本发明是一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，所述空气净化器包括九道处理设施，分别是金属丝隔离网或塑料隔离网，粗无纺布膜，细密无纺布膜，椰壳活性碳纤维膜，竹活性炭纤维膜，深频紫外光灯，纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网，HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层，ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，在空气净化器的进风口和出风口还设有传感器。本发明通过采用九道滤网及滤材净化处理，能处理空气中的灰尘、花粉，对病菌、化学污染物、PM2.5微粒等各种类型的空气污染物。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器，尤其涉及一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器。
背景技术
随着工业的发展，我国各类企业不断增加，在企业数量增多的同时，毋庸置疑工业生产过程中废气废渣排放量也随之增加，故而对空气造成了巨大的污染，我国的北方地区特别是京津冀地区尤其明显。
目前据相关数据统计，京津冀地区雾霾天气、重污染天气等不良天气状况已经占到了全年的60％以上，这已经严重影响到了人们的日常生活与身体健康。究其原因，根据检测情况得知影响空气质量的主要因素有以下几点：第一汽车尾气、工业燃油、燃煤排放气体是空气污染的主要问题；第二空气中的细菌、病毒、灰尘、花粉、霉菌孢子等是环境污染的长期问题；第三装修污染是每个家庭不可能避免的问题，目前装修所用材料含有甲醛过高，吸入甲醛蒸气会引起恶心、鼻炎、支气管炎和结膜炎等，室内空气中污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点，长期会影响居住者的身体健康；第四PM2.5含量远远超标是顽固问题，PM2.5含量低，但很顽固不好处理，目前衡量空气的一个重要指标PM2.5，PM2.5尘粒也称为可入肺颗粒物，指大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物，细颗粒物进入人体到肺泡后，直接影响肺的通气功能，使机体容易处在缺氧状态。
种种污染物集中在一起，造就了雾霾天的高频率长时间的发生，并且雾霾天气不再是北方的独有问题，随着空气的流动，雾霾流向全球，对世界环境及全人类健康问题造成了巨大危机。
针对这种现状，国内外研发了各种各样的空气净化器和净化材料，例如紫外线净化、光触媒净化、等离子体净化、过滤净化(HEPA)、静电集尘、吸附净化、负离子净化、臭氧净化、分子络合、HIMOP快速净化等方法，使用方法形形色色，产品种类多种多样，但质量良莠不齐，没有一种空气净化器能够完美处理以上问题。
目前一些空气净化产品有以下缺陷：采用水处理、液处理技术，如采用此技术应用时换水、换液不及时易滋生细菌、霉菌形成的二次污染，运行时水流噪音过大，形成噪音污染。
采用静电除尘技术，使用时静电除尘器时，阴阳极表面容易吸附大量尘埃会影响静电除尘净化效果，设计不当时也容易产生臭氧污染，其对有害气体污染也基本没有效果。
采用臭氧技术，因为臭氧控制不当容易浓度过高，超标的臭氧对人体健康的危害严重且对家庭、办公设备及建筑物有一定的腐蚀作用。负离子净化技术，负离子是一种带负电荷的空气离子，负氧离子可改善肺功能，短时间内给人一种相对清新的感觉，但其寿命很短，同时可能产生臭氧，形成二次污染，不能分解有机污染气体。
HEPA膜过滤技术，也是市场上应用最多的PM2.5专除技术，号称国际最先进的技术，但有以下致命缺陷：a、HEPA膜滤网孔径在0.3微米以上，PM2.5指的是直径0.25微米，所以对于PM2.5微粒基本没有处理能力；b、一般病毒都小于0.3微米所以HEPA膜只能将0.3微米的细菌隔绝，减低细菌量，而且滤网风阻大，膜也可以成为细菌滋生的温床；c、HEPA对有害化学气体没有任何处理能力。
因此，发明一种具有换气功能、完美处理PM2.5及甲醛等污染物的空气净化器尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，能够减少不良空气对人体身体的影响。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，包括空气净化器本体，空气净化器本体包括出风口、外壳、真空除尘管控制电机、进风口、进风口滤网，其特征在于，所述空气净化器本体包括控制面板、ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜、隔离板、多翼风机、离心真空泵、PM2.5处理膜除尘真空吸管、HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层、纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网板、深频紫外光灯、细无纺布除尘真空吸管、粗无纺布除尘真空吸管、筛网旋转驱动电机，所述空气净化器本体包括九道净化处理设施，第一道净化处理设施是孔径1mm以下金属丝隔离网或塑料隔离网，第二道净化处理设施是孔径0.3mm以下的粗无纺布膜，第三道净化处理设施是孔径为0.1～0.3mm细密无纺布膜，第四道净化处理设施是孔径0.1～0.3mm椰壳活性炭纤维膜，第五道净化处理设施是孔径0.1～0.3mm的竹活性炭纤维膜，第六道净化处理设施为深频紫外光灯，第七道净化处理设施为纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网，所述陶瓷筛板网表面涂有纳米金属氧化物材料Pt/TiO2，涂膜厚1～5um，筛板厚2～5cm，第八道净化处理设施为HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层，厚度1～5cm，第九道净化处理设施是ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，即为PM2.5处理膜。
进一步的，所述第七道净化处理设施陶瓷蜂窝筛板网的蜂窝孔径为1～5mm。
进一步的，所述第九道净化处理设施中的ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，复合膜的厚度5um-15um，透气量80-100L/m2，ePTFE膜表面布满原纤维状微孔且截面是一种网格结构。
进一步的，所述空气净化器本体包括粗无纺布过滤网桶、细无纺布过滤网桶、网桶隔板、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、多功能排放室。

本发明的有益效果是：本发明具有以下技术特点：净化装置包括九道净化处理设施，第一道净化处理设施防止飞虫及大的尘埃、毛发、水滴等杂物进入，第二道净化处理设施主要拦截比较大的可见尘埃。第三道净化处理设施主要拦截微小的可见尘埃，第四道净化处理设施主要拦截吸附微小的可见尘埃及病毒病菌、化学污染气体、异味。第五道净化处理设施竹活性炭纤维膜拦截吸附微小的可见尘埃及病毒病菌、化学污染气体、异味。第六道净化处理设施为深频紫外光灯，波长在254纳米时杀菌效率最高，可以杀灭各种微生物，包括细菌繁殖体、芽胞、分支杆菌、病毒、真菌、立克次体和支原体等。第七道净化处理设施在紫外线的作用下产生强烈催化降解作用，从而有效将细菌等释放出的毒素分解处理，同时还具备除臭、抗污、除甲醛等功能。第八道净化处理中HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层，该材料是由几十种稀有材料经过复杂工序烧制而成的绿豆大小的球形颗粒，其表面布满了蜂窝状的磁极孔径，能够迅速的捕捉由于装修污染、汽车尾气、燃煤等导致的室内空气污染物，如甲醛、苯、TVOC、氨气、二氧化硫等对人体有巨大危害的气体，并能迅速的破坏其分子结构，将其氧化为二氧化碳和水，从根本上高效分解有害气体，尤其是对于甲醛能够快速处理。第九道净化处理中ePTFE膜表面布满原纤维状微孔，孔径较小(平均孔径0.2mm孔隙率可达88％以上)，可有效阻隔有机化学气体、病菌和PM2.5尘埃。
本空气净化器采用HIMOP快速净化技术、Pt/TiO2催化技术、ePTFE聚四氟乙多微孔膜技术，三大技术复合使用，能够有效处理有机化学污染物、病菌及PM2.5尘埃。通过采用九道滤网及滤材净化处理技术，能全部处理掉空气中的灰尘、花粉，对病菌、化学污染物、PM2.5微粒处理率达到99.997％以上。本空气净化器采用真空吸附除尘技术，滤网吸附过滤尘埃的同时对附着在滤网表面的尘埃及时真空吸掉清除，保证了滤网滤材的有效性，保证了滤材的使用效果延长了滤材的使用寿命，同时把高浓度的尘埃空气及时排出室外，保证了室内空气清新。
由于空气净化器的真空吸管均在膜的进风向的一侧，故而能保证进向进风，逆向吸风除尘，工作时进风口处网桶匀速旋转，对滤桶周边膜均匀真空吸尘处理，出风口PM2.5处理膜处真空吸风管在膜的下部，工作时，电机均匀圆周旋转，对膜内的尘埃及时真空吸除，各个真空管吸附的滤膜表面尘埃微粒通过离心真空泵真空吸入排出，构成了吸尘、排尘、换气工作。
微电脑控制，可一键除尘，可边净化边排污，可控温控湿加香，出风口和进风口均有探测传感器，监控室内的温湿度和PM2.5指数，并可调整风速，根据室内空气状况调整控制室内温湿度和PM2.5参数。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，包括空气净化器本体，空气净化器本体净化器控制面板1、出风口2、PM2.5处理膜除尘真空吸管9、真空除尘管控制电机3、ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜4、隔离板5、多翼风机6、离心真空泵7、外壳8、HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层10、纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网板11、深频紫外光灯12、细无纺布除尘真空吸管13、粗无纺布除尘真空吸管14、进风口滤网15、筛网旋转驱动电机16。
空气净化器还包括粗无纺布过滤网桶18、细无纺布过滤网桶19、网桶隔板20、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶21、PM2.5处理膜除尘真空吸管9、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶22、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管24、多功能排放室25。
空气处理流程：如图4所示，外界空气依次通过进风口滤网、粗无纺布过滤网桶、细无纺布过滤网桶过滤可见的污染物与尘埃，之后再依次通过椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶竹和活性碳纤维膜网桶，通过活性炭的吸附进行净化处理。然后通过深频紫外光灯杀灭各种微生物，包括细菌繁殖体、芽胞、分支杆菌、病毒、真菌、立克次体和支原体，纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网板在紫外线的作用下产生强烈催化降解作用，从而有效将细菌等释放出的毒素分解处理，同时还具备除臭、抗污、除甲醛。最后通过ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，该膜表面布满原纤维状微孔，孔径较小(平均孔径0.2mm孔隙率可达88％以上)，可有效阻隔有机化学气体、病菌和PM2.5尘埃。本发明还采用微电脑进行调控，在净化设施净化过程结束后，通过温度湿度与气味的相关调控，结束工序排出净化气体。
真空气体流程：如图5所示，空气净化器包括PM2.5处理膜除尘真空吸管、粗无纺布除尘真空吸管、细无纺布除尘真空吸管、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管和椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管，令气体通过吸管装置，并使用离心真空泵进行离心处理，可排除高浓度气体。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，包括空气净化器本体，空气净化器本体包括出风口、外壳、真空除尘管控制电机、进风口、进风口滤网，其特征在于，
所述空气净化器本体包括控制面板、ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜、隔离板、多翼风机、离心真空泵、PM2.5处理膜除尘真空吸管、HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层、纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网板、深频紫外光灯、细无纺布除尘真空吸管、粗无纺布除尘真空吸管、筛网旋转驱动电机；
所述空气净化器本体包括九道净化处理设施；
第一道净化处理设施是孔径1mm以下金属丝隔离网或塑料隔离网；
第二道净化处理设施是孔径0.3mm以下的粗无纺布膜；
第三道净化处理设施是孔径为0.1～0.3mm细密无纺布膜；
第四道净化处理设施是孔径0.1～0.3mm椰壳活性炭纤维膜；
第五道净化处理设施是孔径0.1～0.3mm的竹活性炭纤维膜；
第六道净化处理设施为深频紫外光灯；
第七道净化处理设施为纳米Pt/TiO2陶瓷蜂窝筛板网，所述陶瓷筛板网表面涂有纳米金属氧化物材料Pt/TiO2，涂膜厚1～5um，筛板厚2～5cm；
第八道净化处理设施为HIMOP快速净化陶瓷颗粒夹层，厚度1～5cm；
第九道净化处理设施是ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，即PM2.5处理膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述第七道净化处理设施陶瓷蜂窝筛板网的蜂窝孔径为1～5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述第九道净化处理设施中的ePTFE聚四氟乙烯无纺布多微孔复合膜，复合膜的厚度5um-15um，透气量80-100L/m2，ePTFE膜表面布满原纤维状微孔且截面是一种网格结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述空气净化器本体包括粗无纺布过滤网桶、细无纺布过滤网桶、网桶隔板、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶、竹活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、多功能排放室。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述竹活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、椰壳活性炭纤维膜网桶真空吸管、真空吸管均在膜的进风向的一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述出风口PM2.5处理膜处真空吸管在PM2.5处理膜的下部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换气功能完全处理甲醛及PM2.5的空气净化器，其特征在于，所述出风口和进风口均设有探测传感器。
