大致直线焊接部分,所述大致直线焊接部分位于弧形的焊接区域的每个端部与接合面之间。
根据一个实施例,每个焊接爪包含限定弧形焊接区域和大致直线焊接部分(多个部分)的电阻导线,所述电阻导线适于利用脉冲热焊接或恒热焊接把塑料管与塑料薄膜连接在一起。
根据优选的实施例,焊接爪成形为为超声波焊接爪或恒热焊接爪。

具体实施方式
图1是贯穿诸如尿袋的排放袋的一部分的剖视图,其中塑料管3被焊在两个塑料薄膜1,2之间。每片塑料薄膜1,2构成袋壁,并沿塑料管3外面的袋周边被密封在一起。
在根据本发明的方法中,塑料薄膜1,2被焊在塑料管3的至少一部分外周边上,并在邻近塑料管3的区域8中相连接。通常用图1中的标号4标注的区域特别关键,在那个区域中产生三角形空腔。当塑料薄膜1,2围绕塑料管3放置时,所述各空腔必须填以熔化的材料以防泄漏。即使焊接仔细地完成为使得在点4处不发生泄漏,泄漏也会发生在后面阶段。如果在所述焊接充分地冷却之前袋子被处理及机械地受力或如果塑料薄膜被重重地拉动,后面阶段的泄漏就可能发生,因为在点4处产生应力集中,由此塑料薄膜1,2可从塑料管3松脱,因此产生泄漏。
图2图释实施根据本发明的方法的第一装置。所述装置是超声波焊接装置,在所示的闭合状态下,它具有在接合面7处彼此紧靠的两个焊接爪5,6。在剖视图中每个焊接爪5,6具有弧形的焊接区域11和两个大致直线焊接部分10,大致直线焊接部分10在弧形的焊接区域11的各端部与接合面7之间延伸。弧形的焊接区域11大致对应于塑料管3的周边,所述周边将与塑料薄膜1,2焊接在一起。然而,弧形的焊接区域11具有的曲率半径稍超过塑料管3的曲率半径,其理由将在下面详细解释。
图3图释焊接过程期间的图2所示装置,其中塑料管3与两片塑料薄膜1,2焊接在一起,而其中塑料薄膜1,2在塑料管3外边的区域中被焊接在一起。如可从图3中看到的,当塑料管3被焊接爪5,6围住时,塑料管3发生了变形,由此塑料管3制备了两个平面部分9,平面部分9在接合面7的每个侧边延伸短距离并垂直于接合面7。当焊接爪5,6绕塑料管3及塑料薄膜1,2闭合时,如图3中所示,所述塑料材料通过焊接爪5,6受到压力波,使得在塑料薄膜1,2与塑料管3之间的接合处和两片塑料薄膜1,2之间的接合处发生加热,由此达成焊接。然而图2及3中所示的焊接爪也可以做成恒热焊接的焊接爪的形状。
通过图3中所示的塑料管3的变形,塑料管3具有大致垂直于接合面7延伸的两个平面部分9,以令人惊喜的方式获得了在关键区域4中的非常紧密的和可靠的连接。
焊接之后,塑料管3采用其初始的圆形形状。
如上所述,焊接爪的弧形的焊接区域11可被制成圆拱的形状,所述圆拱的半径稍大于塑料管3的外半径。由此获得了在塑料管3的部分9上施加向外载荷的轻微压缩力,所述塑料管3被定位成靠近接合面7,这依次保证和加强了在关键区域4中的焊接。
图4图释根据本发明的装置的另一个实施例。利用图4中所示的装置,塑料薄膜1,2通过脉冲热焊接或恒热焊接被焊在塑料管的外表面上,每个焊接爪5,6都含有电阻导线12。
各附图中所示的各细节是示意性的,而某些几何尺寸曾被夸大,以便更清楚地表达本发明的原理。实际上,在图2-4中,焊接爪5,6的内截面具有更“平直的”形状,以在塑料管上施加向上及向下的力,所述力朝焊接爪5,6的大致直线焊接部分10挤压塑料管3的表面。
根据本发明的方法及装置,能够在邻近塑料管3的区域8中完成塑料薄膜1,2与塑料管3之间的和塑料薄膜1,2之间的完全焊接。然而,事实上,它有利于完成预焊接,在所述预焊接中各塑料薄膜被焊合在一起并焊在塑料管3上,因此在最后焊接之前易于处理它。
为了不损坏已形成的焊接,塑料材料在受到机械应力之前应能够被冷却下来。
也可能使单片塑料绕塑料管延伸360°,并把它焊在自身上。结果是获得在拐角中具有出口管的袋子。各种塑料材料可用作塑料管3及塑料薄膜1,2,例如PVC、聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
通常使用厚度为0.1-0.3mm的PVC作塑料薄膜。塑料管3通常由外直径6-20mm及壁厚0.5-1mm的PVC制成。

Claims (6)

1.把两个塑料薄膜(1,2)的容器壁焊接在具有大致圆形截面的塑料管(3)上的方法,其中塑料管(3)被布置在平行安置的两片塑料薄膜(1,2)之间,造成两片塑料薄膜(1,2)沿塑料管(3)的外表面延伸并沿接合面(7)相互贴靠,接合面(7)位于区域(8)中的两个焊接爪(5,6)之间,区域(8)邻近塑料管(3);其中利用焊接爪(5,6),使塑料薄膜(1,2)被焊接在塑料管(3)的外表面上,并在邻近塑料管(3)的区域(8)中被焊接在一起;在焊接期间通过由焊接爪(5,6)施加的压缩力使塑料管(3)弹性地变形,以为塑料管(3)的外表面设置沿直径对置的两个平面部分(9),每个平面部分(9)在接合面(7)的两侧面延伸并大致垂直于接合面(7);使用两个焊接爪(5,6),当两个焊接爪(5,6)闭合时它们适于围住塑料管(3)和塑料薄膜(1,2),在剖视图中,每个焊接爪(5,6)具有弧形的焊接区域(11);其特征在于:在剖视图中每个焊接爪(5,6)具有大致直线焊接部分(10),该大致直线焊接部分(10)大致垂直于接合面(7)在接合面(7)与弧形的焊接区域(11)的每个端部之间延伸。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:焊接爪(5,6)的弧形焊接区域(11)具有的曲率半径稍超过塑料管(3)的外直径,并且其尺寸还被制定得:在焊接爪(5,6)的闭合期间,能使塑料管(3)的部分(9)被向外地压靠焊接爪(5,6)的大致直线焊接部分(10)。

4.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:每个焊接爪(5,6)具有位于弧形焊接区域(11)的每个端部与接合面(7)之间的大致直线焊接部分(10)。
5.根据权利要求3或4的装置,其特征在于:每个焊接爪(5,6)包含电阻导线(12),该电阻导线(12)限定了弧形焊接区域(11)和大致直线焊接部分(10),所述电阻导线(12)适于用脉冲热焊接或恒热焊接把塑料管(3)与塑料薄膜(1,2)焊接在一起。
6.根据权利要求3或4的装置,其特征在于:焊接爪(5,6)被制成超声波焊接爪或恒热焊接爪。
