技术领域
本发明涉及用于同轴连接光缆的装置,包括一个套管接受器和一个用于接受套管接受器的接合器外壳。
背景技术
公知光缆通过接合器同轴连接。所要连接的光缆端带有由接合器接受的插接连接器。插接连接器带有高精度加工的金属环,将该金属环这样导入相应接合器的套管内,使它们的端面接触。套管支承在套管接受器内。为接受插接连接器套管接受器例如两端带有定位钩。接合器外壳的外形根据公知安装口形成的几何形状确定。公知为便于加工和安装接合器外壳分体构成,优选带有两个相同的半壳。为防止两个半壳之间可能形成间隙,例如将它们焊接。
US 5,317,663公开了一种用于接受分体套管接受器的接合器外壳,其中,接合器外壳包括一个基体和一个作为盖构成的外壳壁。在接合器外壳的基体内加工槽,槽内可装入在套管接受器上构成的互补的弹簧。在此方面,连接缝的偏移有益于接合器的稳定。然而,这种实施方式为制造基体和盖需要至少两个不同的工具。
日本专利申请JP2000266963公开了一种整体的接合器外壳,外壳内可装入整体的套管接受器。套管接受器带有在接合器外壳上互补的缺口内定位的定位凸缘。接合器外壳上的缺口可成本低廉地制造。但缺点是接合器外壳在插接连接器的接触区域内薄弱以及灰尘容易进入。
发明内容
本发明目的因此以该技术问题为基础,提供一种用于同轴连接光缆的装置,包括接合器外壳和套管接受器,该装置在部件数量较少的情况下具有很高的稳定性。
本发明提出了一种用于同轴连接光缆的装置,包括整体的接合器外壳和整体的套管接受器,其中,套管接受器带有两个定位凸缘,接合器外壳带有两个与定位凸缘互补的定位接受件,,每个定位接受件包括两个挡块和一个定位钩,该定位钩设置在两个挡块之间,凸缘设置在两个相对外壳壁的外侧上,其特征在于,所述定位接受件设置在相对的外壳壁上,所述挡块邻接所述带凸缘的两个相对的外壳壁。
整体的套管接受器可在整体的接合器外壳内定位,其中,定位接受件带有至少一个定位钩和至少一个挡块。带有各自整体构成的接合器外壳和套管接受器的接合器与分体构成的接合器相比具有更高的稳定性。通过接合器外壳的整体实施方式,防止两个半壳的接触部位中可能形成间隙。接合器外壳可以在唯一的一个工具内成型。为将套管接受器卡槽固定在接合器外壳内,无需止动部件或者类似的附加部件。为此,卡槽固定适用于自动安装。在接合器外壳上加工出定位接受件无需接合器外壳上的缺口便可实现。
在一优选实施方式中,定位接受件的挡块和定位钩无切口。由此可以成本低廉地构成工具以及无需专用工具便可精加工接触面。
在其他构成中,定位钩带有作为安装辅助手段的斜面。角度可与定位接受件所要求的支承力相应以及根据组装过程中允许的最大力适当选择。
在另一实施方式中,每个定位凸缘的定位接受件包括两个挡块以及一个定位钩,其中,定位钩设置在挡块之间。这种设置可以稳定地夹紧套管接受器的定位凸缘。也可以设想通过包括两个定位钩以及一个居中挡块的构成实现防翻倒稳定夹紧定位凸缘。但从加工技术考虑,优选带有两个挡块和一个定位钩的实施方式。
在另一实施方式中,卡槽固定带有在相对的外壳壁上的两个定位接受件。带有两个定位接受件的实施方式可以稳定连接。为将套管接受器安装在接合器外壳内,为克服突起的定位钩几何形状需要外壳暂时变形。在此方面有利的是,外壳在该部位上具有更小的材料堆集。通常为在两个相对的外壳壁外侧的端板上连接,外壳带有凸缘,从而在该实施方式中优选在另外两个外壳壁的内侧上加工定位接受件。
对于特定应用来说,需要例如作为防激光射出的防护装置使用的连接片。为防止接合器由于安装口确定形成的外部尺寸变化,可以通过附加的内置卡槽固定将可能的连接片连接在接合器外壳上。套管接受器在两个相对外壳壁上定位接受件的构成,可以构成另外两个外壳壁上的附加卡槽固定。在此方面,连接件卡槽固定的加工不妨碍套管接受器定位接受件的加工。

图1示意示出用于同轴连接光缆的接合器1。接合器1包括接合器外壳10,外壳内支承被覆盖的套管接受器20。光缆的末端带有插接连接器30,可由接合器1内被覆盖的套管接受器20的两个连接侧上接受。接合器外壳10带有槽11。为使插接连接器30在接合器1内有效定向或定位,插接连接器30带有与此互补的弹簧31。
图2示出套管接受器20的透视图。套管接受器20带有定位凸缘21、轴向孔23和垫片24。定位凸缘21为卡槽固定的一部分,用于将套管接受器20在图1中所示的接合器外壳10内定位。定位凸缘21的横截面优选矩形构成。由此既加工简单也能使相关的定位固定承受高负荷。定位钩22用于接受图1中示出的插接连接器30。为通过定位钩22接受插接连接器30,定位钩22需要移动。套管接受器20因此这样支承在图2中未示出的接合器外壳10内,使其不妨碍这种移动并使插接连接器30可由定位钩22接受。此外,需要套管接受器20在接合器外壳10内有效地侧导向。为此目的,套管接受器20上具有垫片24。两个通过接合器1连接的插接连接器30的接触部位处于一未示出的套管内,该套管可装入套管接受器20的孔23内。在此方面,套管的材料可相应于对连接质量提出的要求来选择。
