Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,它是以绵萆薢、生地黄、土茯苓、生薏苡仁、大青叶、盐车前子、茵陈、盐泽泻、酒当归、黄芩、炒栀子和龙胆草为原料制成的。本发明具有清热解毒、养阴生津、健脾渗湿、凉血消斑的功效,治疗和预防银屑病,具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,是一种治疗银屑病以中草药为原料的中成药。属于中药领域。
背景技术
银屑病俗称牛皮癣,是一种常见的具有银白色鳞屑的、慢性、复发性、炎性皮肤病。中医又称为“松皮癣”或“白庀”。临床表现为红色丘疹或斑块上覆多层银白色鳞屑,并且除红斑、丘疹和鳞屑外,尚可有水疱、脓疱等皮损,以四肢伸面、头皮和背部较多。本病大多有明显的季节性,常在冬季发病或加剧,夏季自行痊愈或减轻,部分患者也可相反,但久病之后皮损仍不消退则季节性不明显。根据银屑病的临床特征,一般分为寻常型、脓疱型、关节病型及红皮病型四种类型。
祖国医学认为本病由外邪内侵,七情内伤,脾胃失和等因素导致内外合邪、热壅血络所致。此外,少数患者因调治不当,兼感毒邪,热毒流窜,入于营血,造成气血两燔,耗伤阴血之证。病久则经络阻隔,气血凝滞,故皮损厚硬。总之中医对本病的发病从内因、外因两方面考虑。外因为风、寒、湿、热、燥毒之邪,侵袭肌肤;内因则有禀赋血热、饮食不节、情感内伤等。现代医学对本病的病因病机尚未完全明了,各家说法不一。目前较为统一的认识是认为本病是有遗传、感染、代谢障碍、内分泌影响,免疫、神经精神等多种因素,通过多种途径引起的表皮细胞过度增生,角化不全及炎症反应。
中医对银屑病的辨证治疗常分为风热血燥、血虚风燥、湿热蕴结、火毒炽盛、气滞血瘀、风湿寒痹等症型进行治疗。西医治疗本病的方法很多,但大多数只能达到近期临床效果,而不能制止复发,且存在不同程度的毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明是在传统的中医辨证治疗的基础上结合现代最新科研成果研制而成的。本发明的目的是提供一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,且具有疗效确切、安全方便、副作用小、价格低廉的特点。
本发明是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:
绵萆薢 2.5~10份 生薏苡仁 5~20份 茵陈 1.5~6份
生地黄 2.5~10份 盐车前子 1~4份 黄芩 1.5~6份
土茯苓 2.5~10份 盐泽泻 1.5~6份 炒栀子 1.5~6份
大青叶 1.5~6份 酒当归 1.5~6份 龙胆草 1~4份
本发明的优选配方各原料的重量配比是:
绵萆薢 3~7份 生薏苡仁 8~12份 茵陈 2~4份
生地黄 3~7份 盐车前子 1.5~2.5份 黄芩 2~4份
土茯苓 3~7份 盐泽泻 2~4份 炒栀子 2~4份
大青叶 2~4份 酒当归 2~4份 龙胆草 1.5~2.5份

本发明中的药物机理如下:
绵萆薢性味苦,平。归肾、胃经。具有利湿去浊,祛风通痹的功效。可治疗淋病白浊,白带过多,湿热疮毒,腰膝痹痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第271页化学工业出版社)。
生地黄性味甘、寒。归心、肝、肾经。具有清热凉血,养阴,生津的功效。可治疗热病舌绛烦渴、阴虚内热、骨蒸劳热、内热消渴、吐血、衄血、发斑发疹等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第514页)。
土茯苓性味甘、淡、平。归肝、胃经。具有清热解毒,祛风湿,强筋骨,利关节,抗癌的功效。可治疗湿热疮毒,湿疹,风湿骨痛,肢体拘挛,杨梅恶疮,泌尿系统感染,梅毒,淋浊,淋症白带,消化不良,腹泻,脚气,疔疮,痈肿,瘰疬等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第87页)。
生薏苡仁性味甘、淡、凉。归脾、胃、肺经。具有健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排脓的功效。可治疗水肿,脚气,小便不利,湿痹拘挛,脾虚泄泻,肺痈,肠痈;扁平疣等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第309页化学工业出版社)。
大青叶性味苦、寒.归肝、心、胃经。具有清热解毒,凉血消斑的功效。可治疗温病热盛烦渴,发斑发疹,高热神昏,流行性感冒,急性传染性肝炎,菌痢,急性胃肠炎,急性肺炎,丹毒,吐血衄血,黄疸,咽喉肿痛,喉痹,痄腮,口疮,痈疽肿毒,流行性腮腺炎,流行性脑脊髓膜炎,流行性乙型脑炎,上呼吸道感染,钩虫,皮炎,无名热,钩端螺旋体,解铅毒等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第129页)。
盐车前子性味甘、微寒。归肝、肾、肺、小肠、膀胱经。具有清热利尿,渗湿止泻,清肝明目,清肺化痰的功效。可治疗肺热咳嗽,泌尿系感染,结石,胃炎水肿,小便不利,肠炎,细菌性痢疾,急性黄疸性肝炎,支气管炎,急性眼结膜炎,淋浊,带下,尿血,水肿,热痢,泄泻,鼻衄,目赤肿痛,喉痹乳蛾,咳嗽,皮肤溃疡等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第291页)。
茵陈性味苦、辛,微寒。归脾、胃、肝、胆经。具有清湿热,退黄疸的功效。可治疗黄疸尿少,湿疮瘙痒;传染性黄疸型肝炎等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第192页化学工业出版社)。
盐泽泻性味甘、寒。归肾、膀胱经。具有利小便,清湿热的功效。可治疗小便不利,水肿胀满,泄泻尿少,痰饮眩晕,热淋涩痛;高血脂等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第184页化学工业出版社)。
酒当归性味甘、辛、温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便的功效。可用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭通经,虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,痈疽疮疡等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第553页)。
黄芩性味苦、寒。归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经。具有清热燥湿,泻火解毒,止血,安胎的功效。可治疗湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶,湿热痞满,泻痢,黄疸,肺热咳嗽,高热烦渴,血热吐衄,痈肿疮毒,胎动不安等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第248页化学工业出版社)。
炒栀子性味苦、寒。归心、肺、三焦经。具有泻火除烦,清热利尿,凉血解毒的功效。可治疗热病心烦,黄疸尿赤,血淋涩痛,血热吐衄,目赤肿痛,火毒疮疡;外治扭挫伤痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第202页化学工业出版社)。
龙胆草性味苦、寒。归肝、胆经。具有泻肝胆火,清下焦湿,镇惊明目,抗疟原虫,健胃,保肝的功效。可治疗肝经热盛、惊痫狂躁、乙型脑炎、头痛、目赤、咽痛、黄疸、热痢、痛肿疮疡、阴囊肿痛、阴部湿痒、高血压头晕耳鸣、胸胁痛、急性传染性肝炎、膀胱炎、疮疡肿痛等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第413页)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则,用绵萆薢、生地黄、土茯苓和生薏苡仁为君药,用大青叶、茵陈、盐泽泻、酒当归、黄芩和炒栀子为臣药,用盐车前子和龙胆草为佐使药。诸药相和共具清热解毒、养阴生津、健脾渗湿、凉血消斑的功效,治疗银屑病,具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。
本发明的中药制剂,在制备成药剂时可加入药物可接受的载体,所述药物可接受的载体可以是:淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖、甘露糖醇、硅衍生物、纤维素类及其衍生物、藻酸盐、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油、土温80、琼脂、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、环糊精、β-环糊精、磷脂类材料、高岭土、滑石粉、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁等。
本发明的中药制剂可以是任何可药用的剂型,这些剂型包括:片剂、糖衣片剂、薄膜衣片剂、肠溶衣片剂、胶囊剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、注射剂、栓剂、软膏剂、硬膏剂、霜剂、喷雾剂、滴剂、贴剂。本发明的制剂,优选的中药制剂是口服剂型,如:片剂、胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、滴剂、滴丸剂。更优选的中药制剂是胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明,有如下优点:
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药品管理法之规定,利用各味中药的综合作用治疗和预防银屑病,对人体无毒无害。经动物急性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应,其主要脏器也无明显的改变,药物安全可靠。
2、本发明无须煎煮,无苦涩感,药中富含蛋白质,葡萄糖,葡萄糖醛酸,挥发油,果胶,果糖,有机酸,卵磷脂,维生素,氨基酸,还含皂甙,植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素,利于人体吸收,增强体质,且服用方便。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗银屑病,对银屑病的预防也有很好的作用,大大提高了患者的生存质量,有较高的治愈康复效果。
下面通过临床应用例进一步说明本发明药物对治疗银屑病的治疗效果。
银屑病疗效判定标准(《中药新药临床研究指导原则》郑筱萸主编中国医药科技出版社2002年5月第一版第302页)。
1、临床痊愈中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失;征候积分减少≥95%。
2、显效中医临床症状、体征明显改善,95%>征候积分减少≥70%。
3、有效中医临床症状、体征均有好转,70%>征候积分减少≥50%。
4、无效中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善,甚或加重,征候积分减少不足50%。
经临床试验结果如下;治疗银屑病患者75例,男性45例,女性30例,年龄为18~65岁。服用实施例1胶囊剂,每次2-10粒,每日三至四次,温开水送下,饭前半小时服用。两个月为一个疗程,连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈55例占73.3%,显效7例占9.3%,有效8例占10.7%,无效5例占6.6%,总有效率达93.3%。经三个疗程治疗后,患者红斑、丘疹和鳞屑等症状等均有明显改善。且病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例1 胶囊剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢 5份 生薏苡仁 10份 茵陈 3份
生地黄 5份 盐车前子 2份 黄芩 3份
土茯苓 5份 盐泽泻 3份 炒栀子 3份
大青叶 3份 酒当归 3份 龙胆草 2份
制备方法是取绵萆薢、生地黄、土茯苓、生薏苡仁、大青叶、盐车前子、茵陈、盐泽泻、酒当归、黄芩、炒栀子和龙胆草等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,装入胶囊。每粒装0.3克,通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10粒,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例2 片剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢 5份 生薏苡仁 10份 茵陈 3份
生地黄 5份 盐车前子 2份 黄芩 3份
土茯苓 5份 盐泽泻 3份 炒栀子 3份
大青叶 3份 酒当归 3份 龙胆草 2份
制备方法是取绵萆薢、生地黄、土茯苓、生薏苡仁、大青叶、盐车前子、茵陈、盐泽泻、酒当归、黄芩、炒栀子和龙胆草等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量淀粉、乙醇制粒,干燥后,加入适量硬脂酸镁,压片,包糖衣即得。通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10片,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例3 颗粒剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢 5份 生薏苡仁 10份 茵陈 3份
生地黄 5份 盐车前子 2份 黄芩 3份
土茯苓 5份 盐泽泻 3份 炒栀子 3份
大青叶 3份 酒当归 3份 龙胆草 2份
制备方法是取绵萆薢、生地黄、土茯苓、生薏苡仁、大青叶、盐车前子、茵陈、盐泽泻、酒当归、黄芩、炒栀子和龙胆草等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量蔗糖和可溶性淀粉,乙醇制粒,干燥后装袋即得。通常饭前半小时温开水冲服,一次1~3袋,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。

1. 一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的:
绵萆薢2.5~10份 生薏苡仁5~20份 茵陈1.5~6份
生地黄2.5~10份 盐车前子1~4份 黄芩1.5~6份
土茯苓2.5~10份 盐泽泻1.5~6份 炒栀子1.5~6份
大青叶1.5~6份 酒当归1.5~6份 龙胆草1~4份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,其中各原料药的重量配比是:
绵萆薢3~7份 生薏苡仁8~12份 茵陈2~4份
生地黄3~7份 盐车前子1.5~2.5份 黄芩2~4份
土茯苓3~7份 盐泽泻2~4份 炒栀子2~4份
大青叶2~4份 酒当归2~4份 龙胆草1.5~2.5份。
