Abstract

相关技术描述
在最大的饮料商业流通中,饮料是被包装在由各种材料制成的不同尺寸的容器中的。大多数包装操作中,容器通常都处在容器开口朝向直上或直下的直立位置,其沿输送系统一站一站地移动,完成各种不同的操作,诸如灌装、加盖、贴标签、密封等。
在饮料工业对容器灌装饮料的过程中,输送系统常使用润滑剂。对这些润滑剂有许多所希望的不同特性。例如,润滑剂的润滑性能应达到系统可接受的水平。对由如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的塑料制作的容器,润滑剂不应造成环境应力开裂(塑料聚合物处于张力下时出现的细裂纹及龟裂)。还希望润滑剂的粘度允许使用工业常规泵或涂布设备进行涂布,诸如用喷雾器、辊涂机、湿床涂布机等。
同样重要地是,润滑剂要与饮料匹配,以使在润滑剂与输送机系统上溢溅的饮料偶然接触时,润滑剂不会形成固体沉积物。这一点之所以重要,是因为输送机系统上沉积物的形成可能改变系统的润滑性能,且可能需要停机,以方便清洗。不幸地是,许多目前使用的润滑剂都含有可与例如充了碳酸气的饮料反应而形成这种沉积物的成分。
发明概述
本发明一方面提供了一种饮料容器或一种用于饮料容器的输送机,其表面至少部分被涂上了一层已在200℃以下热固化的或已辐射固化的涂料,从而该固化的涂料在容器或输送机表面上形成了润滑剂层。
本发明还提供了一种用于润滑饮料容器的方法,包括对饮料容器的至少部分表面涂布一种可热或辐射固化的涂料,并在200℃以下热固化该涂料或辐射固化该涂料,以在容器表面上提供润滑剂层。
本发明还提供了一种对用于传送饮料容器的输送机系统进行润滑的方法,包括对输送机至少部分输送表面涂布一种可热或辐射固化的涂料,然后在200℃以下热固化该涂料,或辐射固化该涂料,以在输送表面上提供润滑剂层。

本发明还提供了用于容器或输送机的可热或辐射固化的润滑组合物,其包括能在200℃以下热固化或辐射固化的成膜剂、热引发剂或光引发剂、和至少3重量%的含氟聚合物的润滑微粒。
用于本发明的组合物的涂布量可较少,而且不必大量用水在线稀释。本发明的组合物提供了干润滑薄膜。与水稀释的润滑剂不同,本发明润滑剂构成对输送机和容器的干式润滑,输送机路线和工作区更清洁及更干燥,而且润滑剂用量减少,从而减少了废料、清扫和处理的问题。通过以下详细描述,本发明的进一步特点及优点会变得更为明显。

优选实施方案的详细描述
本发明涉及一种润滑涂料,其可赋予饮料容器或饮料容器输送机表面良好的润滑性能,因此能使容器正确沿输送机系统移动。该涂料是由热或辐射诱导固化的方法形成的。所得涂料固化后触摸感觉是干的,而且是较不溶于水的(即固化后的涂料在暴露于水时,不会被冲走)。只要需要,可使这种涂料按需要再涂于输送机路线上,以补偿涂料的磨损。这种润滑剂组合物不需用大量的水在线稀释;即可不经稀释或经较适度稀释地对其进行涂布,如水∶润滑剂约为1∶1-5∶1。相反,涂布常规水稀释的润滑剂时,要用大量的水,其稀释比约100∶1-500∶1。可以对整个容器或输送机进行涂布或处理,但通常优选的是,只对容器或输送机(或容器及输送机两者)彼此接触的那些部分进行涂布。在固化之前,这种润滑剂涂层优选基本不滴落;即优选使大多数润滑剂保持在容器或输送机上,接着涂布,直至润滑剂涂层被固化。

成膜剂可以单独使用,只要它固化时可提供充分润滑的表面。但是,一般成膜剂应与可使固化的润滑涂料具备润滑性能的液体、半固体或固体润滑剂相结合。本发明可采用各种润滑剂。该润滑剂应能在输送机及容器表面之间提供降低了的润滑性,而不会相反地影响所要求的润滑组合物的热或辐射固化性能。优选的润滑剂包括固体材料,如二硫化钼、氮化硼、石墨、二氧化硅微粒、硅氧烷树胶及微粒、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粒、氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物(FEP)、全氟烷氧基树脂(PFA)、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯交替共聚物(ECTFE)、聚(偏氟乙烯)(PVDF)、蜡和其混合物。也可采用脂肪酸、磷酸酯及其混合物。含氟聚合物如PTFE的润滑剂是尤其优选的。优选的工业或实验上可获得的润滑剂包括:EVERGLIDETM及ULTRAGLIDETM系列的超微粉碎的蜡粉、分散体及乳液,诸如EVERGLIDE UV-636(乳化在三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的25%的巴西棕榈蜡)、EVERGLIDE UV-231D(分散在三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的35%的氟乙烯蜡)、ULTRAGLIDE UV-701(分散在三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的40%的PTFE)及ULTRAGLIDE UV-801(在硬脂酸十三烷酯中的35%的PTFE),所有均由Shamrock Technologies,Inc.市场供应;及MICROSPERSIONTM,POLYFLUOTM及SYNFLUOTM系列的超微粉碎的蜡,诸如MICROSPERSION 190-50聚乙烯蜡及PTFE的50%水分散体及POLYFLUO 190超微粉碎的碳氟化合物,所有均由Micro Powders Inc.市场供应。润滑剂的优选用量为至少约1重量%,更优选约3-50重量%,最优选约5-30重量%,按最终固化涂料中的润滑剂重量计(不算任何载体或溶剂,它们可能已被用于分散或溶解润滑剂)。
如果润滑剂组合物是热可固化的,则它任选(及优选)可包括至少一种热引发剂或催化剂,以促进成膜剂的聚合或交联。可以采用各种热引发剂或催化剂。适宜的热引发剂或催化剂的实例包括过氧化物,诸如过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二枯基及过苯甲酸叔丁酯;及偶氮化合物,诸如2,2’-偶氮二异丁腈、1,1’-偶氮双(1-环己烷腈)及2,2’-偶氮双(异丁酰胺)二水合物。所应采用的热引发剂或催化剂的用量部分随引发剂或催化剂的效率及润滑涂层的厚度而定。优选地是,该热引发剂或催化剂的量为涂料的约0.01-15重量%,更优选为约0.5-10重量%。
如果润滑剂组合物是辐射可固化的,则它任选(和优选)可包括至少一种光引发剂,以促进成膜剂的聚合或交联。可以采用各种光引发剂。在暴露于200-1200nm的光谱(如紫外、可见光和红外辐射)的某些部分的辐射时,能变成有活性的光引发剂是优选的,更优选的是那些在250-850nm的光谱的某些部分的辐照中能变为有活性的光引发剂。适宜的可见光及UV诱导的光引发剂的实例包括偶苯酰、安息香、偶姻、偶姻醚,及酮如2-甲基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-吗啉代丙-1-酮(由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以IRGACURETM 907市场供应)、2,2-二甲氧-2-苯基苯乙酮(由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以IRGACURETM651市场供应)、2-苄基-2-N,N-二甲基氨基-1-(4-吗啉代苯基)-1-丁酮(由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以IRGACURETM 369市场供应)及1-羟基环己基苯基酮(由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以IRGACURETM 184市场供应)。还可用敏化及未敏化的二芳基碘盐及三芳基锍盐;铁-芳烃络合物,如(n 5-2,4-环戊二烯-1-基[(1,2,3,4,5,6-n)-(1-甲基乙基)苯]-铁(+)-六氟磷酸酯(-1)(由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以IRGACURETM 261市场供应);及基于硫醇与烯属的双键如正-戊基硫醇反应的硫羟-烯体系。该光引发剂可以单独使用或与适宜的促进剂(如胺或过氧化物)或与适宜的敏化剂(如酮或α-二酮化合物如樟脑醌)结合在一起使用。所应采用的光引发剂的用量,部分随光引发剂及能源的效率和其它特征以及润滑剂涂层的厚度而定。优选地是,光引发剂的量为涂料的约0.01-10重量%,更优选为约0.5-5重量%。
该润滑剂组合物可包括其它的组分,以提供所需的性能。例如,该润滑剂组合物可含一些助剂,如抗微生物剂、着色剂、泡沫抑制剂或发泡剂、增塑剂、粘接促进剂、断裂抑制剂(如PET应力开裂抑制剂)、粘度改进剂、溶剂、抗氧化剂、涂料助剂、抗静电剂以及表面活性剂。这些其它组分的数量及类型,对本领域技术人员都是显而易见的。对于涂布涉及塑料容器时,应该小心,以在进行以下所列PET应力开裂试验装置的评价时,避免使用可能促使塑料容器环境应力开裂的那些组分或杂质。
在涂布涉及塑料容器时,该润滑剂组合物优选总碱度等于约100ppm以下的CaCO3,更优选约50ppm以下的CaCO3,最优选约30ppm以下的CaCO3,按水及废水检验的标准方法测定,见水与废水检验标准方法,第十八版,2320节,碱度。
可以对各种类型的输送机及输送机部件涂布该润滑剂组合物。支撑、导向或移动容器以及因此优选涂有该润滑剂组合的输送机部件包括传送带、链条、出入口、滑槽、传感器及具有由织物、金属、塑料、复合材料或这些材料组合构成的表面的坡道。
也可将润滑剂组合物涂布于各种容器上,包括饮料容器;食物容器;家用或工业用的清洗产品的容器;及油类、防冻剂或其它工业流体的容器。这些容器可以是用各种材料制成的,包括玻璃;塑料(如、聚烯烃如聚乙烯及聚丙烯;聚苯乙烯;聚酯如PET及聚萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN);聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯;及其混合物或共聚物);金属(如、铝、锡或钢);纸(如、未处理的、处理过的、上过蜡的或其它经涂布的纸);陶瓷;及由两种或更多种这些材料的层压制品或复合材料(如PET、PEN或其混合物与另一塑料材料的层压制品)。这些容器可以具有各种尺寸及形式,包括纸箱(如上蜡纸箱或TETRAPACKTM盒)、罐、瓶子等等。尽管容器任何所需部分均可涂上该润滑剂组合物,但优选地是将润滑剂组合物仅涂布于容器要与输送机或其它容器接触的部分上。优选地是,不把润滑剂组合物涂于容易应力开裂的热塑性容器部分上。在本发明一个优选实施方案中,对吹制成型的带脚的PET容器,将该润滑剂组合物涂布于其结晶的底脚部分上(或涂于与此底脚部分接触的输送机的一个或多个部分上),而不把大量润滑剂组合物涂至该容器的无定形中心底座部分上。此外,优选地是不将该润滑剂组合物涂布于以后可能被用户握住的容器部分上,或如果这样涂布,优选地是在装运及销售容器之前从这些部分上将其除去。对于一些这样的涂布,优选地是将润滑剂组合物涂布于输送机上,而不涂在容器上,以便限制在实际利用中容器后来变滑的程度。
在涂布时,该润滑剂组合物可以是液体或半固体的。优选地是,该润滑剂组合物是液体,其粘度应允许泵送及易于对输送机或容器进行涂布,而且不论输送机是否移动,它都要有利于快速成膜及固化。该润滑剂组合物可以配方成能显示出剪切变稀或其它假塑性性能,其表现为不静止时显示高粘度(如不滴落性能),受剪切应力时,如采用泵送、喷涂或刷涂该润滑剂组合物所构成剪切应力时,粘度又非常低。这种性能可以通过例如在润滑剂组合物中包括适当类型及数量的触变性填料(如处理过或未处理的热解法二氧化硅)或其它流变调节剂来获得。可以通过连续或间歇的方式涂布该润滑剂涂料。优选以间歇方式涂布润滑剂涂料,以使润滑剂组合物的涂布量减到最少。例如,可以涂布润滑剂组合物一段时间,在这段时间中使输送机运行至少一个完整循环并接着原位固化。然后停止涂布润滑剂组合物一段时间(如几分钟或几小时),然后又重新开始另一时间段(如一个或多个另外的输送机循环)。固化的润滑涂层应足够厚,以达到所需润滑程度,也应足够薄,以达到经济操作和阻止形成液滴。该润滑剂涂层厚度优选保持至少约0.0001毫米,更优选约0.001-2毫米,最优选约0.005-0.5毫米。
可以用任何适用技术包括喷涂、擦抹、刷涂、滴涂、辊涂及其它涂成薄膜的方法进行该润滑剂组合物的涂布。如果需要,可采用按涂布常规含水输送机润滑剂而设计的喷雾设备,涂布该润滑剂组合物,并按要求加以改进,使之适合本发明所用润滑剂组合物的特征,做到涂布速率基本较低和优选涂布时涂料不滴落。例如,可用较小的喷嘴或刷子替换常规饮料容器润滑线路的喷嘴,或可以改变计量泵,以降低计量速率。
如果润滑剂组合物是热可固化的,则可用各种可产生足够热量的能源,使其固化,以引发和促进润滑剂涂层的硬化,同时保持在上述热固化温度的范围内。适宜的能源包括常规加热器、红外辐射源和微波能源。
如果润滑剂组合物是辐射可固化的,则可采用可诱导光化学反应并由此使成膜剂变硬的各种能源来使其固化,包括采用紫外光辐射、可见光、红外辐射、X-射线、γ-射线和电子束。优选的能源包括汞蒸汽弧光灯、荧光灯、卤化钨灯、可见光激光器和红外线灯。
例如,可将容器传送穿过一个涂料站,对容器底部涂上感光性溶液,使该溶液曝光,固化该润滑剂涂层,而使容器底部涂上UV固化的固体润滑剂涂料。曝光可通过将固化能量发射穿越传送带从容器下面来完成。在这种情况下,该传送带对所需波长的固化能量应足够透明,以有效进行固化。此外,可从容器上方或从其一个或多个侧面对涂布容器进行曝光。在这种情况下,该容器对所需波长的固化能量应足够透明,以有效进行固化。
如果需要,可采用转盘摩擦检测法(Rotating Disc FrictionalTest)和PET应力开裂检测法(PET Stress Crack Test),对润滑剂组合物进行评价。
转盘摩擦检测法
可通过对各种安放在旋转聚缩醛圆盘上的称重的圆筒的阻力(摩擦力)进行测定,来评价润滑性。该圆盘可以未被涂上或涂上了测试润滑组合物的固化样品。该圆筒可由玻璃、铝或PET制成,各自重量为88.8克、125.9克和135.5克。采用经柔性细丝与该圆筒连接的固体传感器来确定阻力。计算相对摩擦系数(Rel COF)值的公式为:Rel COF=COF(样品)/COF(无涂层的)=阻力(样品)/阻力(无涂层的)。Rel COF值小于1,表示被测试材料起到了润滑组合物的作用,数值越低表示润滑性越好。
PET应力开裂检测法
在标准的2升PET饮料瓶(由Constar International市场供应)中装入1850克的冷却水、31.0克的碳酸氢钠和31.0克的柠檬酸。盖住装料瓶,用去离子水冲洗,并将其放在清洁纸巾上过夜。将12个瓶子的底部浸在盛有200g未稀释的润滑油样品的125×65毫米石英盘中,接着用适当能源固化,放入一个箱中,在37.8℃及90%相对湿度环境室内存放14天。从室内取出瓶子,观察底部细裂纹、皱摺及龟裂模式。将这些老化的瓶子暴露于随后制备的标准水稀释润滑剂(LUBODRIVETM RX,由Ecolab市场供应)的12个对照瓶进行比较。用混合器使1.7重量%的LUBODRIVE润滑剂(在水中含43ppmCaCO3的碱度)的溶液发泡几分钟。将这些泡沫转移至一个衬壁箱中,使对照瓶浸泡于该泡沫中。按以上所述在该环境室中老化这些瓶子。
通过对下述实施例的评述,可更好理解本发明。这些实施例只是为了说明的目的,并非用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
UV-固化的润滑涂料
取2份CN981 B88丙烯酸酯混合物(氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯及二丙烯酸1,6己二醇酯,由Sartomer,Inc.市场供应)、4份ULTRAGLIDEUV-701蜡分散体(40%PTFE分散在三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯,由ShamrockTechnologies,Inc.市场供应)、0.3份IRGACURE 907光引发剂(2-甲基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-吗啉代丙-1-酮,由Ciba SpecialtyChemicals市场供应)及14份异丙醇,充分加以混合。除去异丙醇,所得润滑组合物在光固化的成膜剂中含有25.4重量%的PTFE微粒。采用转盘摩擦检测法,通过擦抹聚缩醛圆盘上的该组合物,用氙脉冲的UV固化装置Model RC-600(由Xenon Corp.市场供应),在氮气气氛下干燥该组合物,并使之光固化60秒,对这种润滑组合物进行评价。在对照运行中,将市场可提供的三种常规含水输送机润滑剂用软化水稀释至0.25重量%,并涂布于无涂层的旋转圆盘上。获得的相对COF值如下:

实施例2
UV-固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例1的方法,取42.86份VIATKIN VTE 6165芳族氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯树脂(由Vianova Resins GmbH & Co.KG市场供应)、10份MICROSPERSION 190-15050%的聚乙烯蜡与PTFE的水分散体(由Micro Powders Inc.市场供应)、1.57份IRGACURE 500光引发剂(由Ciba Speciality Chemicals市场供应)、0.1份PI-35TM消泡剂(由Ultra Additives,Inc.市场供应)、0.05份FC-120TM氟化润湿剂(由3M市场供应)和53.32份去离子水,加以充分混合。除去去离子水,所得润滑组合物在水性光固化成膜剂中含有总计10重量%的聚乙烯蜡和PTFE微粒。采用如实施例1中的旋转圆盘摩擦检测法评价该润滑组合物。在玻璃、铝和PET上获得的相对COF值分别为0.73、0.64和0.59。此实施例说明实施例2的干膜润滑剂组合物在所有三种基底上都可作为润滑剂,在玻璃和PET上具有的性能比三种对照的水稀释润滑剂中的两种更好。
实施例3
UV-固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例1的方法,取1.86份VIATKIN VTE 6161聚酯氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯树脂(由Vianova Resins GmbH & Co.KG市场供应)、53.32份POLYFLUOTM 190超微粉碎的碳氟化合物(由Micro Powders Inc市场供应)、4份IRGACURE 500光引发剂(由Ciba SpecialtyChemicals市场供应)和80份丙酮,加以充分混合。除去丙酮,所得润滑组合物在溶剂型可光固化的成膜剂中含有37重量%的碳氟化合物微粒。采用如实施例1中的旋转圆盘摩擦检测法评价该润滑组合物。在玻璃、铝和PET上获得的相对COF值分别为0.84、0.76和0.74。该实施例说明实施例3的干膜润滑剂组合物在所有三种基底上都可作为润滑剂,并在玻璃上具有比三种对照的水稀释润滑剂中的两种更好的性能。
实施例4
UV-固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例2的方法,取10份NANOFLON AQ-60 60%的PTFE微粒的水分散体系(Shamrock Technologies,Inc.市场供应)代替实施例2中所用的MICROSPERSION 190-150PTFE分散体,制备润滑组合物。除去去离子水,所得润滑组合物在水性可光固化的成膜剂中含有11.9重量%的PTFE微粒。采用如实施例1中的旋转圆盘摩擦检测法评价该润滑组合物。在玻璃、铝和PET上获得的相对COF值分别为0.88、0.86和0.79。该实施例说明实施例4的干膜润滑剂组合物在所有三种基底上都可用作润滑剂,在玻璃上具有的性能比三种对照的水稀释润滑剂中的一种更好,与其它对照的水稀释润滑剂中的一种的性能相同。
实施例5
UV-固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例4的方法,取53.32份ULTRAGLIDE UV-701蜡分散体代替实施例2中所用的POLYFLUOTM 190超微粉碎的碳氟化合物,制备润滑组合物。除去丙酮,所得润滑组合物在溶剂型光可固化的成膜剂中含有14.8重量%的PTFE微粒。采用如实施例1中的旋转圆盘摩擦检测法评价该润滑组合物。在玻璃、铝和PET上获得的相对C0F值分别为1.16、1.00和0.91。该实施例说明实施例5的干膜润滑剂组合物在PET上可用作润滑剂。
实施例6
UV-固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例1的方法,取5份CN981 B88丙烯酸酯混合物、20份EVERGLIDE UV-636在三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的25%巴西棕榈蜡的乳液(Shamrock Technologies,Inc.市场供应)、1.25份IRGACURE 907光引发剂和0.125份异丙基噻吨酮(Ciba Specialty Chemicals市场供应),加以充分混合。所得润滑组合物在可光固化的成膜剂中含有18.3重量%的巴西棕榈蜡。
实施例7
热固化的润滑涂料
采用实施例1的方法,取5份CN981 B88丙烯酸酯混合物、20份EVERGLIDE UV-636巴西棕榈蜡乳液和1.5份LUPERSOLTM 757(叔-戊过氧基-2-乙基-己酸酯,由ATOCHEM市场供应),加以充分混合。所得润滑组合物在热可固化的成膜剂中含有18.9重量%的巴西棕榈蜡。
对于本领域技术人员而言,对本发明的各种改进和修改是显而易见的,其不会偏离本发明的范围和精神,且皆在下面的权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (30)
1.一种塑料饮料容器,其表面被至少部分地涂上了一种已在200℃以下热固化的或已辐射固化的涂料,从而该固化的涂料在容器的表面上形成润滑剂层;
其中该涂料包括选自氨基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、三聚氰胺和其混合物或共聚物的成膜剂,和选自二硫化钼、氮化硼、石墨、二氧化硅微粒、硅氧烷树胶及微粒、聚四氟乙烯微粒、氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯交替共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯、蜡、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和其混合物的润滑剂。
2.按照权利要求1的容器,其中在吹制成型的带脚的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯容器的一个或多个底脚部分上涂有该涂料。
3.按照权利要求1的容器,其中该涂布表面是通过UV固化的。
4.按照权利要求1的容器,其中该涂料厚度为0.001-2毫米。
5.按照权利要求1的容器、其中该涂料包括50-97重量%的成膜剂和3-50重量%的润滑剂。
6.按照权利要求1的容器、其中该涂料包括70-95重量%的成膜剂和5-30重量%的润滑剂。
7.按照权利要求1的容器、其中该涂料包括水性的UV可固化丙烯酸酯或氨基甲酸酯或其混合物或共聚物,以及包括聚四氟乙烯微粒的润滑剂。
8.按照权利要求1的容器、其中该涂料总碱度等于50ppm以下的CaCO3。
9.一种润滑塑料饮料容器的方法,包括对饮料容器至少部分表面涂布一种热或辐射可固化的涂料,并在200℃以下热固化该涂料或辐射固化该涂料,以在该容器表面上提供润滑剂层;
其中该涂料包括选自氨基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、三聚氰胺和其混合物或共聚物的成膜剂,和选自二硫化钼、氮化硼、石墨、二氧化硅微粒、硅氧烷树胶及微粒、聚四氟乙烯微粒、氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯交替共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯、蜡、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和其混合物的润滑剂。
10.按照权利要求9的方法,其中涂布该涂料不需用大量水进行在线稀释。
11.按照权利要求9的方法,其中将固化能量发射穿越传送带,从容器下面对该涂料进行辐射固化。
12.按照权利要求9的方法,其中该固化的涂料厚度为0.005-0.5毫米。
13.按照权利要求9的方法,其中在固化之前该涂料是不滴落的。
14.按照权利要求9的方法,其中将该涂料涂布于吹制成型的带脚的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯容器的一个或多个底脚部分上。
15.按照权利要求9的方法、其中该涂料包含水性的UV可固化丙烯酸酯或氨基甲酸酯或其混合物或共聚物,以及包括聚四氟乙烯微粒的润滑剂。
16.按照权利要求9的方法、其中该涂料总碱度等于30ppm以下的CaCO3。
17.一种用于对传送塑料饮料容器的输送机系统进行润滑的方法,包括对输送机的至少部分输送表面涂布一种热或辐射可固化涂料,接着在200℃以下热固化该涂料或辐射固化该涂料,以在输送表面上提供润滑剂层;
其中该涂料包括选自氨基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、三聚氰胺和其混合物或共聚物的成膜剂,和选自二硫化钼、氮化硼、石墨、二氧化硅微粒、硅氧烷树胶及微粒、聚四氟乙烯微粒、氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯交替共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯、蜡、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和其混合物的润滑剂。
18.按照权利要求17的方法,其中该涂料在120℃以下被热固化或辐射固化,以及该涂布的输送表面包括聚缩醛。
19.按照权利要求17的方法,其中该涂料是被UV-固化的。
20.按照权利要求17的方法,其中该固化的涂料厚度为0.001-2毫米。
21.按照权利要求17的方法,其中在固化之前该涂料是不滴落的。
22.按照权利要求17的方法、其中该涂料包含水性的UV可固化的丙烯酸酯或氨基甲酸酯或其混合物或共聚物,以及包括聚四氟乙烯微粒的润滑剂。
23.一种用于传送塑料饮料容器的输送机,该输送机具有包括聚缩醛的输送表面,该输送表面至少部分涂布了一种已在200℃以下热固化的或已辐射固化的涂料,从而使该涂料在输送机上形成润滑剂层;
其中该涂料包括选自氨基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、三聚氰胺和其混合物或共聚物的成膜剂,以及选自二硫化钼、氮化硼、石墨、二氧化硅微粒、硅氧烷树胶和微粒、聚四氟乙烯微粒、氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯交替共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯、蜡、脂肪酸、磷酸酯和其混合物的润滑剂。
24.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂料已在120℃以下被热固化。
25.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂布的表面是UV固化的。
26.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂料的厚度为0.001-2毫米。
27.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂料包含水性UV可固化的丙烯酸酯或氨基甲酸酯或其混合物或共聚物,以及包括聚四氟乙烯颗粒的润滑剂。
28.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂料总碱度等于30ppm以下的CaCO3。
29.按照权利要求23的输送机,其中该涂料包括50-97重量%的成膜剂和3-50重量%的润滑剂。
