Abstract

一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子，由20-30wt%基料、60-70wt%填料、8-20wt%助剂混合而成。其中20-30wt%基料包含12-25wt%丙烯酸柔性乳液和5-10wt%EVA乳液。60-70wt%填料包含25-30wt%重钙、25-30wt%水泥、10-20wt%石英粉。8-20wt%助剂包含1-3wt%邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1-1.5wt%消泡剂、2-5wt%增稠剂、乳液量的3-5wt%C-12成膜助剂、2.5-3.0wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素、2-5wt%木质纤维、3-5wt%聚丙烯纤维、0.5-1wt%防霉剂。该外墙弹性抗裂腻子可用于普通建筑外墙涂饰和抗裂要求较高的建筑外墙涂饰。其性能符合JG/T157-2004《建筑外墙用腻子》中华人民共和国建筑工业行业标准，具有极佳的柔韧抗裂性，经检测，其动态开裂性均高于国家标准。该腻子可根据不同使用要求、选择加入填料的品种、粗细规格，调整配合比，还可适量加入水和可满足不同施工要求的助剂，以调整浆体的粘稠度和其他施工性能。

外墙弹性抗裂腻子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种腻子，尤其是一种外墙腻子，特别是一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子。
背景技术
大量的建筑都要做水泥砂浆抹灰层。由于水泥胶凝材料难以避免的水化干缩，会造成抹灰层龟裂，从而导致其所做的装饰涂层出现龟裂纹，一般的直接影响装饰效果，涂层寿命。特别是外墙面严重的则会引起雨水渗漏，是建筑业中极为令人头痛的问题。为了解决上述问题，过去曾长期大量使用纸筋石灰拌和水泥砂浆来做抹灰面层，但由于其与水泥混凝土基层的材质差异，粘合不好，易出现空鼓、脱皮；近年来普遍采用弹性涂料涂装，以期将可能出现的裂纹遮掩，但薄涂抗裂效果差，厚涂成本高；另外，由于材料本身存在的弹延性提高则粘附力降低的矛盾，用涂料的高弹性来提高对基层裂纹的掩饰性，会降低面膜与基层的粘附性，从而导致装饰层起皮，反之，裂纹又难以被掩饰。显然，这种单纯靠弹性涂料做面层掩饰裂纹的方法，在技术上进退两难。做起来吃力难讨好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种动态抗开裂性好、易刮涂的外墙弹性抗裂腻子，既有一般腻子的填充找平性又有弹性涂料的抗裂功能，以解决外墙涂装工程中存在的诸多不足之处。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子，其特征在于：该抗裂腻子由20-30wt％基料、60-70wt％填料、8-20wt％助剂混合而成。
其中20-30wt％基料包含12-25wt％丙烯酸柔性乳液和5-10wt％EVA乳液。
60-70wt％填料包含25-30wt％重钙、25-30wt％水泥、10-20wt％石英粉。
8-20wt％助剂包含1-3wt％邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1-1.5wt％消泡剂、2-5wt％增稠剂、乳液量的3-5wt％C-12成膜助剂、2.5-3.0wt％羟丙基甲基纤维素、2-5wt％木质纤维、3-5wt％聚丙烯纤维、0.5-1wt％防霉剂。
上述外墙弹性抗裂腻子可用于普通建筑外墙涂饰和抗裂要求较高的建筑外墙涂饰。本发明的外墙弹性抗裂腻子的性能符合JG/T157-2004《建筑外墙用腻子》中华人民共和国建筑工业行业标准，具有极佳的柔韧抗裂性，经检测，其动态开裂性均高于国家标准。
本发明的抗裂腻子与基层有优良的粘附性能，防水耐碱，填充批刮性好，最为优异的是该产品中的弹性乳液、抗裂纤维、无机胶凝材料等组成了抗拉强度很高的柔韧抗裂层，能有效抵抗水泥粉刷层龟裂纹对涂装面层的影响。本发明的抗裂腻子可根据不同使用要求、选择加入填料的品种、粗细规格，调整配合比，还可适量加入水和可满足不同施工要求的助剂，以调整浆体的粘稠度和其他施工性能。
具体实施方式
一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子，该抗裂腻子由20kg基料、65kg填料、15kg助剂混合而成。
其中20kg基料包含15kg丙烯酸柔性乳液和5kgEVA乳液。
65kg填料包含25kg重钙、25kg水泥、15kg石英粉。
15kg助剂包含2kg邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1kg消泡剂、2.1kg增稠剂、0.9kgC-12成膜助剂、2.5kg羟丙基甲基纤维素、3kg木质纤维、3kg聚丙烯纤维、0.5kg防霉剂。
上述各组分的配比并不是唯一的，可以通过调整各组分的配比关系，制成各种不同的弹性抗裂腻子。

Claims (2)

1、一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子，其特征在于：该外墙弹性抗裂腻子由20-30wt％基料、60-70wt％填料、8-20wt％助剂混合而成，其中以外墙弹性抗裂腻子总重量为基准，
20-30wt％基料包含12-25wt％丙烯酸柔性乳液和5-10wt％ EVA乳液；
8-20wt％助剂包含1-3wt％邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1-1.5wt％消泡剂、2-5wt％增稠剂、所述基料中乳液量的3-5wt％ C-12成膜助剂、2.5-3.0wt％羟丙基甲基纤维素、2-5wt％木质纤维、3-5wt％聚丙烯纤维、0.5-1wt％防霉剂。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种外墙弹性抗裂腻子，其特征在于：以外墙弹性抗裂腻子总重量为基准，所述60-70wt％填料包含25-30wt％重钙、25-30wt％水泥、10-20wt％石英粉。
