Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗前列腺增生的中药制剂,它是以绵萆薢、萹蓄、瞿麦、生滑石、冬葵子、金钱草、白花蛇舌草、姜厚朴、小蓟、石韦、夏枯草和生大黄为原料制成的。本发明具有清热解毒、利水渗湿、行气破瘀、活血止痛的功效,治疗前列腺增生,具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗前列腺增生的中药制剂,是一种治疗前列腺增生以中草药为原料的中成药。属于中药领域。
背景技术
前列腺增生症,又称良性前列腺增生,也称前列腺肥大,是一种因前列腺明显增大而影响老年男性健康的常见病。是引起老年人尿潴留,泌尿系统感染和尿毒症常见的原因。前列腺增生症以进行性尿频、排尿困难为临床特点,早期症状隐晦,随着下尿路梗阻加重,症状逐渐明显。据报道,国内发病率占40岁以上男性的35%,实际上可能更高。国外前列腺增生症的发病率明显高于国内,50~60岁老年男性大约有509%的人发生病理性前列腺增生,而在80岁以上的老年男性,其发病率可高达80%~90%。前列腺增生症属于中医学的“癃闭”、“精癃”的范畴。中医认为正常人小便通畅,有赖于三焦气化的正常,而三焦气化主要依赖肺脾肾三脏来维持。所以本病除与肾有密切关系外,还常常和肺、脾、三焦有关。临床常分为湿热下注、中气不足、肾阳虚衰、肾阴亏损、尿路瘀阻、肺热壅盛、肝郁气滞等型辨证治疗。目前,西医治疗前列腺增生症,主要采用手术治疗。副作用大,容易复发,给患者带来巨大痛苦。
发明内容
本发明是在传统的中医辨证治疗的基础上结合现代最新科研成果研制而成的。本发明的目的是提供一种治疗前列腺增生的中药制剂,具有疗效确切、安全方便、无毒副作用、价格低廉的特点。
本发明是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:
绵萆薢2.5~10份 生滑石1.5~6份 萹蓄2.5~10份
冬葵子1.5~6份 白花蛇舌草2.5~10份 瞿麦2.5~10份
金钱草1.5~6份 夏枯草1.5~6份 小蓟1.5~6份
姜厚朴0.1~2份 生大黄0.1~2份 石韦1.5~6份
本发明的优选配方各原料的重量配比是:
绵萆薢3~7份 生滑石2~4份 萹蓄3~7份
冬葵子2~4份 白花蛇舌草3~7份 瞿麦3~7份
金钱草2~4份 夏枯草2~4份 小蓟2~4份

本发明中的药物机理如下:
绵萆薢 性味苦,平。归肾、胃经。具有利湿去浊,祛风通痹的功效。可治疗淋病白浊,白带过多,湿热疮毒,腰膝痹痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第271页化学工业出版社)。
萹蓄 性味苦,微寒。归膀胱经。具有利尿通淋,杀虫,止痒的功效。可治疗膀胱热淋,小便短赤,淋沥涩痛,皮肤湿疹,阴痒带下等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第275页化学工业出版社)。
瞿麦 性味苦、寒。归心、小肠经。具有利尿通淋、破血通经的功效。可治疗热淋,血淋,石淋,小便不通,淋沥涩痛,月经闭止等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第316页化学工业出版社)。
生滑石性味甘、淡、寒。归胃、膀胱经。具有清热利水、通淋止渴、解暑渗湿、导六腑湿热的功效。可治疗暑热烦渴、小便不利、水泻、热痢、淋病、黄疸、水肿、衄血、脚气、皮肤湿烂、痱子等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第1196页)。
冬葵子 性味甘,寒。归大小肠、膀胱经。具有利水,滑肠,下乳的功效。可治疗二便不通,淋病,水肿,妇女乳汁不行,乳房肿痛等。(《中药大辞典》766页)。
金钱草 性味甘、咸、微寒。归肝、胆、肾膀胱经。具有清热利湿、通淋、消肿的功效。可治疗热淋、沙淋,尿涩作痛、黄胆尿赤、痈肿疔疮,毒蛇咬伤;肝胆结石,尿路结石等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第177页化学工业出版社)。
白花蛇舌草 性味苦、甘、寒。归心、肝、胃三经。具有清热解毒,利尿消肿,活血止痛,抗菌消炎,抗癌的功效。可治疗肺热咳嗽、扁桃体炎、咽喉炎、痈肿疔疮、跌打损伤、泌尿系统感染、支气管炎、毒蛇咬伤等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第476页)。
姜厚朴 性味辛、苦、温、芳香。归脾、胃、肺、大肠经。具有理气镇痛、温中燥湿、祛痰平喘的功效。可治疗胸腹痞满胀痛、湿滞伤中、食积气滞、腹胀便秘、痰饮喘咳、寒湿泻痢、呕吐、消化不良、肠梗阻、疖肿等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第910页)。
小蓟 性味甘、苦,凉。归心、肝经。具有凉血止血,祛瘀消肿的功效。可治疗衄血,吐血,尿血,便血,崩漏下血,外伤出血,痈肿疮毒等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第36页化学工业出版社)。
石韦 性味甘、苦、微寒。归肺、膀胱经。具有利尿通淋,清热止血的功效。用于热淋、血淋、石淋、小便不通,淋沥涩痛,吐血,衄血,尿血,崩漏,肺热喘咳等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第68页化学工业出版社)。
夏枯草 性味苦、辛、寒。归肝、胆经。具有清肝火,明目,散结,消肿的功效。可治疗瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳痈、目赤肿痛、羞明流泪、头痛眩晕、甲状腺肿大、淋巴结结核、乳腺增生症、高血压、肺结核、急性黄疸型传染性肝炎、血崩、带下、筋骨疼痛等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第1001页)。
生大黄 性味苦、寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。具有泻热通肠,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经的功效。可治疗实热便秘,积滞腹痛,泻痢不爽,湿热黄疸,血热吐衄,目赤,咽肿,肠痈腹痛,痈肿疗疮,瘀血经闭,跌打损伤,外治水火烫伤,上消化道出血等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第19页化学工业出版社)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则,用绵萆薢、萹蓄、瞿麦和白花蛇舌草为君药;用生滑石、冬葵子、金钱草、小蓟、石韦和夏枯草为臣药;用姜厚朴和生大黄为佐使药。诸药相和共具有清热解毒、利水渗湿、行气破瘀、活血止痛的功效,治疗前列腺增生,疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉。
本发明的中药制剂,在制备成药剂时可加入药物可接受的载体,所述药物可接受的载体可以是:淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖、甘露糖醇、硅衍生物、纤维素类及其衍生物、藻酸盐、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油、土温80、琼脂、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、环糊精、β-环糊精、磷脂类材料、高岭土、滑石粉、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁等。
本发明的中药制剂可以是任何可药用的剂型,这些剂型包括:片剂、糖衣片剂、薄膜衣片剂、肠溶衣片剂、胶囊剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、口服液、口含片颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、注射剂、栓剂、软膏剂、硬膏剂、霜剂、喷雾剂、滴剂、贴剂。本发明的制剂,优选的是口服剂型,如:片剂、胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、滴剂、滴丸剂。更优选的中药制剂是胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明,有如下优点:
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药品管理法之规定,利用各味中药的综合作用治疗和预防前列腺增生,对人体无毒无害。经动物急性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应,其主要脏器也无明显的改变,药物安全可靠。
2、本发明无须煎煮,无苦涩感,药中富含蛋白质,葡萄糖,葡萄糖醛酸,挥发油,果胶,果糖,有机酸,卵磷脂,维生素,氨基酸,还含皂甙,植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素,利于人体吸收,增强体质,且服用方便。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗前列腺增生,对前列腺增生的预防也有很好的作用,大大提高了患者的生存质量,有较高的治愈康复效果。
前列腺增生(癃闭)疗效判定标准:(戴慎等主编《中医病证诊疗标准与方剂选用》人民卫生出版社2001年版第222页)。
1、治愈:小便通畅,症状及体征消失。
2、好转:症状及体征改善。
3、未愈:症状无变化。
下面通过临床应用例进一步说明本发明药物对治疗前列腺增生的治疗效果。
经临床试验结果如下;治疗前列腺增生患者51例,年龄为50~72岁。服用实施例1胶囊剂,每次2-10粒,每日三至四次,温开水送下,饭前半小时服用。两个月为一个疗程,连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。治愈25例占56.8%,好转14例占31.8%,无效5例占11.3%,总有效率达88%以上。经三个疗程治疗后,患者前列腺明显缩小,小便通畅或达到治愈标准。且病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例1胶囊剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢5份 生滑石3份 萹蓄5份
冬葵子3份 白花蛇舌草5份 瞿麦5份
金钱草3份 夏枯草3份 小蓟3份
姜厚朴1份 生大黄1份 石韦3份
制备方法是取上述原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,装入胶囊。每粒装0.3克,通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10粒,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例2片剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢5份 生滑石3份 萹蓄5份
冬葵子3份 白花蛇舌草5份 瞿麦5份
金钱草3份 夏枯草3份 小蓟3份
姜厚朴1份 生大黄1份 石韦3份
制备方法是取上述原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量淀粉、乙醇制粒,干燥后,加入适量硬脂酸镁,压片,包糖衣即得。通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10片,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例3颗粒剂 按下述重量称取原料:
绵萆薢5份 生滑石3份 萹蓄5份
冬葵子3份 白花蛇舌草5份 瞿麦5份
金钱草3份 夏枯草3份 小蓟3份
姜厚朴1份 生大黄1份 石韦3份
制备方法是取上述原料加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量蔗糖和可溶性淀粉,乙醇制粒,干燥后装袋即得。通常饭前半小时温开水冲服,一次1~3袋,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。

1、一种治疗前列腺增生的中药制剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的:
绵萆薢2.5~10份 生滑石1.5~6份 萹蓄2.5~10份
冬葵子1.5~6份 白花蛇舌草2.5~10份 瞿麦2.5~10份
金钱草1.5~6份 夏枯草1.5~6份 小蓟1.5~6份
姜厚朴0.1~2份 生大黄0.1~2份 石韦1.5~6份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗前列腺增生的中药制剂,其中各原料药的重量配比是:
绵萆薢3~7份 生滑石2~4份 萹蓄3~7份
冬葵子2~4份 白花蛇舌草3~7份 瞿麦3~7份
金钱草2~4份 夏枯草2~4份 小蓟2~4份
姜厚朴0.5~1.5份 生大黄0.5~1.5份 石韦2~4份。
