Abstract

一种压力管道用无缝钢管的制造方法,属金属轧制技术领域,用于提高无缝钢管的组织结构和力学性能问题。其工艺过程为:一次挤压、二次挤压、拉拔、切头、校直、热处理、机加工,所述一次挤压、二次挤压、拉拔工序中钢锭或管坯加热温度为1040℃~1250℃,所述热处理工序为正火或正火+回火处理。本发明通过试验摸索出钢管在挤压拉拔等热加工工序中优化的加热温度,并通过调整钢管最终热处理的工序位置及合理选择热处理的正火、回火温度,使钢管的力学性能指标得到进一步的提高。经检测表明,按照本发明制造的无缝钢管各项指标均可达到或超过有关标准,精粒度可达5极以上。

Claims (4)

1. 一种压力管道用无缝钢管的制造方法,其特征在于:它按如下工序进行: a.一次挤压:将钢锭或管坯加热至1040℃~1250℃,在压力机中利用模具挤压成桶形,挤压力>12Mpa; b.二次挤压:将一次挤压件加热至1040℃~1250℃,在压力机上利用芯棒将桶形坯件挤压成钢管形,挤压力>12Mpa; c.拉拔:将钢管形坯件加热至1040℃~1250℃,拉拔至所需尺寸; d.切头:将拉拔件切掉两端头; e.校直:在压力机上将钢管校直; f.热处理:将钢管进行正火或正火+回火处理; g.机加工:将钢管外圆和内孔经机加工至要求尺寸; h.检验。
