Abstract

本发明关于一种模具及其加工方法,该模具较佳实施例包括上模及下模,该上模包括:一上导向套、一上模座及一上模仁,该上导向套中部开有一开口,该上模座中部开有一通孔,上模座固定于上导向套之下且使开孔轴线与通孔轴线对齐;该上模仁一端配合于上导向套的开孔,另一端配合于上模座的通孔;该下模包括:一下导向套,一下模座及一下模仁,该下导向套中部开有一开孔;该下模座中部开有一通孔,下模座固定于下导向套之上且使开孔轴线与通孔轴线对齐;该下模仁一端配合于下导向套的开孔,另一端配合于下模座的通孔。该模具的加工方法将上导向套及下导向套、上模座及下模座共同加工,提高了上、下模之间同轴度。

Description

模具及其加工方法
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种模具及其加工方法,尤其是关于一种可提高同轴度的模具及其加工方法。
【背景技术】
在电子、汽车、电机、电器、仪器、仪表、家电和通信等产品中,60%~80%的零部件都要依靠模具成形,因此模具已成为工业生产的重要设备。
模具的类型主要有两大类,一种为冲压模,另一种为热压成形模,对需加工精度要求较高的物体,两种模具均需考虑上、下模具同轴度的问题。
一现有模具结构请参见图1,该模具包括上模1与下模2,上模1包括上模仁12及上模座14,下模2包括下模仁22及下模座24。上模仁12及下模仁22的表面分别加工成所需物体的两面形状。上模座14及下模座24分别为圆柱体,每一圆柱体中部开有开孔,开孔尺寸与上模仁12及下模仁22相配合,从而使上模仁12可卡固于上模座14,下模仁22可卡固于下模座24。该种模具虽可加工出所需形状,但是因上、下模仁同轴度误差较大,使被加工物体前后两表面的光轴不在同一直线上,不能满足高质量的加工要求。
为解决上下模仁的同轴度问题,现有的方法可将上模座14及下模座24同时钻孔,然而上模座14及下模座24厚度较厚,钻孔过程中,很难保证两者同轴度的精度。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上缺点,提供一种可提高同轴度精度的模具及其加工方法非常必要。
以下列举较佳实施例说明该模具及其加工方法。
一种模具,包括一上模及一下模,该上模包括:一上导向套、一上模座及一上模仁,该上导向套中部开有一开孔,该上模座中部开有一通孔,上模座固定于上导向套之下且使上导向套的开孔轴线与上模座的通孔轴线对齐;该上模仁一端配合于上导向套的开孔,另一端配合于上模座的通孔;该下模包括:一下导向套,一下模座及一下模仁,该下导向套中部开有一开孔;该下模座中部开有一通孔,下模座固定于下导向套之上且使下导向套的开孔轴线与下模座的通孔轴线对齐;该下模仁包括一端配合于上导向套的开孔,另一端配合于上模座的通孔。
一种制造所述模具的加工方法,将上导向套与下导向套同时加工而成开孔,该上模座与下模座同时加工而成通孔。
相较现有技术,所述模具将上模及下模分成若干部分,其厚度有效减薄,使上模及下模要求同轴度的对应部分同时采用具有较高精度的钻孔加工技术,从而提高加工物的同轴度,具有较好性能,另外缩短加工时间,降低了模具制造成本。依照所述模具加工方法可以生产出同轴度较高的模具。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2,本发明模具较佳实施例以射出成形模具为例。
该模具包括一上模4及一下模5。
上模4分成三部份,包括上导向套42、上模座44及上模仁46。该上导向套42位于上模4的一端,其中部开有一开孔422。该上模座44设于上导向套42之下,其中部开有一通孔442,通孔442的直径小于开孔422的直径。该上模仁46为柱状,其包括大直径部分462及小直径部分464,大直径部分462及小直径部分464一体成形,小直径部分464具一端面466,该端面466与所加工物体的一表面相配。
下模5也相应分成三部分,包括下导向套52、下模座54及下模仁56。该下导向套52位于下模5的一端,其中部开有一开孔522。该下模座54设于下导向套52之上,其中部开有一通孔542,通孔542的直径小于开孔522的直径。该下模仁56为柱状,其包括大直径部分562及小直径部分564,大直径部分562及小直径部分564一体成形,小直径部分564具一端面566,该端面566与所加工物体的另一表面相配。
加工时,将上导向套42及下导向套52同时加工开孔422与522。将上模座44及下模座54同时加工通孔442与542。因同时加工部分厚度相对减薄,故可采用精度较高的钻孔方式,如通过激光进行线切割或采用研磨钻孔技术。因上模4、下模5的部分组件同时加工,可保证上模4及下模5的同轴度。
装配时,先将上导向套42置于上模座44之上,同时使上导向套42的开孔422与上模座44的通孔442轴线重合,再将上导向套42与上模座44通过螺栓等形式固定(图未示);之后将上模仁46沿上导向套42的开孔插入,使上模仁46的大直径部分462配合于上导向套42内,小直径部分464配合于上模座44内,因上模座44的通孔442直径小于上导向套42的开孔422的直径,确保了上模仁46卡于上导向套42与上模座44之间。下模5的装配过程与上模4相同,在此省略。
使用时,分别将上模4与下模5安装在射出成型机上,由射出成型机来控制上模4及下模5之间开启与闭合,于上模4及下模5闭合时,上模仁46的端面466与下模仁56的端面566之间可形成一模腔6,该模腔6内可注入融熔塑料,以模造加工。
可以理解,本模具的上模仁46及下模仁56也可采用其它结构,如大直径部分和小直径部分上下可倒置。

Claims (6)

1.一种模具,包括一上模和一下模,该上模包括一上模仁,该下模包括一下模仁,其特征在于:该上模还包括一上导向套与一上模座,该上导向套中部开有一开孔;该上模座中部开有一通孔,上模座固定于上导向套下端且与上导向套的开孔轴线与上模座的通孔轴线对齐;该上模仁一端配合于上导向套的开孔,另一端配合于上模座的通孔;该下模还包括一下导向套与一下模座,该下导向套中部开有一开孔;该下模座中部开有一通孔,下模座固定于下导向套上端且与下导向套的开孔轴线与下模座的通孔轴线对齐;该上模仁一端配合于上导向套的开孔,另一端配合于上模座的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的模具,其特征在于:该上模仁及下模仁均包括一大直径部分和小直径部分,大直径部分及小直径部分为柱状且一体成形。
3.如权利要求1所述的模具,其特征在于:该上导向套及上模座通过螺栓固定,下导向套及下模座通过螺栓固定。
4.一种权利要求1所述的模具的加工方法,其特征在于:该上导向套与下导向套同时加工而成开孔,该上模座与下模座同时加工而成通孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的模具的加工方法,其特征在于:该上模座与下模座、上导向套与下导向套加工采用线切割钻孔。
6.如权利要求4所述的模具的加工方法,其特征在于:该上模座与下模座、上导向套与下导向套加工采用研磨钻孔。
