本发明涉及一种治疗湿疹的中药制剂,是一种治疗湿疹以中草药为原料的中成药。属于中药领域。
背景技术
湿疹是一种最常见的的过敏性、炎症性皮肤病,皮损常为多形性,瘙痒剧烈,反复发作,易呈慢性化为特征。临床上按其发作阶段可分为急性、亚急性和慢性三期。根据主要皮损形态不同,则有红斑性湿疹、丘疹性湿疹、水疮性湿疹、脓疮性湿疹、糜烂性湿疹、结痂性湿疹、鳞屑性湿疹等,根据发生部位之不同,则有头皮湿疹、面部湿疹、耳部湿疹、乳头湿疹、脐窝湿疹、阴蒂湿疹、肛门湿疹、手部湿疹等。
中医称之为浸淫疮、祸疮、旋耳疮、绣球风、四弯风等,亦有称为湿疮者。如《医宗金鉴·外科心法》记载:“此证初生如疥,瘙痒无时,蔓延不止,抓津黄水,浸淫成片。”又如《诸病源候论》祸疮候记载:“疮者,由肤腠虚,风湿之气,折乎血气,结聚所生,......递相对,如新生茱萸子,痛痒抓搔成疮,黄汁出,浸淫生长,折裂,时瘥时剧。”
中医学认为湿疹乃因禀性不耐,风湿热客于肌肤而成;或因脾失健运或营血不足,湿热逗留,以致血虚风燥,风燥湿热郁结、肌肤失养所致。湿疹急性发作多责之于心,亚急性、慢性期多责之于脾、肝。西医认为湿疹的发病原因很复杂,有内在因子与外在因子的相互作用,常是多方面的。外在因子如生活环境、气候条件等都可影响湿疹的发生。内在因子如慢性消化系统疾病、胃肠道功能障碍、精神紧张、失眠、过劳、情绪变化等精神改变,感染病灶、新陈代谢障碍和内分泌功能失调等,均可产生或加重湿疹的病情。
中医对急性、亚急性湿疹的辨证治疗常分为风热蕴肤、风湿蕴肤、湿热互结热重于湿、湿热互结湿热并重、湿热互结湿重于热、肝郁湿阻、脾湿胃热薰蒸上犯等症型进行治疗。对慢性湿疹的辨证治疗常分为脾虚湿蕴、湿瘀互结、脾虚血燥、阴虚夹湿、阴虚血燥、气血淤滞、风盛血燥、肝肾阴虚、脾阳不运湿滞中焦等症型进行治疗。由于西医对本病的病因病理不清楚,故在治疗上缺乏病因治疗措施及有效药物,而偏重于对症处理,如避免局部刺激,应用抗组胺药,局部应用皮质类固醇激素类药外涂,但这些治疗疗效差,且治愈或好转后复发率高,如长期应用尚有副作用。

本发明是在传统的中医辨证治疗的基础上结合现代最新科研成果研制而成的。本发明的目的是提供一种治疗湿疹的中药制剂。具有疗效确切、安全方便、副作用小、价格低廉的特点。

龙胆草性味苦、寒。归肝、胆经。具有泻肝胆火,清下焦湿,镇惊明日,抗疟原虫,健胃,保肝的功效。可治疗肝经热盛、惊痫狂躁、乙型脑炎、头痛、目赤、咽痛、黄疸、热痢、痛肿疮疡、阴囊肿痛、阴部湿痒、高血压头晕耳鸣、胸胁痛、急性传染性肝炎、膀胱炎、疮疡肿痛等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第413页)。
炒栀子性味苦、寒。归心、肺、三焦经。具有泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉热解毒的功效。可治疗热病虚烦不眠、热病心烦、黄疸尿赤、血淋涩痛、血热吐衄、目赤肿痛、火毒疮疡、外治扭挫伤痛等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第865页)。

盐黄柏性味苦,寒。归肾、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮的功效。可治疗湿热泻痢,黄疸,带下,热淋,脚气,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹瘙痒。盐黄柏滋阴降火。可治疗阴虚火旺,盗汗骨蒸等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第251页化学工业出版社)。
苦参性味苦、寒。归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿的功效。可治疗热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第161页化学工业出版社)。

土茯苓性味甘、淡、平。归肝、胃经。具有清热解毒,祛风湿,强筋骨,利关节,抗癌的功效。可治疗湿热疮毒,湿疹,风湿骨痛,肢体拘挛,杨梅恶疮,泌尿系统感染,梅毒,淋浊,淋症白带,消化不良,腹泻,脚气,疔疮,痈肿,瘰疬等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第87页)。
连翘性味苦、微寒。归肺、心、小肠经。具有清热解毒,消结散肿,清心利尿的功效。可治疗痈疽、瘰疬、乳痈、丹毒、风热感冒、温病初起、温热入营、高热烦渴、神昏发斑,热淋尿闭等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社1999年版第669页)。
虎杖性味微苦,微寒。归肝、胆、肺经。具有祛风利湿,散瘀定痛,止咳化痰的功效。可治疗关节痹痛,湿热黄疸,经闭,癥瘕,水火烫伤,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮毒,咳嗽痰多等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第168页化学工业出版社)。
绵萆薢性味苦,平。归肾、胃经。具有利湿去浊,祛风通痹的功效。可治疗淋病白浊,白带过多,湿热疮毒,腰膝痹痛等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第271页化学工业出版社)。
茵陈性味苦、辛,微寒。归脾、胃、肝、胆经。具有清湿热,退黄疸的功效。可治疗黄疸尿少,湿疮瘙痒;传染性黄疸型肝炎等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第192页化学工业出版社)。
生甘草性味甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的功效。可治疗脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性等。(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部第66页化学工业出版社)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则,用龙胆草、土茯苓、绵萆薢和茵陈为君药;用炒栀子、白鲜皮、地肤子、益母草、盐黄柏、苦参、蝉蜕、连翘和虎杖为臣药;用泽泻和生甘草为佐使药。诸药相合,共具清热利湿、泻火除烦、祛风止痒的功效。治疗湿疹疗效确切,毒副作用小,服用方便。
本发明的中药制剂,在制备成药剂时可加入药物可接受的载体,所述药物可接受的载体可以是:淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖、甘露糖醇、硅衍生物、纤维素类及其衍生物、藻酸盐、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油、土温80、琼脂、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、环糊精、β-环糊精、磷脂类材料、高岭土、滑石粉、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁等。
本发明的中药制剂可以是任何可药用的剂型,这些剂型包括:片剂、糖衣片剂、薄膜衣片剂、肠溶衣片剂、胶囊剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、注射剂、栓剂、软膏剂、硬膏剂、霜剂、喷雾剂、滴剂、贴剂。
本发明的制剂,优选的是口服剂型,如:片剂胶囊剂、口服液、口含片、颗粒剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、混悬剂、粉剂、溶液剂、滴剂、滴丸剂。更优选的中药制剂是胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明,有如下优点:
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药品管理法的规定,利用各味中药的综合作用治疗湿疹,对人体无毒无害。经动物急性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应,其主要脏器也无明显的改变,药物安全可靠。
2、本发明无须煎煮,无苦涩感,药中富含蛋白质,葡萄糖,葡萄糖醛酸,挥发油,果胶,果糖,有机酸,卵磷脂,维生素,氨基酸,还含皂甙,植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素,利于人体吸收,增强体质,且服用方便。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗湿疹,对湿疹的预防也有很好的作用,大大提高了患者的生存质量,有较高的治愈康复效果。
下面通过临床应用例进一步说明本发明药物对治疗湿疹的治疗效果。中医征候判定标准如下:(《中药新药临床研究指导原则》郑筱萸主编中国医药科技出版社2002年5月第一版第298页)。
1、临床痊愈中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失;征候积分减少≥95%。
2、显效中医临床症状、体征明显改善,95%>征候积分减少≥70%。
3、有效中医临床症状、体征均有好转,70%>征候积分减少≥50%。
4、无效中医临床症状、体征无明显改善,甚或加重,征候积分减少不足50%。
为表明本发明药物对治疗湿疹治疗效果,经临床试验结果如下;治疗湿疹患者32例,年龄为18~72岁,男性20例,女性12例。服用实施例1胶囊剂,每次2-10粒,每日三至四次,温开水送下,饭前半小时服用。两个月为一个疗程,连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈22例占68.75%,显效5例占15.6%,有效3例占9.37%,无效2例占6.25%,总有效率达93%以上。经三个疗程治疗后,患者红斑、丘疹、水疱、瘙痒等症状均有明显改善。且病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例1 胶囊剂 按下述重量称取原料:
龙胆草 1份 炒栀子 2份 泽泻 1份
地肤子 1份 白鲜皮 2份 苦参 2份
盐黄柏 1份 益母草 3份 连翘 2份
土茯苓 3份 蝉蜕 0.5份 虎杖 1份
绵萆薢 1份 生甘草 1份 茵陈 2份
制备方法是先取蝉蜕干燥粉碎至120~200目细粉,再取龙胆草、炒栀子、白鲜皮、地肤子、益母草、泽泻、盐黄柏、苦参、土茯苓、连翘、虎杖、绵萆薢、茵陈和生甘草加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,再将清膏与蝉蜕细粉混匀,干燥,粉碎成细粉,装入胶囊。每粒装0.3克,通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10粒,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。

制备方法是先取蝉蜕干燥粉碎至120~200目细粉,再取龙胆草、炒栀子、白鲜皮、地肤子、益母草、泽泻、盐黄柏、苦参、土茯苓、连翘、虎杖、绵萆薢、茵陈和生甘草加水煎煮两次,第一次1.5~2小时,第二次0.5~1小时,合并两次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至80度~85度时,相对密度1.08~1.10的清膏,加入乙醇使清膏含醇量达70%,静置24小时,回收乙醇,在50度~55度时浓缩至相对密度1.30~1.32的清膏,再将清膏与蝉蜕细粉混匀,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量淀粉、乙醇制粒,干燥后,加入适量硬脂酸镁,压片,包糖衣即得。通常饭前半小时口服,温开水送下,一次2~10片,一日三至四次,两个月为一个疗程。
实施例3 颗粒剂 按下述重量称取原料:
龙胆草 1份 炒栀子 2份 泽泻 1份
地肤子 1份 白鲜皮 2份 苦参 2份
盐黄柏 1份 益母草 3份 连翘 2份
土茯苓 3份 蝉蜕 0.5份 虎杖 1份
绵萆薢 1份 生甘草 1份 茵陈 2份

1. 一种治疗湿疹的中药制剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的:
龙胆草0.1~2份 炒栀子1~4份 泽泻0.1~2份
地肤子0.1~2份 白鲜皮1~4份 苦参1~4份
盐黄柏0.1~2份 益母草1.5~6份 连翘1~4份
土茯苓1.5~6份 蝉蜕0.1~1份 虎杖0.1~2份
绵萆薢0.1~2份 生甘草0.1~2份 茵陈1~4份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗湿疹的中药制剂,其中各原料药的重量配比是:
龙胆草0.5~1.5份 炒栀子1.5~2.5份 泽泻0.5~1.5份
地肤子0.5~1.5份 白鲜皮1.5~2.5份 苦参1.5~2.5份
盐黄柏0.5~1.5份 益母草2.5~3.5份 连翘1.5~2.5份
土茯苓2.5~3.5份 蝉蜕0.3~0.7份 虎杖0.5~1.5份
绵萆薢0.5~1.5份 生甘草0.5~1.5份 茵陈1.5~2.5份。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗湿疹的中药制剂,其中各原料药的重量配比是:
龙胆草1份 炒栀子2份 泽泻1份
地肤子1份 白鲜皮2份 苦参2份
盐黄柏1份 益母草3份 连翘2份
土茯苓3份 蝉蜕0.5份 虎杖1份
