Abstract
一种丝锥夹头,有一个驱动体(1)用于连接驱动马达的卡盘。驱动动力由一个扭矩限制装置(2,9,11)传递到一个夹持体(8),夹持体用于夹持丝锥的柄部(12)。利用具有外部卡爪(6)和内部卡爪(5)并有一个中间弹性件(7)的夹持体,尺寸不同的刀柄都可以被夹持体接纳。
Description
本发明涉及一种丝锥夹头,它有一个用于装夹在旋转马达上的卡盘中的驱动体,以便将马达的动力传送到马达所驱动的刀具柄上。刀具可以是丝锥或钻头。驱动体连接于夹持体以固定刀具柄。
一般类型的丝锥头夹头通常只能适用于一种尺寸或尺寸范围很窄的刀具柄。因此当需要加工所用刀具柄部尺寸不同的工件时,就必须将整个丝锥夹头换下。这样每台机床和必须具备多种丝锥夹头以便装夹柄部尺寸不同的刀具。丝锥夹头的种类还由于以下情况而进一步增加,即每种丝锥的柄有两个夹持表面,一个在上方的正方形断面的表面和一个在中间的圆形断面表面,它们对于不同的刀具又有不同的尺寸关系。但是,使丝锥夹头同刀具的夹持表面配合得很好,对于使动力很好地传送到刀具上和使工件加工精确是很重要的。
某些已知的丝锥夹头,例如瑞典专利第324095号,具有过载保护装置,可以将可调整扭矩在驱动体和安装于其上的刀具之间传递。如果刀具被工件掣住或因其他问题而超过预定的扭矩,传递动力的钢球就被压离它们正常的位置,驱动体和刀具之间的动力传递就中止。
这种已知结构是基于在刀具柄部做出槽以复盖动力传递钢球。这标志着这种已知的过载保护装置只能用于柄部有专门形状的刀具。这种已知的过载装置的另一个缺点就是对于每种刀具尺寸,必须用人工调整弹簧位移量,而这是很麻烦和特别不能令人满意的,因为很难达到过载保护装置的任何确定的刻度。
采用根据本发明的丝锥夹头,所需的夹头数目有限,因为夹头的夹持体做成适合于不同尺寸的刀具柄,刀具柄部两处间的不同尺寸关系并不需要不同的丝锥夹头,同一个丝锥夹头对柄部尺寸不同的刀具都可以夹持得很牢固。
以上是靠根据本发明的丝锥夹头达到的,在这种夹头中,围绕刀柄的夹持体的一部分有一个前部的和/一个后部的环形锥面,中间有一个台阶。前部锥面用来复盖前部卡爪以夹持刀柄的通常为圆形的中部,而夹持体的后部锥面用来复盖后部卡爪以夹紧刀柄的通常为方形的上部。前部和后部卡爪用一个中间的柔性件隔开。
应用根据本发明的丝锥夹头,仅仅将刀柄插入夹持体就可以牢固地夹持在丝锥夹头中,而不用管刀柄的尺寸。不同的卡爪可根据刀柄的尺寸自动调整,因为两个不同的锥面和中间装置是用柔性材料做的。
为了通过对夹持在夹持体中的每种尺寸的刀具自动调整预定扭矩,保证均匀的动力传送和防止刀具过载,根据本发明的丝锥夹头的夹持体通过一个用弹簧位移锁紧环复盖的驱动块同驱动体连接,当刀具的抗力超过预定的扭矩,锁紧环就脱离同驱动的接合,这是藉助于安装在驱动体的环槽内的多个钢球实现的。
使夹持体的锥形表面压在前部卡爪上,而前部卡爪压在插入夹持体的刀具柄上的圆柱体部分,还使夹持体的锥形表面压在后部卡爪上,而后部卡爪压在刀具柄上的方柱形部分,从而可以直接感觉出刀具的尺寸。这个尺寸传递到夹头的驱动块,而驱动块同后部卡爪直接接触,它通过钢球和锁紧环将根据刀柄尺寸而设想的位置传递到弹簧上。由于锥形表面,通过调整卡爪,就可取得丝锥夹头扭矩的自动调整。

如图1所示,根据本发明的丝锥夹头包括驱动体1,在这里推荐实施例所表示的上部是予备用于带块换联轴节的卡盘的。为此目的驱动体1做出圆周槽13和缺口24。因为卡盘动力传送装置不是本发明主题的一部分,就不在这里详细介绍了。
驱动体1同夹持体8连接以便将动力传送过刀具上,刀柄12插在夹持体8中。夹持体8包括一个包围刀柄12的零件,为了夹持刀柄12,该零件做出一个前部锥面14和一个后部锥面15。在锥面14和15之间有一个台阶16。前部锥面14复盖前部卡爪6以夹持刀柄12通常做成圆形断面的中间部分(见图3)。后部锥面15以同样方式复盖前部卡爪5以夹持刀柄12通常做成方形断面的顶部(见图2)。一个柔性材料做成的零件7安放在前部卡爪6和后部卡爪5之间。卡爪5,6和零件7藉驱动块2之助保持它们之间的相互位置。
从图4可以看出,驱动块2有一个带沉孔26的顶部表面,孔的直径大小相对于驱动件1的直径使其能接纳驱动件1的一端。沉孔26围绕着环状壁17,其上做出多个小腔18。小腔18的数目对应于安装在圆周19里的钢球的数目,圆周槽19布置在伸入沉孔26的驱动件1的紧靠端部的地方。在分隔相邻小腔壁20上有V形缺口21用以迫使锁紧环9共同行动。
如图1所示,锁紧环9的横断面大致为三角形,有一个直角,这样它的一个面就平行于围绕驱动体1的夹持体8的内面。三角形的斜边压紧钢球11,另一直角边被碟形垫圈10加载。于是锁紧环9被碟形垫圈10加压通过缺口21向驱动块2压紧。
支承垫圈10的是导向套筒3,通过使导向套筒3的螺纹拧入围绕驱动体1的夹持体8可以调整弹簧的压力。在导向套筒的同一螺纹上还套有一个止动套4,利用这个止动套4可将导向套筒3锁紧在夹持体8上。
根据本发明的丝锥夹头有以下功能。
从卡盘(未示出)传来的动力通过驱动体1到钢球11上(钢球11被碟形垫圈10和锁紧环9压住),再传到其中有卡爪5和6的驱动块2。对刀柄12的夹持是通过碟形垫圈10的弹性位移,将驱动块2和卡爪5和6向前压在夹持体8的锥形部分上,从而得到对刀柄12的夹压力。卡爪5和6通过柔性件7保持在一起,柔性件7使卡爪5和6能够根据刀柄12的圆形部分和方形部分的不同情况自行调整。
如果刀具,从而刀柄12上的抗力超过了预定的扭矩,钢球11就被迫向外,从而迫使锁紧环9升起,于是驱动体1空转。
导向套筒3用螺纹拧入夹持体8,而夹持体8被止动套4锁紧,从而取得所需的压向锁紧环9的弹簧压力。
对于不同尺寸的刀柄,卡爪5和6在夹持器8的锥形部内达到不同的高度,从而改变压紧锁紧环9的弹簧压力,最终也改变了预定驱动扭矩。
上述丝锥夹头可以按不同方式修改而不脱离本发明的概念。例如,卡爪5和6的数目可以比图2和3所示的四个多些或少些。同样地,卡爪5和6的横断面形状可以和图示的那种不同。用柔性材料做成的件7可以是环形也可以由多个单独的零件组成。夹持体8也可以夹持不是上述方形和圆形断面的刀柄12。丝锥夹头的锁紧环9当然也可以不用三角形断面,弹簧压力也可以不用所说的碟形垫圈提供。因此,本发明不能看作受限制于上述推荐实施例和附图,而应看作只受下述权利要求书限制。
Claims (8)
1、一种丝锥夹头,它包括一个驱动体(1),用于固定旋转马达的卡盘并适于将马达驱动的动力传递到马达所驱动的刀柄(12),驱动体(1)连接于用来夹持刀柄的夹持体(8),所说的丝锥夹头其特征在于,围绕刀柄(12)的夹持体(8)的一部分有一个前部的和一个后部的锥面(14和15)和一个中间台阶(16),前部锥面(14)适应于复盖前部卡爪(6),以夹持刀柄通常为圆形的中间部分,后部锥面(15)适应于复盖后部卡爪(5),以夹持刀柄通常为方形的顶部,所说的前部和后部卡爪(6,5)被一个中间柔性件(7)所分隔。
2、根据权利要求1的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,有一个驱动块(2)其形状做成既插入又离开围绕刀柄的夹持体(8)的部分,驱动块形成相应的前部和后部卡爪(5,6)的支持部分,每个卡爪的横断面为盘形。
3、根据权利要求2的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,其中有四个后部卡爪(5)和四个前部卡爪(6),卡爪在直径方向相对地成对布置。
4、根据权利要求2的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,当刀柄(12)被具有前部和后部卡爪(6和5)的锥面(14,15)的夹持体(8)夹持其相应的圆柱部和方形顶部,其预定扭矩可以自动调整,在这些卡爪之间配置有一个柔性件(7),卡爪(6,5)由于刀柄的圆柱和方形部分尺寸而调整弹簧的变形以达到响应该处和相应于预定扭矩的力。
5、根据权利要求4的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,后部卡爪(5)压紧驱动块(2),而驱动块(2)同锁紧环(9)接合,藉助配置在夹持体(8)上的台阶表面(通过3)压在锁紧环(9)上的弹簧(10)被压缩。
6、根据权利要求4的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,前部卡爪(6)配置成压紧刀柄(12)的圆柱部而后部卡爪(5)配置成压紧刀柄(12)的方形部,后部卡爪(5)直接同驱动块(2)联系并根据刀柄(12)圆柱部和方形部的尺寸而致动。
7、根据权利要求4的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,驱动块(2)的内端包围驱动体(1)并在容纳钢球(11)的槽(19)处形成开通的小腔(18),每个小腔可容一钢球,所说小腔的中间壁(20)有一个V形缺口,直角三角形断面的锁紧环(9)通常插入其中使锁紧环相应于断面斜边的那一面同钢球接触,钢球在刀柄(12)旋转阻力增加时迫使锁紧环离开缺口。
8、根据权利要求4的丝锥夹头,其特征在于,弹簧变形(通过10)的基本力量可以通过用螺纹拧入围绕驱动体(1)的夹持体(8)的一部分的导向套筒(3)来调整,导向套筒可藉助一个用螺纹拧入导向套筒压紧夹持体的止动套(4)来锁紧。
