背景技术
DE 100 60 302 A1公开了用于在新生儿或早产儿、婴儿和儿童中抽取静脉血的这样一种装置。在它的远端部用一个尖削的针尖形成的空心针或者针管在它的近端部具有一个朝它的纵轴线侧面地弯曲的出血口,并且设置在一个支架上,它的位于出血口后部的把手部位提供一种握住或者控制它的可能性。在采血时一个接收流出的血的容器支承在针管的出血口的下方。
与传统使用的注射针不一样,这种采血装置的针管不再需要特殊地准备,例如不再需要折断通常的Luer-锥体,这样,减少了患者的感染风险和采血人员的受伤风险和感染风险。然而,目视控制应抽取的血量可能很不够,因为在这种尺寸较小的采血装置中把手和/或采血人员的手指大大地限制了人们看出血口的视线,甚至可能完全挡住视线。此外,侧向弯曲的出血口还导致只是在一个使用位置时针管才使最佳出血成为可能。除了制造有曲率的、侧向弯曲的针管费事外,还有下述缺点,即针管由于弯曲所造成的更高的流动阻力阻碍了本来只少量抽取的血液的流动。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是提供一种上述类型的采血装置,用这种采血装置可避免上述缺点,并且改进使用人的操作舒适性。
根据本发明,这个任务通过一个将把手部位和针管支架连接起来的弓形跨接元件完成。本发明提供了一种用于新生儿和儿童的采血装置,它包括一个设置有敞开的进血口和出血口、且设置在一个带有把手部位的支架中的针管,其特征在于,所述采血装置还包括一个将把手部位与针管支架连接起来的、且在针管支架和把手部位之间为出血口提供一个自由空间的弓形跨接元件。
通过这一措施可同时得到多个优点。针管的出口端部可设置在跨接元件或者横跨元件的无障碍可看到的自由区域中。这样就可排除由于视线受阻而从少量抽取的血量中损失一部分。因为针管的进口和出口都设置在一根轴线上,因此避免了弯曲或者分支,从而不会出现摩擦损耗。早产儿或新生儿、婴儿或者儿童除了血压低和血量少外摩擦损耗也会给采血造成困难。
此外,跨接元件还提供了这样一个自由空间,该空间能将一个比较大的接收容器支承在出口孔口的下方。这一措施保证即使是最少量的血也可无损失地接收。无障碍地看到出血口也使得立即看到第一滴血流出成为可能。根据本发明的采血装置的操作也大大地被简化,并且更加安全,因为能无障碍地看到针管就能保证该针管有针对性地插入到静脉中。此外,特别是采血装置可在静脉中无问题地转动,以达到最佳的进血,并且防止静脉壁靠近针管的倾斜的孔或者针尖,否则孔会被封堵。尽管提供了转动的能力,但是出血口的位置仍然不变,这样就保证了在任何旋转位置时的最佳出血。与此相反的是,具有一个弯曲部分或者一个分支的针管只提供一个最佳的可流出血的使用位置。所有其它位置会造成出血困难,或者甚至可能不能出血,例如当出血口向上指向时。

具体实施方式
在图中所示的采血装置1具有一个设置在一个支架2中的空心针或者针管3。为了刺入静脉中,该空心针在它的前端部设置一个削尖的针尖4作为进血口,并且在相反的近端部设置一个出血口5。出血口5设置在由一个弓形的跨接元件6所提供的大的自由空间内。该跨接元件将针管支架2和采血装置1的把手部位7连接起来。
当针管3用它的针尖4刺入静脉时,横跨式的跨接元件6可使采血装置无问题的转动,并且提供一个大的、对于操作人员可无障碍地看到的区域,并且能够使用一个大的接收容器,以及能立即看到流出的第一滴血,这样,即使是最少量的血也能无损失地收集到。

1.用于新生儿和儿童的采血装置(1),它包括一个设置有敞开的进血口(4)和出血口(5)、且设置在一个带有把手部位(7)的支架中的针管(3),其特征在于,所述采血装置(1)还包括一个将把手部位(7)与针管支架(2)连接起来的、且在针管支架(2)和把手部位(7)之间为出血口(5)提供一个自由空间的弓形跨接元件(6)。
