Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,它是以水牛角、生地黄、土茯苓、酒丹参、玄参、麦冬、盐知母、牡丹皮、醋三棱、醋莪术、茜草、苦参、白鲜皮和赤勺为原料制成的。本发明具有清热解毒、养阴生津、活血化瘀、润肤消斑的功效,治疗和预防银屑病,疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,是一种治疗银屑病以中草药为原料的中成药。属于中药领域。
背景技术
银屑病俗称牛皮癣,是一种常见的具有银白色鳞屑的、慢性、复发性、炎性皮肤病。中医又称为“松皮癣”或“白庀”。临床表现为红色丘疹或斑块上覆多层银白色鳞屑,并且除红斑、丘疹和鳞屑外,尚可有水疱、脓疱等皮损,以四肢伸面、头皮和背部较多。本病大多有明显的季节性,常在冬季发病或加剧,夏季自行痊愈或减轻,部分患者也可相反,但久病之后皮损仍不消退则季节性不明显。根据银屑病的临床特征,一般分为寻常型、脓疱型、关节病型及红皮病型四种类型。
祖国医学认为本病由外邪内侵,七情内伤,脾胃失和等因素导致内外合邪、热壅血络所致。此外,少数患者因调治不当,兼感毒邪,热毒流窜,入于营血,造成气血两燔,耗伤阴血之证。病久则经络阻隔,气血凝滞,故皮损厚硬。总之中医对本病的发病从内因、外因两方面考虑。外因为风、寒、湿、热、燥毒之邪,侵袭肌肤;内因则有禀赋血热、饮食不节、情感内伤等。现代医学对本病的病因病机尚未完全明了,各家说法不一。目前较为统一的认识是认为本病是有遗传、感染、代谢障碍、内分泌影响,免疫、神经精神等多种因素,通过多种途径引起的表皮细胞过度增生,角化不全及炎症反应。
中医对银屑病的辨证治疗常分为风热血燥、血虚风燥、湿热蕴结、火毒炽盛、气滞血瘀、风湿寒痹等症型进行治疗。西医治疗本病的方法很多,但大多数只能达到近期临床效果,而不能制止复发,且存在不同程度的毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明是在传统的中医辨证治疗的基础上结合现代最新科研成果研制而成的。本发明的目的是提供一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,且具有疗效确切、安全方便、副作用小、价格低廉的特点。
本发明是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:
水牛角 2.5~10份 生地黄 2.5~10份 玄参 1.5~6份
酒丹参 2.5~10份 土茯苓 2.5~10份 麦冬 1.5~6份
盐知母 1.5~6份 牡丹皮 1.5~6份 茜草 1~4份
醋莪术 1~4份 醋三棱 1~4份 苦参 1.5~6份
白鲜皮 1.5~6份 赤勺 1.5~6份
本发明的优选配方各原料的重量配比是:

本发明中的药物机理如下:
水牛角性味苦、寒。归心、肝经。具有清热解毒,凉血,定惊的功效。可治疗温病高热,神昏谵语,发斑发疹,吐血衄血,惊风,癫狂等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第62页化学工业出版社)。
生地黄性味甘、寒。归心、肝、肾经。具有清热凉血,养阴,生津的功效。可治疗热病舌绛烦渴、阴虚内热、骨蒸劳热、内热消渴、吐血、衄血、发斑发疹等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第514页)。
土茯苓性味甘、淡、平。归肝、胃经。具有清热解毒,祛风湿,强筋骨,利关节,抗癌的功效。可治疗湿热疮毒,湿疹,风湿骨痛,肢体拘挛,杨梅恶疮,泌尿系统感染,梅毒,淋浊,淋症白带,消化不良,腹泻,脚气,疗疮,痈肿,瘰疬等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第87页)。
酒丹参性味苦,微寒。归心、肝经。具有祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦的功效。可治疗月经不调,经闭痛经,癥瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡肿痛,心烦不眠;肝脾肿大,心绞痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第57页化学工业出版社)。
玄参性味甘、苦、咸,微寒。归肺、胃、肾经。具有凉血滋阴,泻火解毒的功效。可治疗热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,温毒发斑,津伤遍秘,骨蒸劳嗽,目赤,咽痛,瘰疬,白喉,痈肿疮毒等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第88页化学工业出版社)。
麦冬性味甘,微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。具有养阴生津,润肺清心的功效。可治疗肺燥干咳。虚痨咳嗽,津伤口渴,心烦失眠,内热消渴,肠燥便秘;咽白喉等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第122页化学工业出版社)。
盐知母性味苦、甘、寒。归肺、胃、肾经。具有清热泻火,生津润燥的功效。可治疗外感热病、高热烦渴、结核病发热、肺热咳嗽、骨蒸潮热、内热消渴、肠燥便秘,小便不利、糖尿病等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第817页)。
牡丹皮性味苦、辛,微寒。归心、肝、肾经。具有清热凉血,活血化瘀的功效。可治疗温毒发斑,吐血衄血,夜热早凉,无汗骨蒸,经闭痛经,痈肿疮毒,跌扑伤痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第137页化学工业出版社)。
醋三棱性味辛、苦、平。归肝、脾经。具有破血,行气,消积止痛的功效。可治疗症瘕积聚、气血凝滞,心腹疼痛,食积胀痛,胁下胀疼,经闭,痛经,产后淤血腹痛,跌打损伤,疮肿坚硬,肝脾肿大等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第69页)。
醋莪术性味苦、辛、温。归肝、脾经。具有行气破瘀,消积止痛,化聚消症,抗早孕,抗肿瘤的功效。可治疗心腹胀痛、症瘕积聚、宿食不消、肝脾肿大、血瘀腹痛、血滞经闭、宫颈糜烂、跌打损伤作痛等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第995页)。
茜草性味苦、寒。归肝经。具有凉血,止血,祛瘀,通经的功效。可治疗吐血,衄血,崩漏,外伤出血,经闭瘀阻,关节痹痛,跌扑肿痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第188页化学工业出版社)。
苦参性味苦、寒。归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿的功效。可治疗热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第161页化学工业出版社)。
白鲜皮性味苦、寒。归脾、胃、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿,祛风解毒的功效。可治疗湿热疮毒,黄水淋漓,湿疹,风疹,疥癣疮癞,风湿热痹,黄疸尿赤等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第83页化学工业出版社)。
赤芍性味辛、苦、味寒。归肝经。具有清热凉血,散瘀止痛的功效。可治疗温毒发斑,吐血衄血,目赤肿痛,肝郁胁痛,经闭痛经,症瘕腹痛,跌打损伤,痈肿疮疡等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第659页)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则,用水牛角、生地黄和土茯苓为君药,.用酒丹参、玄参、麦冬、盐知母、牡丹皮、苦参、白鲜皮和赤勺为臣药,用醋三棱、醋莪术和茜草根为佐使药。诸药相和共具清热解毒、养阴生津、活血化瘀、润肤消斑的功效,治疗银屑病,具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。
本发明的中药制剂,在制备成药剂时可加入药物可接受的载体,所述药物可接受的载体可以是:淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖、甘露糖醇、硅衍生物、纤维素类及其衍生物、藻酸盐、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油、土温80、琼脂、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、环糊精、β-环糊精、磷脂类材料、高岭土、滑石粉、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁等。
本发明的中药制剂可以是任何可药用的剂型,这些剂型包括:片剂、糖衣片剂、薄膜衣片剂、肠溶衣片剂、胶囊剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、注射剂、栓剂、软膏剂、硬膏剂、霜剂、喷雾剂、滴剂、贴剂。本发明的制剂,优选的中药制剂是口服剂型,如:片剂、胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、滴剂、滴丸剂。更优选的中药制剂是胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明,有如下优点:
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药品管理法之规定,利用各味中药的综合作用治疗和预防银屑病,对人体无毒无害。经动物急性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应,其主要脏器也无明显的改变,药物安全可靠。
2、本发明无须煎煮,无苦涩感,药中富含蛋白质,葡萄糖,葡萄糖醛酸,挥发油,果胶,果糖,有机酸,卵磷脂,维生素,氨基酸,还含皂甙,植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素,利于人体吸收,增强体质,且服用方便。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗银屑病,对银屑病的预防也有很好的作用,大大提高了患者的生存质量,有较高的治愈康复效果。
下面通过临床应用例进一步说明本发明药物对治疗银屑病的治疗效果。
银屑病疗效判定标准(《中药新药临床研究指导原则》郑筱萸主编中国医药科技出版社2002年5月第一版第302页)。
1、临床痊愈中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失;征候积分减少≥95%。
2、显效中医临床症状、体征明显改善,95%>征候积分减少≥70%。
3、有效中医临床症状、体征均有好转,70%>征候积分减少≥50%。
4、无效中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善,甚或加重,征候积分减少不足50%。
经临床试验结果如下;治疗银屑病患者78例,男性46例,女性32例,年龄为18~65岁。服用实施例1胶囊剂,每次2-10粒,每日三至四次,温开水送下,饭前半小时服用。两个月为一个疗程,连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈51例占65.38%,显效12例占15.38%,有效9例占11.53%,无效6例占7.69%,总有效率达92.31%。经三个疗程治疗后,患者红斑、丘疹和鳞屑等症状等均有明显改善或痊愈。且病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例1 胶囊剂 按下述重量称取原料:
水牛角 5份 生地黄 5份 玄参 3份
酒丹参 5份 土茯苓 5份 麦冬 3份
盐知母 3份 牡丹皮 3份 茜草 2份
醋莪术 2份 醋三棱 2份 苦参 3份
白鲜皮 3份 赤勺 3份
制备方法是取水牛角、生地黄、土茯苓、酒丹参、玄参、麦冬、盐知母、牡丹皮、醋三棱、醋莪术、茜草、苦参、白鲜皮和赤勺等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,装入胶囊。每粒装0.3克,通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10粒,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例2 片剂 按下述重量称取原料:
水牛角 5份 生地黄 5份 玄参 3份
酒丹参 5份 土茯苓 5份 麦冬 3份
盐知母 3份 牡丹皮 3份 茜草 2份
醋莪术 2份 醋三棱 2份 苦参 3份
白鲜皮 3份 赤勺 3份
制备方法是取水牛角、生地黄、土茯苓、酒丹参、玄参、麦冬、盐知母、牡丹皮、醋三棱、醋莪术、茜草、苦参、白鲜皮和赤勺等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量淀粉、乙醇制粒,干燥后,加入适量硬脂酸镁,压片,包糖衣即得。通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10片,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例3 颗粒剂 按下述重量称取原料:
水牛角 5份 生地黄 5份 玄参 3份
酒丹参 5份 土茯苓 5份 麦冬 3份
盐知母 3份 牡丹皮 3份 茜草 2份
醋莪术 2份 醋三棱 2份 苦参 3份
白鲜皮 3份 赤勺 3份
制备方法是取水牛角、生地黄、土茯苓、酒丹参、玄参、麦冬、盐知母、牡丹皮、醋三棱、醋莪术、茜草、苦参、白鲜皮和赤勺等原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量蔗糖和可溶性淀粉,乙醇制粒,干燥后装袋即得。通常饭前半小时温开水冲服,一次1~3袋,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。

1. 一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的:
水牛角2.5~10份 生地黄2.5~10份 玄参1.5~6份
酒丹参2.5~10份 土茯苓2.5~10份 麦冬1.5~6份
盐知母1.5~6份 牡丹皮1.5~6份 茜草1~4份
醋莪术1~4份 醋三棱1~4份 苦参1.5~6份
白鲜皮1.5~6份 赤芍1.5~6份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗银屑病的中药制剂,其中各原料药的重量配比是:
