技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗妇科炎症的中药组合物。
背景技术
妇科炎症是女性的常见疾病。妇科炎症感染可发生于下生殖道如外阴炎、阴道炎及宫颈炎；也可侵袭上生殖道即内生殖器引起盆腔炎。妇科炎症的临床症状多表现为“痒”、“湿”、“痛”，即外阴瘙痒、灼热肿痛、白带异常、尿频、尿急、尿痛、下腹坠胀等，导致患者出现精神不振、周身不适、月经不调等症状。炎症不及时治疗，可能导致炎症在各生理部位相互蔓延和交叉感染，使身体长时间处于炎症的侵害环境中，对免疫功能、新陈代谢以及内分泌系统都会产生不良影响，对身体健康危害极大。此外还会带来许多并发症，甚至导致某些部位的恶性病变。一些妇科炎症不仅危害女性本人，而且还会波及家人，若是妊娠女性，还可通过宫内感染、产道感染等环节感染新生儿，造成流产、早产、先天发育畸形、智力低下等严重后果。目前西医多采用抗炎药物、局部灌注、物理疗法及手术等方法治疗。治疗过程中，常常由于患者用药不规范，治疗不彻底而擅自停药，以致反复发作，迁延不愈；或因抗生素的长期滥用易致患者内藏器官的损伤，还可引起阴道菌群失调及免疫机能低下，如诱发念珠菌阴道炎等副作用，更给慢性妇科炎症的治疗带来困难；所以对于妇科炎症的治疗效果欠佳。
中医认为妇科炎症属 “阴痒”、“带下病”范畴。其病因可归纳为肝脾肾功能失调，湿邪伤及任带二脉，使任脉失固、带脉失约。
根据中医理论，针对妇科炎症的发病机理，以祛湿、止痛、止痒为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中西药治疗妇科炎症存在疗效不理想、易反复的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无毒副作用的治疗妇科炎症的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面约6厘米进行煎煮，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并服用。
本发明以实施例1所给出的治疗妇科炎症的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，年龄25～55岁。
二、诊断依据：参照《中医妇科学》中妇科炎症的诊断标准：
1、 阴部搔痒，带下量多，色黄如脓，或如泡沫米泔样，其气腥臭；
2 、实验室检查可见致病微生物；
3、 妇科检查可见外阴及阴道潮红充血；
4、 全身症状可见心烦少寐、口苦而腻、胸闷不适、纳谷不香。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用。五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：参照《实用中西医结合诊断治疗学》中妇科炎症的疗效标准：
(1) 痊愈：症状、体征及妇检恢复正常；
(2) 显效：症状、体征及妇检也明显改善；
(3) 有效：症状、体征及检查均有改善；
(4) 无效：症状、体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，痊愈68例，随访未见复发；显效18例，有效8例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
李某，34 岁。就诊患者自述：近一月来小腹疼痛，黄带量多，伴周身乏力，经期下腹坠胀明显，经量多，色暗红有块。诊为慢性盆腔炎。曾用西药抗生素治疗，但效果不佳且反复发作。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，症状及体征均消失，治愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：
姚某，45岁。就诊时自诉：近期自觉轻度发热，下腹部坠胀疼痛，呈持续性。白带量明显增多，脓性带血，有异味。妇科检查：宫颈口脓性白带，子宫体有轻度压痛。诊断：子宫内膜炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状完全消失，痊愈。随访至今未见复发。
