Abstract

一种连接阀件和阀杆的旋转接头。把阀杆的端部插进阀件的中心凹孔,端部有一切削的槽。把一个环放在这槽里靠着槽的一端的一个台肩上。把凹孔的壁向里锻压,与环接触。为了使接头可靠而同时保持设计简化,本发明的环是弹性环的形式,有圆的径向截面,台肩有圆角,形状基本和弹性止动环的外圆表面一致。

Description

阀件和阀杆之间的旋转接头
本发明有关一种连接阀件与阀杆的旋转接头,阀杆在插在阀件中心凹孔里的端部上有一个环,位于通过在杆上加工一个环形槽而形成的台肩上,把凹孔的壁向里锻压,固定环的位置。
这种连接阀件的方式,在德国实用新型专利第1,956,491号中已经提出过。该专利中用一个环固定阀件。环由两个有半圆形截面的部份组成,有一个共同的孔。由于两个半环的止动作用,在它们的分别相对于阀杆和阀件台肩的径向表面上特别强,为了保证有相当大的止动力,便要求有很宽的端部表面和台肩,而由于要加工匹配的槽,这种安排便使杆的强度有很大下降。并且,由于槽和台肩之间的过渡区是直角形,在切口处的应变集中便减低了杆端的强度,因而造成杆的断裂,使阀件脱开。假如在过渡区做成圆角(或让填fillered),结果便缩小了台肩的负荷支承面,为了产生必要的止动力,甚至要将减弱杆的强度的槽加工得更大。最后一点要考虑的是生产这种设计中所用的两个半环相对比较复杂。
本发明的一个目的,是设计一种连接阀件的方法,不仅简单而且可保证有高可靠性的接头。
以上面提到的设计作为起点,本发明的目的取得,是通过设计一种有已知形式的止动环,这种环有圆形截面,环形槽和阀杆台肩之间的过渡是圆角的,形状一般和弹性止动环的表面一致。
本发明所提出的设计是同类型中的首创,因为利用的是弹性止动环的某些互相配合的特点,止动环的形式是用高抗张强度弹簧钢制的大批生产另件。因此有相应的高额定剪负荷。此外,这种弹性止动环保证了两种有必要的硬度差异的材料相互接触,所以可防止杆卡在圆锥形处。弹性止动环的截面形状可使设计者设计出环形槽和阀杆台肩之间的圆角过渡区。因止切口应变集中可以减低,切槽的直径可相对较大,因此比过去提出的设计有较低的拉应变,压应变和扭转应变。阀件接头的组装简单而迅速。
现根据一种所示方案详细叙述本发明。图示一个截流阀部份的局部剖视,其中阀件按本发明的方法连接。
阀件1有一个凹孔容放一根阀杆2的端部。凹孔的上部由阀件1的壁3形成,壁3不用切削而用锻模挤压形成,也就是无切屑加工。
阀杆2上有切削的槽,形成圆角的台肩4。台肩4的圆角侧和装在上面的弹性止动环5的表面配合。
为了将阀件连接,将弹性止动环5从阀杆2的下端,卡进阀杆上的槽内,使止动环达到接触台肩4的位置。这时阀杆2带着止动环5插进阀件1的中心凹孔。然后用滚压的方法把凹孔的壁部3向里挤压,便产生了所需要的旋转接头。

1、一种把阀,特别是截流阀中的阀件与阀杆连接的旋转接头,包括有安放在阀杆一个端部上的槽里的环,上述环接触上述阀杆的台肩,上述阀杆端插在阀件的中心凹孔里,将上述由一个壁形成的凹孔向里锻压,接触上述环,其特征是上述环是一个弹性止动环,有圆形的径向截面,上述台肩有圆角,和与它接触的环的外表面有基本一致的形状。
