Abstract

一种用来加强包装容器的卫生状态和折片可成形性的密封装置,它包括:热密封夹板;热密封条(29),它具有工作表面、装备着两个平行排列的加热器而且被固定在该热密封夹板上;相对夹板,它与该热密封夹板相对地布置;相对轨道(28),它具有工作表面并被固定在该相对夹板上;驱动装置,它用来相对地推进/收回该热密封夹板和相对夹板;加热装置,它在用该热密封条工作表面和该相对轨道工作表面夹住包装材料的同时开动该加热器;以及切刀部分(51),它包括布置在两个该加热器之间位置的切刀和相对切刀(51)布置的弹性相对切刀(53);其特征在于,该相对切刀(53)由保持部分(52)保持,该保持部分设置在该热密封条或该相对轨道的工作表面上,并且该相对切刀从该保持工作表面伸出从而被保持住。

Description

密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封装置。
背景技术
在填充液体食物例如牛奶、软饮料之类的包装容器传统制造过程中,包括柔性层压材料的幅面料形状的包装材料输入填充机内。在该填充机中,包装材料沿着纵向进行密封从而形成为管状。在向下连续传送该管状包装材料的同时,将液体食物向上填满。将该管状包装材料传送到密封装置,并在用密封单元从两侧夹紧的同时,在该密封装置中按照预先确定的间隔进行横向密封。借助于切断该横向密封部分,就形成多个填满预定数量食物的初步容器,并使该初步容器形成为最终包装容器。
该密封单元相互面对并具有布置成自由前进/后退运动的相对夹板和热密封夹板。相对轨道和热密封条分别布置在该相对夹板和热密封夹板上。
图3是密封装置的草图,该装置用来横向密封已填满内容液体的包装材料。
图5是传统密封单元的切刀相对区段的图示。
图6是透视图,它表示已填满内容液体的容器的折片进行折叠。
在这些图中,参考编号28表示相对轨道,而参考编号29表示热密封条。
呈双片形式的幅面料形状的包装材料10被夹在相对轨道28的工作表面和热密封条29的工作表面之间。
在热密封条29内面对着相对轨道28的工作表面中,布置着具有预定上下间隔、面朝包装材料10并且具有凸起的突出部77的第一、第二感应加热器31、32。
在这种情况下,包装材料10由相对轨道28和热密封条29夹住,并借助于相互进给包装材料10在推动和加热的情况下进行横向密封。
包装材料10具有层压结构,该结构按照从已形成包装容器内侧到外侧的次序包括聚乙烯层、铝箔层、粘结剂层、纸基层以及聚乙烯层。
因此,呈双片形式的包装材料10用相对轨道28和热密封条29夹持住,并通过对于带有凸起的突出部77的第一、第二感应加热器31、32施加密封电压来进行加热。
推动包装材料10的第一部分10a最内部聚乙烯层和第二部分10b最内部聚乙烯层并且主要在对应于第一、第二感应加热器31、32的区域内相互熔化。
然后停止给第一、第二感应加热器31、32施加密封电压,并冷却第一、第二感应加热器31、32的相应部分。
在第一部分10a和第二部分10b内,在对应于第一、第二感应加热器31、32的部分中形成包括第一、第二横向密封部分S1、S2的密封部分S。
随后用切刀部分50切断密封区段S,从而形成容器。
在该切刀部分中,在热密封条29的工作表面上形成沟槽55,以便在嵌入相对轨道28内的切刀51切断包装材料10(10a和10b)时防止切刀51的任何损伤。
在该传统密封装置中,沟槽55在热密封条29和/或热密封夹板的工作表面上形成以便在切刀部分内的切刀51切断包装材料10(10a和10b)时不损伤切刀的刀尖。但是,在包装材料10被相对轨道28的工作表面和热密封条29的工作表面推动以便横向密封时,由于没有对应于沟槽55的包装材料10部分的反向压力,内容液体会作为滞留液59保留在对应于切刀凹陷部分55的包装材料10a和10b之间。
因此,由于隔开的滞留液59单独地保留在包装材料的区段S处,该滞留液的液体可能在消费者使用之前不卫生地变质。
而且,当折片71粘结到容器上形成如图6所示容器时,在该滞留液的液体弄脏粘结区的情况下,折片粘附性会降低。
发明内容
本发明解决传统密封装置的多种问题,其目的在于提供能改进包装容器卫生状况和容器形成的密封装置。
在解决问题的本发明密封装置中,该密封装置包括:(a)热密封夹板;(b)热密封条,它具有两个设置在该热密封夹板前边缘内的平行排列的加热器并具有工作表面;(c)相对夹板,它与该热密封夹板相对地布置;(d)相对轨道,它设置在该相对夹板上并具有工作表面;(e)驱动装置,它用来相对地进给/收回该热密封夹板和相对夹板;(f)加热装置,它在用该热密封条工作表面和该相对轨道工作表面夹住包装材料的同时开动该加热器;以及(g)切刀部分,它包括布置在两个该加热器之间位置上的切刀和弹性的相对切刀;以及
其特征在于,
该相对切刀由保持部分保持,该保持部分设置在该热密封条或该相对轨道的工作表面上,并且该相对切刀从该保持工作表面伸出。
在该本发明优选实施例中,该相对切刀通过与该保持部分配合来进行安装。
在该本发明优选实施例中,该相对切刀从具有人字形截面形状的工作表面伸出。
在该本发明优选实施例中,该相对切刀从具有矩形截面形状的工作表面伸出。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,详细描述本发明模式。在图1、2、3和4中,包括柔性层压材料的管状包装材料10通过对于幅面料形状的包装材料11、12进行弯曲并通过在纵向上密封两个边缘来形成。
包装材料10被连续地向下传送到密封装置处,并在该密封装置内通过处于预先确定间隔的两个密封单元14、15夹持,而且通过横向密封形成密封区段S。在此期间,该液体食物12向上填满包装材料10。两个密封单元14、15具有相对夹板14a、15a以及热密封夹板14b、15b。相对夹板14a、15a与热密封夹板14b、15b相对地布置。
在安装在相对夹板14a、15a前边缘的相对轨道28和安装在热密封夹板14b、15b前边缘的热密封条29中,安装着作为驱动装置的缸体(未表示),该缸体相对地进给和收回(在图3中向右和向左方向)热密封夹板14b、15b和相对夹板14a、15a。
一对由相对夹板14a、15a和热密封夹板14b,15b自由摇摆地支承并且引导包装材料10的成形折片21a、21b,使该包装材料10形成为长方形。
如图3所示,借助于将相对夹板14a和热密封夹板14b从密封开始位置推进到包装材料10,密封单元14就从两侧夹住包装材料10。
密封装置14在夹住包装材料10的情况下向下移动,热密封条29和相对轨道28有力地压迫密封区段S,热密封条29借助于感应加热在包装材料10的铝箔层内产生热,于是横向密封包装材料10。
当密封装置15运动到密封开始位置时,借助于密封单元14的密封结束,而且相对夹板15a和热密封夹板15b提前开始启动。
按照这种方式,在密封和在每个密封区段S中部用切刀部分的切刀切断包装材料10之后,就形成初步的容器。
将初步容器最终形成为所需容器的方法为:传送到成形部分(图中未表示),形成预定形状,以及将折片粘附在容器的顶部和底部。
下文描述使用密封单元14、15的密封方法。
在图1中,在相对轨道28的工作表面和热密封条29工作表面之间呈双片形式的包装材料10被夹住并被横向密封。
第一、第二感应加热器31、32布置在热密封条29与相对轨道28相对的表面内,而且具有预先确定的上下间隔、面对包装材料10并具有凸起的突出部77。第一、第二感应加热器31、32呈管状,并能在加热器内通冷却水。
包装材料10具有层压结构,该结构按照从已形成包装容器内侧到外侧的次序包括聚乙烯层、铝箔层、粘结剂层、纸基层以及聚乙烯层。
包装材料10用相对轨道28和热密封条29夹持住并通过相互向前进给包装材料10来横向密封。
呈双片形式的包装材料10用相对轨道28和热密封条29夹持住,并通过该加热部分的控制器(图中未表示)对于带有凸起的突出部77的第一、第二感应加热器31、32施加密封电压来进行加热。
推动包装材料10的第一部分10a最内部聚乙烯层和第二部分10b最内部聚乙烯层并且主要在对应于第一、第二感应加热器31、32的区域内相互熔化。
然后停止给第一、第二感应加热器31、32施加密封电压,并冷却第一、第二感应加热器31、32的相应部分。
包括第一、第二横向密封区段S1、S2的密封区段S在第一部分10a和第二部分10b内形成在对应于第一、第二感应加热器31、32的部分中形成。
用切刀部分50切断密封区段S,从而形成每个容器。该切刀部分包括嵌入相对轨道28的切刀51和嵌入热密封条29的相对切刀53。
相对切刀53由弹性材料例如软橡胶、硬橡胶、合成树脂、合成柔性材料和天然柔性材料制成,并且通过用来保持该相对切刀的保持部分来进行安装。
根据本发明,该相对切刀被保持在热密封条或相对轨道表面上设置的保持部分内。在该实施例中,该相对切刀从具有人字形截面形状的热密封条29的工作表面伸出。
当切刀切断包装材料10(10a和10b)时,由于来自相对轨道28和用于横向密封的热密封条29对于包装材料10的压力,以及由于对应于切刀部分55的包装材料10的相对切刀弹性反压力,内容液体被挤出,因而在相对切刀53近旁的包装材料10a和10b之间不会产生滞留液。
此外,该相对切刀能尽可能多地控制切刀51刀尖的磨耗损坏,这是因为在通过由保持相对切刀的保持部分安装的切刀51切断包装材料10(10a和10b)步骤中,当切刀51刀尖碰撞弹性缓冲材料时,能将冲击保持在最小程度。所以,切刀寿命能得到长时间保护。
此外,该相对切刀借助图2进行详细描述。
图2(A)表示该相对切刀在包装材料10被相对轨道28和热密封条29压迫之前的状态。
图2(B)表示该相对切刀在包装材料10被相对轨道28和热密封条29压下以便横向密封的状态。
在该图中,R1、R2是各自相对切刀从保持部分伸出的长度。与位移长度R1-R2相当的弹性排斥力P如下表示:
P=E×S(R1-R2)/Q
其中:E为弹性模量
S为相对切刀位移部分的横截面
然而,根据如图2所示的本发明另一实施例,相对切刀保持部分的K1部分变得比K2部分小,于是该相对切刀通过配合得以保持。
由于该相对切刀在需要时易于更换,用于更换的劳动和时间能最小化。
此外,本发明不局限于上文提及的实施例,基于本发明精神的各种可能变型均不被排除在本发明范围之外。
例如,如图7所示,由于热密封条29没有突出部,该热密封条的工作表面可能是平坦的。
如图7所示,由于在切刀51切断包装材料10(10a和10b)之后弹性相对切刀的变形能使冲击保持在低等级,切刀51的刀尖得到保护不受磨耗损坏。
热密封法可包括超声波加热、电阻加热以及感应加热。
相对切刀的截面形状包括如图8(A)所示的实施例以及图8(B)所示的实施例,图8(A)实施例中相对切刀从具有矩形截面形状的工作表面伸出,而图8(B)实施例中相对切刀从具有矩形截面形状和倾斜表面的工作表面伸出。
如同上文所述,由于滞留液不会停留在密封部分中,该包装材料是卫生的。
在切断时,防止来自滞留液的内装物漏泄和容器壁污染,因而能适当地形成容器。
而且,由于具有由弹性材料制成的相对切刀,切刀寿命能在长时间内得到保护。
相对切刀通过配合在保持部分内而得以保持。
因此,每个人能方便地装卸该相对切刀。
作为与上文所述实施例相反的实施例,布置在相对轨道工作表面内的保持部分能用来保持相对切刀。
工业实用性
本发明密封装置用于机械包装以及填充容器,该容器包装例如牛奶、软饮料之类的液体食物。

Claims (4)

1.一种密封装置,它包括:
(a)热密封夹板;
(b)热密封条,该热密封条具有两个设置在热密封夹板前边缘内的平行排列的加热器,并具有工作表面;
(c)相对夹板,该相对夹板与热密封夹板相对地布置;
(d)相对轨道,该相对轨道设置在相对夹板上并具有工作表面;
(e)驱动装置,该驱动装置用来相对地推进/收回热密封夹板和相对夹板;
(f)加热装置,该加热装置在通过热密封条工作表面和相对轨道工作表面夹住包装材料的同时开动加热器;以及
(g)切刀部分,该切刀部分包括布置在两个加热器之间位置上的切刀和弹性的相对切刀;
其特征在于,
相对切刀由保持部分保持,保持部分设置在热密封条或相对轨道的工作表面上,并且相对切刀从保持工作表面伸出。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,相对切刀通过与保持部分配合来进行安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,相对切刀从具有人字形截面形状的工作表面伸出。
4.如权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,相对切刀从具有矩形截面形状的工作表面伸出。
