发明背景
通过将疏水液体分散在包含蜜胺甲醛预缩合物的含水介质中,然后降低pH值,得到包围该疏水液体的不渗透性氨基塑料树脂壳壁,从而包封疏水液体是公知的。这种微胶囊优选用于提供压敏无碳复印纸中使用的包封油墨。然而,由于这些微胶囊基于蜜胺甲醛树脂,就存在某些条件下甲醛会析出的风险,这是不希望的。
US 5234711描述了一种用于油墨配方中的颜料颗粒的包封方法及其化妆品用途。该化妆品特别指眉笔。

已公布的欧洲专利申请225799描述了在液体、凝胶、蜡状或低温熔化的固体载体相中微囊密封固体非磁性着色剂材料,它包封在聚合物壳中。壳上吸附的是硅烷或钛酸盐偶合剂,它提高了固体着色剂材料表面的亲油性。
已公布的欧洲专利申请445342涉及包含已通过在树脂中掺入溶剂化物染料并与化妆品载体掺和形成的颜料的化妆品组合物。颜料的含量足以在涂抹到皮肤、指甲或头发上时提供迷人的化妆效果。可采用任何化妆品可接受的可溶性染料。可采用能粉碎成细粉的任何树脂。溶剂化物染料可通过加入塑化或熔融树脂,或通过将染料溶解在未聚合树脂与染料和树脂的互溶剂的溶液中,然后聚合树脂,或通过将染料与树脂接触而掺入树脂中。浸渍染料的树脂粉被认为可用于各种化妆品组合物中。
现有技术并没有描述将微囊密封着色剂的掺和物用于在涂抹时形成致密的自然色调,或在化妆品上或其本身中产生类似效果的化妆品组合物。
发明概述
本发明提供了一种改进的个人护理或化妆品组合物,它包含具有有效量的包封着色剂的掺和物的液体个人护理或化妆品配方,其中微囊密封着色剂具有1-50微米的粒径,且其中微囊密封着色剂的掺和物选自互不相同的至少两种颜色。
本发明还提供了一种用法,包括将上述具有有效量的包封着色剂的液体个人护理或化妆品配方涂覆在身体的至少某一部分上。
本发明详细描述
根据本发明第一个方面的微囊密封颗粒和由根据本发明第二个方面的方法得到的产品具有强化的视觉效果,此外,聚合物基质即使在长期使用下也不会放出任何被截留的着色剂。
如果使该聚合物基质交联,聚合物产品还可进一步增强。这种交联可以是在微囊密封方法中包括交联步骤的结果。这一点可通过在聚合物中包含自交联基团,例如带有羟甲基官能度的单体重复单元来实现。
尽管优选的是通过含水相聚合物中包含交联剂实现交联。该交联剂是与聚合物链上的官能团反应的普通化合物。例如当聚合物链包含阴离子基团时,合适的交联剂可包括氮丙啶、双环氧化合物、碳化二酰胺、硅烷和多价金属,例如铝或锆。一种特别优选的交联剂是碳酸锆铵。另一种特别优选的交联剂种类包括在聚合物链之间形成共价键的化合物,例如硅烷或双环氧化合物。
交联过程优选在脱水步骤中进行。这样就在包含交联剂的情况下,通常会使交联剂保持潜伏状态,直至脱水开始。
由能形成玻璃化温度超过50℃,优选大于60℃或80℃的均聚物的疏水单体的特殊结合形成的聚合物在对着色剂的不渗透性方面表现出的性能有很大改进。疏水单体指该单体在水中的溶解度小于5g/100ml水。
聚合物的玻璃化温度(Tg)在《化学技术百科全书》第19卷、第四版、第891页中定义为低于该温度时(1)整个分子的过渡运动和(2)链的盘曲和不盘曲的40-50碳原子段都冻结的温度。因此在低于Tg的温度下,聚合物不会表现出流动性或橡胶弹性。聚合物的Tg可用差分扫描量热计(DSC)测定。因此将Tg已知的参照试样和试验试样根据线性温度曲线分别同时加热。两个加热器使两个试样保持相同温度。监测为实现这一点而施加在两个加热器上的功率,并绘制功率差作为参考温度的函数的曲线,可理解为比热作为温度的函数的记录。随着参考温度升高或降低,试验试样趋近过渡状态,保持该温度所需热量将根据过渡状态是吸热或放热而增大或减小。
颗粒的平均粒径通常小于约100微米。平均粒径一般较小,例如小于70或80微米,通常小于40或50微米,典型的平均粒径将在750纳米-40微米之间。
优选的平均粒径为10-40微米,通常在20-40微米范围内。平均粒径根据文献中充分记载的标准方法用Coulter粒径分析仪测定。
不必局限于理论,我们相信离子单体与所述疏水单体的特定结合能提供具有正确的亲水性和硬度水平的聚合物,这样似乎有助于改善对着色剂的不渗透性。
所述疏水单体的具体实例包括苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲苯丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸苯基酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯和甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯。
我们发现不能用烯属不饱和羧酸酯代替该疏水单体,因为前者不能形成玻璃化温度至少为50℃的均聚物,反而会提高聚合物的渗透性。仍然优选的是Tg至少为60℃或甚至至少为80℃。例如用其他(甲基)丙烯酸酯,例如丙烯酸2-乙基己酯代替本发明的疏水单体就不合适。用能形成Tg很高的聚合物的单体通常能获得最佳效果。
因此用丙烯酸乙酯或丙烯酸丙酯作为疏水单体制备的产品就不太优选。
离子单体可包括阴离子或阳离子基团,或作为选择,可以是潜在的离子,例如酸酐形式。离子单体优选是烯属不饱和阴离子或潜在阴离子单体。合适的阴离子单体包括(甲基)丙烯酸、马来酸、马来酐、衣康酸、衣康酸酐、巴豆酸、(甲基)烯丙基磺酸、乙烯基磺酸和2-丙烯酰氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸。优选的阴离子单体是羧酸或酸酐。
当离子单体是阴离子,例如羧酸或酐时,挥发性抗衡离子可以是氨或挥发性胺成分。这样聚合物就能以无酸形式制备,然后用氢氧化铵或挥发性胺,例如乙醇胺的水溶液中和。
作为选择,聚合物可通过阴离子单体的铵或挥发性胺盐与疏水单体的共聚反应制备。
通常可用任何合适的聚合方法制备基质聚合物。例如聚合物可通过例如EP-A-697423或US 5070136中描述的含水乳液聚合方法方便地制备。然后可通过加入氢氧化铵或挥发性胺的水溶液中和该聚合物。
在一种典型的聚合方法中,将疏水单体和阴离子单体的掺和物乳化到含有合适量的乳化剂的含水相中。乳化剂一般可以是适合形成含水乳液的任何商购乳化剂。
理想的是这些乳化剂应更容易溶解在含水相而不是单体水不混溶相中,从而表现出高亲水亲油平衡(HLB)。单体的乳化可通过公知的乳化技术进行,包括将含水/无水相剧烈搅拌或切变或作为选择,使含水/无水相通过筛网。然后用合适的引发剂体系,例如紫外线引发剂或热引发剂进行聚合。引发聚合的合适技术会将单体含水乳液的温度提高到70或80℃以上,然后加入50-1000ppm(重量)过硫酸铵单体。
基质聚合物通常具有高达200000的分子量(通过GPC用工业标准参数测定)。优选的聚合物具有低于50000,例如2000-20000的分子量。
聚合物基质理想的分子量通常为8000-12000左右。单体掺和物通常可含有至少50%(重量)疏水单体,其余由阴离子单体组成。尽管通常疏水单体的量可达至少60%(重量)。
优选的组合物含有65-90%(重量),例如70或75%左右的疏水单体。
特别优选的基质是苯乙烯与丙烯酸铵的共聚物。更优选的是这种聚合物在该方法采用交联剂,特别是碳酸铵锆时使用。
在本发明方法作为选择的一种形式中,离子单体可以是阳离子或潜在的阳离子,例如烯属不饱和胺。在本发明的这种形式中,挥发性抗衡离子成分是挥发性酸成分。因此在本发明的这种形式中,基质聚合物可以类似于上述阴离子基质聚合物的方式形成,不同的是用阳离子或潜在阳离子单体代替阴离子单体。在聚合物以游离胺与疏水单体的共聚物的形式制备的情况下,该聚合物通常用合适的挥发性酸,例如乙酸、甲酸或甚至是碳酸中和。优选的是该聚合物用挥发性羧酸中和。阳离子或潜在阳离子单体和疏水单体的用量通常与上述阴离子单体相同。
颗粒可以截留一种或多种着色剂,且着色剂可以是任何着色剂,例如染料、颜料或色淀。典型的合适着色剂包括由CTFA和FDA准许用于化妆品中的任何有机或无机颜料或着色剂,例如色淀、氧化铁、二氧化钛、硫化铁或化妆品配方中常用的其他颜料。颜料的实例包括诸如炭黑、D&C红7、钙色淀、D&C红30、滑石色淀、D&C红6、钡色淀、黄褐色氧化铁、氧化铁黄、氧化铁棕、滑石、高岭土、云母、钛云母、氧化铁红、硅酸镁和氧化钛的无机颜料;和诸如202号红、204号红、205号红、206号红、219号红、228号红、404号红、205号黄、401号黄、401号橙和404号蓝的有机颜料。瓮染料的实例是226号红、204号蓝和201号蓝。色淀染料的实例包括用铝、钙或钡上色的各种酸性染料。
优选的着色剂是水溶性染料的水溶液。适合用于本发明的染料包括11号FD&C蓝、12号FD&C蓝、13号FD&C绿、13号FD&C红、140号FD&C红、15号FD&C黄、16号FD&C黄、14号D&C蓝、19号D&C蓝;15号D&C绿、16号D&C绿、18号D&C绿、14号D&C橙、15号D&C橙、110号D&C橙、111号D&C橙、117号D&C橙、14号FD&C红、16号D&C红、17号D&C红、18号D&C红、19号D&C红、117号D&C红、119号D&C红、121号D&C红、122号D&C红、127号D&C红、128号D&C红、130号D&C红、131号D&C红、134号D&C红、139号D&C红、140号FD&C红、12号D&C紫、17号D&C黄、17号Ext.D&C黄、18号D&C黄、111号D&C黄、11号D&C棕、12号Ext.D&C紫、16号D&C蓝和110号D&C黄。这些染料是公知的商购材料,它们的化学结构描述在例如21C.F.R.的74部分(1988年4月1日修订)和Cosmetics,Toiletry and Fragrances Association,Inc.出版的《CTFA化妆品成分手册》(1988)中。本说明书参考引用这些出版物。
这些着色剂可以是潜在着色剂物质,例如当暴露在适当的触发机理,例如受热或受辐照时显现颜色的成色剂。这种被截留的成色剂可适当涂覆在合适基材上,或掺入合适基材中,然后处理以显现颜色。提供成色剂作为聚合物颗粒的优点是它们更容易加工,并以期望的方式掺入基材中。该成色剂即使被截留到聚合物颗粒中也仍然能被激活。
准许用于化妆品的任何无机或有机颜料或着色剂特别优选用于本发明。优选的颜料包括色淀、氧化铁、二氧化钛和疏水染料。认可的染料可以是水溶性染料或色淀。色淀是通过在作为颜料成分的基础部分的活性层或吸附层上沉积可溶性染料制备的有机颜料。大部分色淀是由铝、钡或钙派生的。这些不溶性颜料的绝大部分在要求不污染皮肤的短暂颜色(像油溶性染料那样)时用于粉状或液体化妆产品。色淀与诸如氧化铁、氧化锌和二氧化钛(最白的白色颜料)的无机颜料一起用于这些产品中。
认可的水溶性染料大部分用于有色产品,尽管仅用认可的染料就能洗涤暂时的头发颜色。当在乳液中掺入这些染料时,它们将可溶于油/水体系中的外水相中。知道所认可的染料在各种溶剂中的溶解度性能以及它们对活性化学品的稳定性是有用的。
将颜色添加剂进行认证并永久列举其食品、药品和/或化妆品用途。
下表列出准许用于食品、药品和/或化妆品的常用商购染料和着色剂。本说明书中选用的着色剂优选自下面列出的那些。

某些颜色添加剂可免除准许并永久列举用于化妆品用途,包括铝粉、胭脂树红、氧氯化铋、青铜粉、酱色、胭脂红、β-胡萝卜素、氢氧化铬绿、氧化铬绿铜(金属粉)、二羟基丙酮、乙二胺四乙酸二钠-铜、氰亚铁酸铁铵、氰亚铁酸铁、鸟嘌呤(珍珠香料)、愈创薁(薁)、氧化铁、发光硫化锌、锰紫、云母、叶蜡石、银色(用于彩色指甲抛光)、二氧化钛、群青(蓝、绿、粉、红和紫),以及氧化锌。
本发明的方法涉及将含有着色剂的基质聚合物水溶液分散在水不混溶的液体中。典型的水不混溶液体是有机液体或有机液体的掺和物。优选的有机液体是不挥发的石蜡油与挥发性石蜡油的混合物。这两种油可以相同重量比使用,但通常优选的是不挥发的油的用量多,例如大于50-75重量份的不挥发的油和25-小于50重量份的挥发性油。
在根据本发明第二个方面的方法中,理想的是本发明在水不混溶的液体中包含聚合物两亲稳定剂。该两亲稳定剂可以是任何合适的商购两亲稳定剂,例如HYPERMER(RTM)(ICI提供)。合适的稳定剂还包括WO-A-97/24179中描述的稳定剂。
尽管除两亲稳定剂外还有可能包括其他稳定材料,例如表面活性剂,但通常优选的是仅有的稳定材料是两亲稳定剂。
在本发明的方法中,脱水步骤可通过任何方便的手段实现。理想的是将分散体在油中进行真空蒸馏,以实现脱水。通常这样需要较高的温度,例如30℃或更高的温度。尽管可以采用更高的温度,例如80-90℃,但优选采用低于60℃或70℃的温度。
除真空蒸馏外,最好是通过喷雾干燥进行脱水。这可合适地通过WO-A-97/34945中描述的喷雾干燥方法实现。脱水步骤从基质聚合物水溶液中除去水,也除去挥发性抗衡离子成分,得到干燥的聚合物基质,该基质不溶于水,也不能在水中溶胀,它含有分布在整个聚合物基质中的着色剂。
我们发现,涂抹包含其中掺入的(微囊)包封着色剂的个人护理或化妆品配方组合物产生了理想的应用效果。值得注意的是,包含具有唯一而不同的颜色的微囊密封着色剂的掺和物,特别是包含一种以上原色的掺和物的组合物是产生自然、致密的皮肤色调效果的有效手段。原色可理解为红、黄和蓝。这些包封的另一个特征是可以省去非包封着色剂通常遇到的粉碎或研磨。
根据本发明的个人护理组合物包含以组合物总重量计为0.1-40%(重量),例如1-20%(重量),特别是2-15%(重量)的微囊密封着色剂,以及化妆品容许的载体或助剂。虽然水是化妆品容许的,而且在大部分实例中也存在水,但术语“化妆品容许的载体或助剂”往往指除水以外的个人护理或化妆品组合物中常用的至少一种物质。
包封微球优选的平均直径为0.1-50微米,例如5-40微米,特别是10-30微米。
根据本发明的个人护理或化妆品制剂可配制成油包水或水包油乳液、醇或含醇配方、离子或非离子两亲类脂的起泡分散体、凝胶或固体棒;优选的化妆品制剂为液体形式。
作为油包水或水包油乳液,化妆品容许的助剂含有优选的5-50%油性相、5-20%乳化剂和30-90%水。油性相可含有任何适于化妆品配方的油脂,例如一种或多种烃油、蜡、天然油脂、硅油、脂肪酸酯或脂肪醇。
化妆品液体可含有诸如乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、己二醇、甘油或山梨醇的一元醇或多元醇。
根据本发明的化妆品配方可包含在各种化妆品制剂中。特别考虑例如以下制剂:
-剃须制剂,例如剃须皂、泡沫剃须膏、无泡剃须膏、泡沫和凝胶、干式剃须用剃前制剂、剃须后的搽面香液、美容水;
-皮肤护理制剂,例如皮肤乳液、多元乳液或皮肤油和体粉;
-化妆品个人护理制剂,例如口红、眼睑膏、液体化妆品、日霜或粉、洗面奶、膏和粉(松散或压实的)形式的面部化妆品;
-光保护制剂,例如防晒洗液、乳和油,防晒霜和预鞣制剂;
-除味剂,例如除味喷剂、泵作用喷剂、除味凝胶、棒或roll-ons;
-防汗剂,例如防汗剂棒、乳油或roll-ons;以及
-固体/液体个人清洁产品,例如肥皂、洗涤剂、香波和调理剂。
根据个人护理制剂的形式不同,除包封着色剂外,该制剂还可包含例如螯合剂、其他非包封颜料、香料、增稠剂或固化剂(稠度调节剂)、润肤剂、紫外线吸收剂、护肤剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂的其他成分。
根据本发明的组合物可通过本领域公知的方法,将合适的包封着色剂物理掺和到个人护理配方中制备。实施例说明了几种此类方法。
在该方法的一个实施方案中,个人护理或化妆品配方包含以该配方总重量计为0.1-40%(重量),例如1-20%(重量),特别是2-15%(重量)的微囊密封着色剂。
在该方法的一个实施方案中,个人护理或化妆品组合物包含在聚合物基质材料中单独提供的微囊密封着色剂的掺和物。
在该方法的一个实施方案中,个人护理或化妆品组合物可配制成油包水或水包油乳液、醇或含醇配方、离子或非离子两亲类脂的起泡分散体、凝胶或固体棒。
在该方法的各种实施方案中,个人护理或化妆品组合物为剃须制剂、皮肤护理制剂、化妆品个人护理制剂、光保护制剂、除味剂或防汗剂,或个人清洁产品的形式。
以下实施例描述了本发明的某些实施方案,但本发明并不限于此。应该注意,可根据说明书对公开的实施方案进行许多变化,而不脱离本发明的精神或范围。因此这些实施例并不意味着限制了本发明的范围。更确切地说,本发明的范围仅由附属权利要求及其等价物确定。在这些实施例中给出的所有份数除另有说明外均指重量。
实施例1
通过将10g 1号FD&C蓝溶解在396g苯乙烯与丙烯酸铵的共聚物的25%溶液中,然后加入9.9g 50%碳酸锆铵形成水溶液。通过混合50g 20%聚合物稳定剂、89g Kristol M14油和70.4g Isopar G溶剂制备油溶液。将该水溶液搅拌加入油溶液中,然后用高切变SILVERSON混合器均质化形成油包水乳液。乳化15分钟后再加入179g Isopar G作为稀释剂。
将所得乳液转移到具有真空蒸馏能力的树脂罐中。将乳液保持25℃,并在低压和约30℃恒温下蒸馏水/Isopar G混合物。监测水和溶剂的容积,并继续蒸馏至馏出液中不再收集到水,然后在真空下升温至100℃。然后使油中干燥的染料聚合物颗粒在100℃下保持60分钟以排空氨,并使基于羰基化苯乙烯的基质聚合物交联成不溶于水的形式。将烧瓶中的内容物冷却。该染料聚合物颗粒的油中分散体是稳定的,并具有小于2微米的平均粒径。
实施例2
重复实施例1,但用10g水溶性红(7号FD&C红)代替1号FD&C蓝染料。获得红色染料聚合物颗粒的油中分散体。
实施例3
重复实施例1,但将10g红色颜料(7号FD&C红,铝色淀)分散在聚合物溶液的水溶液中。获得聚合物基质中包封红色颜料的油中分散体。
实施例4
重复实施例1,但将10g黄色颜料(10号D&C黄,铝色淀)分散在聚合物溶液的水溶液中。获得聚合物基质中包封黄色颜料的油中分散体。
1、口红
步骤
混合A相并加热至90-105℃,混合至均匀。然后搅拌加入B相至均匀。温度保持70℃以上并将口红倒入模具中。
2、介质保护防晒霜
步骤
在合适容器中加入A部分并中速搅拌。加入B部分并混合至均匀。加入C部分,然后加入D部分并混合至均匀。
3、无滑石松散面部粉底
步骤
将A相一起研磨至完全分散。将B相加入A相中并混合至均匀。
4、水包油面部底色
步骤
用均化器将A相中各成分混合并开始加热到80℃。加入B相和C相并均质化1小时。在另一个烧杯中混合D相各成分,加热到80℃并混合至均匀。D相所有成分均匀后缓慢加入主相中同时继续均质化。加完D相后在80℃下均质化15分钟,然后开始冷却原料。至60℃时切换到桨式搅拌器并中速混合。加入E相并混合至获得均匀混合物。至50℃时加入F相。将原料冷却至室温。
5、压制粉状眼睑膏
步骤
将表中各成分混合均匀。加热到100℃并以2000psi压制。
6、蔻丹(紫色)
步骤
混合A相至均匀。在另一个容器中混合B相至均匀。将B相加入A相中并搅拌至均匀。
Claims (14)
1. 一种包含微囊密封着色剂的掺和物的个人护理或化妆品组合物,其中微囊密封着色剂具有1-50微米的粒径,其中微囊密封着色剂含有包封天然染料、合成染料、有机颜料或无机颜料的聚合物基质材料,聚合物基质材料由包含作为烯属不饱和离子单体的第一单体和作为烯属不饱和疏水单体的第二单体的单体掺和物形成,烯属不饱和疏水单体形成玻璃化温度超过50℃的均聚物,且其中微囊密封着色剂的掺和物选自彼此不同的至少两种颜色。
2. 权利要求1的组合物,其中微囊密封着色剂的掺和物选自至少两种原色。
3. 权利要求2的组合物,其中原色是红、黄和蓝。
4. 权利要求1的组合物,其中微囊密封着色剂的掺和物占组合物总重量的0.1-40重量%。
5. 权利要求1的组合物,其中个人护理或化妆品组合物为剃须制剂、皮肤护理制剂、化妆品个人护理制剂、光保护制剂、除味剂或防汗剂,或个人清洁产品的形式。
6. 权利要求5的组合物,它含有占组合物总重0.1-35重量%的微囊密封着色剂掺和物。
7. 权利要求6的组合物,它配制成油包水或水包油乳液、醇或含醇配方、离子或非离子两亲类脂的起泡分散体、凝胶或固体棒。
8. 权利要求6的组合物,它包含选自螯合剂、非包封颜料、香料、增稠剂或固化剂、润肤剂、紫外线吸收剂、护肤剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂的至少一种其他成分。
9. 一种对身体进行化妆品处理的方法,包括将权利要求1的含有微囊密封着色剂的掺和物的个人护理或化妆品组合物涂覆在所述身体的至少某一部分上。
10. 权利要求9的方法,其中微囊密封着色剂的掺和物占组合物总重的0.1-40重量%。
11. 权利要求9的方法,其中个人护理或化妆品组合物为剃须制剂、皮肤护理制剂、化妆品个人护理制剂、光保护制剂、除味剂或防汗剂,或个人清洁产品的形式。
12. 权利要求11的方法,其含有占组合物总重0.1-40重量%的微囊密封着色剂掺和物。
13. 权利要求12的方法,其被配制成油包水或水包油乳液、醇或含醇配方、离子或非离子两亲类脂的起泡分散体、凝胶或固体棒。
14. 权利要求13的方法,其还包含选自螯合剂、非包封颜料、香料、增稠剂或固化剂、润肤剂、紫外线吸收剂、护肤剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂的至少一种其他成分。
