Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科疾病的药物，是由柴胡、当归、香附、延胡索、昆布、海藻、党参等为原料，粉碎后混合均匀制成胶囊剂。本发明的药物标本兼治，药效迅速，可用于妇女由于气滞血瘀、寒湿凝结、痰阻食积等原因所致的癥瘕痞块、月经不调、痛经、闭经、乳癖等各种妇科病症，也可适用于治疗疝痛。

本发明涉及一种药物，具体是涉及一种治疗妇科疾病的中药制剂及该药物的制备方法。
背景技术
人体以脏腑、经络为本，以气血为用。男女脏腑、经络、气血活动基本相同，但女性在生理上有月经、胎孕、产育和哺乳等，上述不同点构成了女性的生理特点，同时也决定了女性病变的特异性：经、带、胎、产皆可为病。妇女以血为主，血赖气行，由于妇女生理上数伤于血，以至气分偏胜，所谓气有余而血不足，因此妇科疾病以血证最为常见，诸如痛经、闭经、月经过多，崩漏等，这类疾病往往以出血、疼痛、炎症反应为临床表观。尤其是女性的月经与肝的疏泄功能密切相关，若肝气郁结可发生月经不调，症见周期长、经量少，并伴少腹胀痛，甚至发生痛经、闭经、不孕等病。祖国医学认为，妇科疾病属于内因痰湿，外因风寒，肝郁气滞，寒滞带下，多由气血内郁，气机不畅，气虚血瘀所致。因此，在治疗妇科疾病中既要消除原发致病原因(炎症等)，又需对症治疗(出血、疼痛、经期不调等)。
目前，用于治疗妇科疾病的西药主要为非甾体类抗炎药物，不仅毒副作用大，而且难以完全根治，容易反复，治疗疗程长。治疗妇科疾病的中药品种也很多，这些中药制剂可以根据不同人不同病因进行治疗，有的收到了较好的疗效。但这些药物也存在着治疗单一，疗效慢，治愈率较低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适合于治疗妇科疾病的中药药物，该药物标本兼治，药效迅速，治疗效果好。
中医学理论认为，寒当温，痰当除，结当散，滞当通，气当理，故治疗妇科疾病时应舒肝理气止痛，行气活血通络，消积。
基于上述治疗原则，本发明的药物是由下述重量份数的原料药制备得到的：
柴胡 3～10 当归 3～10
香附 3～10 檀香 3～9
乌药 3～9 青皮 3～9
姜黄 3～9 昆布 3～9
海藻 3～9 荔核 3～9
桔核 3～9 延胡索 3～9
小茴香 1～6 吴茱萸 3～10
阿魏 1～2 党参 3～12。
上述药物可以制成药剂学上的任何一种剂型，如片剂、丸剂、散剂、胶囊剂等，本发明优选的剂型是胶囊剂。具体的制备方法是：
将上述各种中药分别粉碎成80～100目的细粉，按照上述重量份数混合均匀，装入胶囊中，灭菌消毒制得胶囊剂产品。
本发明组方中，柴胡舒肝解郁，散结调经；当归补血和血，活血止痛；香附理气解郁利三焦，活血调经止痛；檀香理气散寒，止痛开胃；乌药顺气温通，散寒止痛，治疗妇女气滞血瘀、痛症；青皮舒肝破气，散积化滞，止痛；姜黄破血行气，用于血瘀阻滞；昆布、海藻清热软坚，消痰结积聚；荔核、桔核理气散结止痛，入厥阴经，可治疝痛；延胡索活血理气止痛，可治诸痛；吴茱萸性辛温，温中止痛，疏肝暖脾，解厥阴之滞，消阴寒之气；阿魏消痞去积，散癥瘕；党参固元，补中益气。诸药配伍，舒肝理气止痛，行气活血通络，消积，可用于妇女由于气滞血瘀、寒湿凝结、痰阻食积等原因所致的癥瘕痞块、月经不调、痛经、闭经、乳癖等各种妇科病症，也可适用于治疗疝痛。
为表明本发明药物的治疗效果，选择98例患者进行临床疗效观察。
其中，30名妇女患有积聚症，症见乳房肿块，或痛或不痛，胸胁或背部胀痛时间最长5年、最短2个月。服用本发明药物2个月后，21例患者的肿块有明显的缩小或消失，8例患者的症状有所减轻，1例患者无效。
28例妇女腹部有大的积块，触痛或不痛，或积块有游走性，症状腹部胀痛，饮食不佳，体质虚弱。服用本发明药物2个月后，18例患者积块消失，饮食好转，腹部胀痛消失，8例患者胀痛减轻，积块缩小不明显，2例患者无明显改善。
20例妇女为小腹或少腹两侧有块状物，月经不调或经闭，白带多。服用本发明药物1个月后，12例患者积块明显缩小或消失，月经基本正常，7例患者症状有所改善，2例患者无效。
20例妇女症状为肝气郁结，寒气凝滞，经闭，月经不调，行经腹痛，腰痛，或月经有黑色血块，小腹如坐冷水中。服用本发明药物1个月后，13例患者症状消失，月经来潮，6例患者症状明显好转，1例患者无效。

桔核 40g 延胡索 40g
小茴香 20g 吴茱萸 50g
阿魏 10g 党参 60g。
具体生产方法如下：
将上述各种中药分别粉碎成80目的细粉，混合均匀，装入1#胶囊中，灭菌消毒，制得胶囊剂产品。

按下述配比称取原料：
柴胡 100g 当归 100g
香附 100g 檀香 30g
乌药 50g 青皮 50g
姜黄 50g 昆布 50g
海藻 50g 荔核 50g
桔核 50g 延胡索 50g
小茴香 50g 吴茱萸 100g
阿魏 10g 党参 120g。
具体生产方法如下：
将上述各种中药分别粉碎成100目的细粉，混合均匀，装入1#胶囊中，灭菌消毒，制得胶囊剂产品。

桔核 3～9 延胡索 3～9
小茴香 1～6 吴茱萸 3～10
阿魏 1～2 党参 3～12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗妇科疾病的药物，其特征是所述的药剂是胶囊剂。
3.权利要求2所述治疗妇科疾病药物的制备方法，其特征是将上述各种中药分别粉碎成80～100目的细粉，按照上述重量份数混合均匀，装入胶囊中，灭菌消毒制得胶囊剂产品。
