Abstract

一种连接牢固的斧或锤,包括具有装配盲孔的斧或锤头和手柄,其中斧或锤头的装配盲孔的底端部为倒锥形,装配盲孔离开底端部的中上部为筒形;在装配盲孔内设有与该装配盲孔形状相应的倒楔块,手柄为内空的管状,其装配端前部位于在装配盲孔和倒楔块的倒锥形部分之间。本发明的连接牢固的斧或锤,由于手柄装配端前部位于在装配盲孔和倒楔块的倒锥形部分之间,在斧或锤头与手柄的装配过程中,由于倒楔块的作用,产生很大的挤压力,从而大幅度地提高了斧或锤的拉脱力,使其可靠性增强,并延长使用寿命至现有斧或锤的三倍以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动切割、敲击工具,具体是一种连接牢固的斧或锤。
背景技术
现有的普通使用的一种斧或锤结构是:由具有装配孔的斧或锤头和通过与斧或锤头装配孔过盈配合而装配到一起的手柄构成,且二者之间设有胶粘剂,在斧或锤头上与所述手柄垂直方向设有横销。这种传统结构的斧或锤,其装配牢固程度及使用寿命主要取决于手柄与装配孔的尺寸精度和胶粘剂的粘接效果。由于此类手动工具是低附加值产品,大批量生产过程中,很难保证每把斧或锤的手柄与斧或锤头装配孔都具有很高的配合精度,继而很难保证每把斧或锤都具有良好的牢固可靠性;而胶粘剂的粘接作用受气候、环境、温度、湿度、使用条件和化学侵蚀等因素的影响,会产生老化甚至失效,使产品的安全可靠性无从保证。另外,在正常的使用条件下,由于工具受冲击、弯曲、拉脱力等各种外力的综合作用,一种可能是在手柄与斧或锤头装配后,在靠近斧或锤体的表面处产生应力集中,手柄易在此位置断裂;另一种可能是手柄产生塑性变形,从而降低手柄与斧或锤头装配孔的结合力,产生掉头现象。此两种情况不但使现有斧或锤的拉脱力低、寿命短,而且易给使用者造成经济损失,甚至造成人身伤害事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种高拉脱力、高可靠性、使用寿命长的连接牢固的斧或锤。
本发明的连接牢固的斧或锤,包括具有装配盲孔的斧或锤头和手柄,其中所述斧或锤头的装配盲孔的底端部为倒锥形,装配盲孔离开底端部的中上部为筒形;在所述装配盲孔内设有与该装配盲孔形状相应的倒楔块,所述手柄为内空的管状,其装配端前部位于在所述装配盲孔和倒楔块的倒锥形部分之间。
优选地,所述手柄装配端前部的侧壁上沿手柄纵轴线方向均布有多条夹爪。
优选地,所述夹爪为四条。
优选地,所述倒楔块的锥形部分的最大外径大于所述管状手柄的内径,且小于管状手柄的外径。
优选地,所述手柄壁与所述斧或锤头之间以及手柄内壁与所述倒楔块之间设有胶粘剂。
优选地,所述倒楔块前端部伸出斧或锤头10~50mm。
优选地,所述倒楔块前端部伸出斧或锤头20mm。
优选地,所述倒楔块靠近斧或锤头的装配盲孔底端部的端部具有一段柱体。
优选地,所述斧或锤头的装配盲孔的底端部为倒圆锥形,装配盲孔的离开底端部的中上部为圆筒形;所述手柄为内空的圆管状。
优选地,所述手柄上挨近斧或锤头位置装有挡圈,手柄外面套装有胶套。
本发明的连接牢固的斧或锤的优点和积极效果在于:其包括具有装配盲孔的斧或锤头和通过过盈配合与装配盲孔装配到一起的手柄;斧或锤头的装配盲孔的底端部为倒锥形;在装配盲孔内设有与该装配盲孔形状相应的倒楔块;在斧或锤头与手柄的装配过程中,在倒楔块的作用下,产生很大的挤压力,从而大幅度地提高了斧或锤的拉脱力,使其可靠性增强,并延长使用寿命至现有斧或锤的三倍以上。
以下结合附图进一步详述本发明。

最佳实施方式
参见图1至图3。图1所示是本发明连接牢固的斧或锤的第一实施例即手斧的剖面结构示意图,其包括具有装配盲孔的斧头1和通过过盈配合与装配盲孔装配到一起的手柄2。其中手柄2为内空的圆管状,其装配端的侧壁上沿手柄纵轴线方向均布有四条夹爪3。夹爪的数量也可以根据手柄的直径、斧或锤的型号而确定为三条、六条、八条等。斧头1的装配盲孔的底端部为倒圆锥形,装配盲孔离开底端部的中上部为筒形;在装配盲孔内设有与该装配盲孔形状相应的倒楔块4,即该倒楔块4由锥形部分和底端圆柱形部分5以及前端圆柱形部分组成,其锥形部分的最大外径和底端圆柱形部分5的外径大于管状手柄2的内径,且比管状手柄2的外径小0.5mm;其锥形部分的最小外径和前端圆柱形部分的外径比管状手柄2的内径小0.1~0.4mm。在手柄2的材质塑性较好的情况下,管状手柄的装配端在装配冲击力作用下,受倒楔块4的压力作用产生塑性变形,这样,手柄2装配端也可以不分夹爪,而为整体的圆筒状。夹爪3被夹紧在装配盲孔和倒楔块4的倒锥形部分之间。这样,在将手柄2装配到斧头1时,装配冲击力使倒楔块4的外圆锥面对手柄2的管壁产生很大的挤压力而使手柄管壁产生塑性变形,在倒楔块4的作用下,斧头1和手柄2非常牢固地结合在一起;这样就很难使手柄2从斧头1上脱开,大大提高了拉脱力,增强了使用的安全可靠性。在手柄2外壁与斧头1之间以及手柄2内壁与倒楔块4之间填充有胶粘剂,进一步提高本发明的斧或锤的配合强度。倒楔块4前端部伸出斧或锤头20mm,加大了本发明的静负载测试强度,同时避免在手柄2上因与斧或锤头的装配而在靠近斧或锤体表面处产生应力集中,有效防止斧或锤在用力搬撬时手柄发生断裂。倒楔块4前端部伸出斧头10~50mm都是可行的,具体尺寸可以根据斧或锤的大小、型号确定。倒楔块4靠近斧或锤头的装配盲孔底端部的端部具有与其一体的一段圆柱体5,圆柱体5的作用在于便于装配和保证倒楔块的锥面与手柄2装配端的配合长度。手柄2上挨近斧头1位置装有挡圈7。为了使用舒适和美观,在手柄2外面套装有胶套6。斧或锤的手柄2也可以为内空的方管状;相应地,斧头1的装配盲孔的底端部为倒棱锥形,装配盲孔离开底端部的中上部为方筒形。当然手柄2也可以是横截面为椭圆的管状或其他形状的空管。
装配时,先将倒楔块4放入斧头1的装配孔中;再将管状手柄2的装配端插入倒楔块4和斧头1之间;最后用力砸下手柄2,使斧头1和手柄2紧密结合在一起。
参见图4。图4是本发明连接牢固的斧或锤的第二实施例即羊角锤的剖面结构示意图,其手柄与羊角锤头的连接结构与前述的手斧与其手柄的结构完全相同,不再详述。
本发明的连接牢固的斧或锤,由于在斧或锤头外表面没有横销孔,不但美观,而且避免了因有横销孔而进入杂质,防止钢管柄内壁的锈蚀,有利于延长使用寿命。其装配牢固,抗拉、抗弯强度大,使用安全可靠、工序简化、工作量小,制造工艺先进,并可自动化操作提高了工作效率,是一种质量稳定可靠性高的手动工具。另外本发明的手柄与斧或锤头的倒楔式连接装配方式不仅仅限于斧或锤,同样适用于镐头等敲击类或其他类的切割类手动工具。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接牢固的斧或锤,包括具有装配盲孔的斧或锤头(1)和手柄(2),其特征是所述斧或锤头(1)的装配盲孔的底端部为倒锥形,装配盲孔离开底端部的中上部为筒形;在所述装配盲孔内设有与该装配盲孔形状相应的倒楔块(4),所述手柄(2)为内空的管状,其装配端前部位于在所述装配盲孔和倒楔块(4)的倒锥形部分之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述手柄(2)装配端前部的侧壁上沿手柄纵轴线方向均布有多条夹爪(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述夹爪为四条。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述倒楔块(4)的锥形部分的最大外径大于所述管状手柄(2)的内径,且小于管状手柄(2)的外径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述手柄(2)外壁与所述斧或锤头(1)之间以及手柄(2)内壁与所述倒楔块(4)之间设有胶粘剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述倒楔块(4)前端部伸出斧或锤头(1)10~50mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述倒楔块(4)前端部伸出斧或锤头(1)20mm。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3、6或7所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述倒楔块(4)靠近斧或锤头的装配盲孔底端部的端部具有一段柱体(5)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述斧或锤头(1)的装配盲孔的底端部为倒圆锥形,装配盲孔的离开底端部的中上部为圆筒形;所述手柄(2)为内空的圆管状。
10.根据权利要求9所述的连接牢固的斧或锤,其特征是所述手柄(2)上挨近斧或锤头(1)位置装有挡圈(7),手柄(2)外面套装有胶套(6)。
