背景技术

为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于由含气材料形成的灯座的放气防护罩(outgassing shield),能够覆盖至少部分所述灯座。
在本发明的优选实施例中,灯座具有从基体延伸出的座体,座体适于被插入灯体,放气防护罩位于座体的一部分上,该座体位于灯体的内部。
该放气防护罩在座体上维持低温,并防止或严格地限制能够产生的放出气体的量。

现在更详细地参看附图,图1示出了灯10,其具有由腔体14和透镜16构成的本体12.腔体14的内表面17上具有反射涂层.灯单元18包括装配到座体22中的灯20,灯单元安装进灯本体的基座24,正如传统的那样.
座体22围绕纵轴26设置.该座体由诸如具有43%的玻璃填充物的尼龙构成,随着温度升高将放出气体.尽管高温材料能够防止气体放出,但是这一方案并不实用,原因在于较高的成本是一个不利因素.
座体22具有开口28,其包括多个电触点和用于灯泡20的容纳区域。

现在参看图3,示出了放气防护罩40,其基本上为杯状,具有表面42和圆周侧壁44.在表面42中设置有开口44,允许灯泡20的插入。防护罩40基本上覆盖在灯体12中突出的座体的全部塑料件,并在灯20工作时产生了低温区域,从而减少了反射器表面17上和透镜19内部的材料放出气体的量和随后的沉积的量。优选地,表面42基本上与反射器表面17的反射属性匹配。当灯不工作时,安装在座体上的放气防护罩对于观察者来说是不明显的,从而增强了灯的美观效果.另外,在某种条件下,有可能会降低灯的光输出。
防护罩40套在座体22的内部,能够通过摩擦或者其它手段(诸如胶或销)保持。
尽管各种材料均适用于防护罩40,但优选材料是厚度为0.4mm的430不锈钢。
对安装有防护罩和未安装防护罩的座体进行的试验示出了安装有防护罩的上体温度减少了23℃,从而有效地防止了灯组件的反射器和透镜上不想要的外部材料的气体放出和沉积。

Claims (2)

1.一种灯(10),包括灯体(12)和灯单元(18),所述灯单元(18)包括一灯(20)和一由含气材料制成的座体(22),
所述座体(22)从一基座(24)延伸且插入到灯体(12)中,
其特征在于包括:
定位在灯体(12)内的为杯状的放气防护罩(40),具有一个用于覆盖接近灯(20)的所述座体(22)的上表面的表面(42)和一个沿座体(22)的侧面延伸的圆周侧壁(44),
从而在所述灯体(12)内的全部座体(22)遮蔽于在所述灯(20)工作时所产生的热,
所述含气材料是塑料材料,所述放气防护罩(40)是金属,
所述灯体(12)包括反射器部分(17)和透镜部分(16),所述反射器部分(17)具有反射器表面,所述放气防护罩的所述表面(42)具有与所述灯体反射器表面匹配的反射器表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯座,其中,所述放气防护罩由不锈钢构成。
