扬声器护栅18包括对位件35。该对位件35用于使扬声器护栅18相对于金属框架14对位。扬声器护栅18还可以包括一个或多个凸起部36。凸起部36为扬声器护栅18与护栅支撑托架22之间的附着提供支撑(见图5)。
虽然本发明可以允许有多种修改和可选形式,但已经通过附图中的实例示出了具体实施例并将在本文中进行详细描述。但是,应该明白,本发明不限于所公开的特定形式。相反,本发明将覆盖落在所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围内的所有修改、等同物和替换。
Claims (19)
1.一种显示装置(10),包括:
显示屏(16);
框架(14),设置在所述显示屏(16)周围;以及
扬声器护栅(18),连接于所述框架(14)和所述显示屏(16),其中所述显示屏(16)被安置在所述扬声器护栅(18)的支撑托架(22)与所述扬声器护栅(18)的边缘部(23)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述支撑托架(22)和所述边缘部(23)形成用于所述显示屏(16)的悬臂式沟槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述支撑托架(22)和所述边缘部(23)凹进于所述扬声器护栅(18)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述扬声器护栅(18)包括偏压部(30),所述偏压部适于朝向所述框架(14)的前侧偏压所述扬声器护栅(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述扬声器护栅(18)包括偏压部(32),所述偏压部适于朝向所述显示屏(16)的中心偏压所述扬声器护栅(18)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述扬声器护栅(18)包括对位件,所述对位件用于使所述扬声器护栅(18)相对于所述金属框架(14)对位。
7.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述扬声器护栅(18)包括凸起部(36),所述凸起部适于支撑所述扬声器护栅(18)与护栅支撑托架(22)之间的附着。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),其中,所述显示装置包括数字光处理电视机。
9.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置(10),包括设置在所述显示屏(16)的相对侧上的另一个扬声器护栅(18),其中所述另一个扬声器护栅连接于所述框架(14)和所述显示屏(16),其中所述显示屏(16)被安置在所述另一个扬声器护栅(18)的支撑托架(22)与所述另一个扬声器护栅(18)的边缘部(23)之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,包括安装在所述扬声器护栅(18)后面的扬声器。
11.一种制造显示装置(10)的方法,所述方法包括:
将显示屏(16)附于框架(14);以及
将扬声器护栅(18)附于所述显示屏(16)和所述框架(14),以使所述显示屏(16)被安置在所述扬声器护栅(18)的支撑托架(22)与所述扬声器护栅(18)的边缘部(23)之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,包括:
将端部组件(25)附于所述扬声器护栅(18)和所述框架(14)。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中附着所述扬声器护栅的步骤包括:使所述扬声器护栅(18)通过所述框架(14)滑动,直到所述显示屏(16)被安置在所述扬声器护栅(18)的所述支撑托架(22)与所述扬声器护栅(18)的所述边缘部(23)之间。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中附着所述扬声器护栅的步骤包括:使所述扬声器护栅(18)通过所述框架(14)滑动,直到所述显示屏(16)被安置在悬臂式支撑托架(22)与悬臂式边缘部(23)之间。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,包括:
使用对位件(35)使所述扬声器护栅(18)相对于所述框架(14)对位。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,包括:
使用凸起部(36)将所述扬声器护栅(18)附于护栅支撑托架(22)。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中按列举的顺序执行所述步骤。
18.一种显示装置(10),包括:
显示屏(16);
框架(14),设置在所述显示屏(16)周围;以及
扬声器护栅(18),连接于所述框架(14)和所述显示屏(16),其中所述显示屏(16)被安置在与所述扬声器护栅(18)相连的沟槽内,所述沟槽由所述扬声器护栅(18)的支撑托架(22)与所述扬声器护栅(18)的边缘部(23)形成。
19.根据权利要求18所述的显示装置(10),包括端部组件(25),所述端部组件连接于所述扬声器护栅(18)和所述框架(14)。
