技术领域
本发明涉及一种三合一光电子空气净化器,具体地说本空气净化器通过活性炭过滤网过滤空气中的杂质、细菌和病毒,再通过极端紫外放射光线管发射极端紫外放射光线消灭通过极端紫外放射光线管空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌等,同时通过负离子发生器器增加空气中负离子量,以提高空气质量,其可使用汽车电池电源或市电供电电源。
背景技术
在现代社会,空调设备已是大多数家庭、医院、老人院、百货公司、电影院、餐馆、办公室、生产车间、以及电梯、大中小型汽车、轮船、飞机和火车内的必备装置,在冬季和夏季室内的暖气和冷气开放,使得室内空气不流通需要人工净化空气。尤其SARS病毒的传播,室内空气的净化越来越受到人们的重视。室内空气的净化不单要更换新鲜的空气,更要对空气中的病毒、细菌、霉菌等进行杀灭。目前,空气净化的方式有常规的空气清新器采用高压电离产生负离子,有些空调器带有这类装置,另外,医院使用的紫外线杀菌灯,可以非常有效的杀灭空气中的病菌。这两种清洁空气的方式都有各自的优点,但也存在明显的缺陷,例如,负氧离子杀菌的效果不强,紫外线灯不能长时间使用,照射到人体还会造成伤害。
此外,空气中的杂质(可吸入颗粒物)对人体也有很大的危害,对此紫外线灭菌灯和负离子发生器都无济于事。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种过滤网过滤、紫外线灭菌、负离子改善空气质量的三合-光电子空气净化器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
三合一光电子空气净化器,四方柱形状结构的机体内包括有:抽风风鼓、电动马达、控制电路板、开关、指示灯、极端紫外放射光线管、空气积聚架、电源输入线,负极高压放电碳化纤维线,其特征在于机体前端设有进气口,进气口内侧依次设有可清洗过滤网和活性炭过滤网;后机体上端设有排气口,排气口内侧依次设置空气过滤架和负极高压放电碳化纤维线;机体中部设有空气集聚架,该空气集聚架内有至少三组极端紫外放射光线管;抽风风鼓及电动马达设置在后机体中部,机体前上部设置控制电路板。
前项所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述机体的前端上有保护罩作固定可清洗过滤网架和活性炭过滤网架,可清洗过滤网架装设有隔尘海绵,活性炭过滤网架装设有活性炭过滤网。
前项所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述保护罩通过左、右两端上方的独立活动开关与机体扣合在一起,同时压紧固定可清洗过滤网架和活性炭过滤网架。
前项所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述空气集聚架有三组设置有极端紫外放射光线管组件室,该极端紫外放射光线管组件室有四个接触金属器,所述四个接触金属器,是通电和接触空气积聚架,空气积聚架是由前方大遮挡板、后方的小遮挡板、极端紫外放射光线管和接触金属件所构成。
前项所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于机体内上端的控制板盖件提供位置固定电源电子发生器、功能指示灯、功能切换开关和时间功能调较开关,所述的功能切换开关连接电动马达,抽风风鼓、极端紫外放射光线管及碳化纤维线。
前述各项所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述机体内下端侧面有一电线门盖和可收藏电源线的电线窒;所述后机体后部有手挽和四个支撑件,四个支撑件均有螺丝孔,后机体底端有两个平面支撑脚。
本发明的优点是,净化器以极端紫外放射光线管产生253.7纳米波长的极端紫外放射光线,此波长的紫外线经科学研究证明能最有效地消灭空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌;而通过负离子机的运作可增加空气中的负离子量能促进生物化学作用和减低令人产生抑郁及疲劳的荷尔蒙的分泌;通过可清洗过滤网和活性炭过滤网可以进一步滤除空气中的有害颗粒和细菌、病毒等;在现代社会,大多数家庭、医院、老人院、百货公司、电影院、餐馆、办公室、生产车间、以及电梯、大中小型汽车、轮船、飞机和火车内,本空气净化器的功能可使人们的生活、居住、医疗、办公、消费及搭乘交通运输工具等等的环境得以改善,在自然环境不断被破坏的现代社会还给人类洁净的空间。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种三合一光电子空气净化器,此机首先以可清洗过滤网过滤空气中的杂质;再以活性炭过滤网作为过滤空气中的细菌和病毒,能通过活性炭过滤网的强化细菌和病毒,再利用极端紫外放射光线管发射极端紫外放射光线,能消灭通过极端紫外放射光线管的空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌等,同时通过负离子机的运作可增加空气中负离子量。
本发明的光电子空气净化三合一消毒机主要配件包括有:可清洗过滤网、活性炭过滤网、风鼓、极端紫外放射光线管、电动马达及负极高压放电纤维线。当空气经抽风风鼓进入三合一光电子空气净化器,经过可清洗过滤网过滤空气中的杂质;再以活性炭过滤网作过滤空气中的细菌和病毒后,有两种不断循环交替的工作方式,第一种是负极高压输出经碳化纤维放电,电离空气产生负离子由风扇排出;第二种是点燃极端紫外放射光线管发射极端紫外放射光线消灭经过该管的空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌等。此三合一光电子空气净化器上有一个入气口和一个出气口。负极高压放电纤维线固定于出气口位,极端紫外放射光线管固定于所述之近出气口位的机体内,而抽风风鼓则固定于近入气口位的机体内,当抽取含有细菌、病毒和霉菌的空气经入气口进入机体内时,可使移动空气容易穿过活性炭过滤网,并进入光三合一电子空气净化器的进气框格架器到达出气框格架器,使含有细菌、病毒、霉菌的空气必须接触极端紫外放射光线管,让极端紫外放射光线消灭空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌,再经过负离子机的净化,由出气口排出含有负离子的洁净、新鲜的空气,便可达到改善室内环境空气质素的目的。
三合一光电子空气净化器,包括有四方柱型结构形状的机体1,有长方形状结构的排风框架格器2于后机体3上端,在排风框架格器2下紧贴一个空气过滤架5;而在机体1的前端有外框格架器4,电离后的空气经排风框架格器2排出。
图2表示三合一光电子空气净化器的详细结构。机体1的前端上有进风框架格器4,进风框架格器4提供入空气口,进风框架格器4前端连结一件空气集聚架6。机体1的上端上有一控制板盖件7作固定功能电路设备8。机体1的前端上有保护罩9作固定可清洗过滤网架10和活性炭过滤网架11,该可清洗过滤网架10装设有隔尘海绵12,该活性炭过滤网架11装设有活性炭过滤网13;贴于进风框架格器4内表面的是抽风风鼓14及电动马达15;碳化纤维线16固定于排风框架格器2前表面中央上,在负极高压电下产生电离空气功能。该保护罩9左、右两端上方有独立活动开关17,方便使用者按下活动开关17便能取起保护罩9作清洗隔尘海绵12或更换活性炭过滤网13。

在实际工作中,三合一光电子空气净化器启动时,抽风风鼓14抽入含有细菌、病毒和霉菌的空气经保护罩9、隔尘海绵12、活性炭过滤网13移动进入机体1内的极端紫外放射光线管组件室32,该极端紫外放射光线管组件室32的空气积聚架34,使移动空气容易进入空气积聚架34到达排风框架格器2。极端紫外放射光线管28设在空气积聚架34的中央,即当含有细菌、病毒和霉菌的空气移动并进入空气积聚架34,再移动进入极端紫外放射光线管28和空气积聚架34间的进空气口时,极端紫外放射光线管28发射出极端紫外放射光线便可消灭空气中的细菌、病毒和霉菌;这时,已净化的空气被抽风风鼓14排往排风框架格器2的负极高压放电碳化纤维线16产生负离子,由排风框架格器2排出含有负离子的洁净、新鲜空气,便可改善室内环境空气之质素。
所述的空气积聚架34的前方有大遮挡板35,和后方遮挡板36,用来防止极端紫外放射光线向机体1外放射,保护使用者的双眼。
三合一光电子空气净化器的电路原理:输入电源经功能切换开关20到负离子电压产生电路,提供一负高压输出。输入电源亦另外经一个全波段整流电路后,提供电力经速度控制电路,供电给抽风风鼓14和经直流转交流电路,开动极端紫外放射光线管28全波整流电路;另一路经直流稳压电路,向负离子产生电路、极端紫外放射光线管28激活电路的自动循环控制电路供电,控制负离子产生器及极端紫外放射光线管28轮流工作。具体电路机构属于现有技术在此不再赘述。

1. 三合一光电子空气净化器,四方柱形状结构的机体内包括有:抽风风鼓、电动马达、控制电路板、开关、指示灯、极端紫外放射光线管、空气积聚架、电源输入线、负极高压放电碳化纤维线,其特征在于机体前端设有进气口,进气口内侧依次设有可清洗过滤网架和活性炭过滤网;后机体上端设有排气口,排气口内侧依次设置空气过滤架和负极高压放电碳化纤维线;机体中部设有空气集聚架,该空气集聚架内有至少三组极端紫外放射光线管;抽风风鼓及电动马达设置在后机体中部,机体前上部设置控制电路板。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述机体的前端上有保护罩作固定可清洗过滤网架和活性炭过滤网架,可清洗过滤网架装设有隔尘海绵,活性炭过滤网架装设有活性炭过滤网。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的三合一光电子空气净化器,其特征在于所述保护罩通过左、右两端上方的独立活动开关与机体扣合在一起,同时压紧固定可清洗过滤网架和活性炭过滤网架。
